Earlier this year, during a windstorm, I lost several shingles off my roof and my home suffered water leak damage in several places. Since I had an older roof and I didn't think insurance would cover it, I started reaching out to local roofers to see what it would cost to patch my roof. I was fortunate enough to find Erin at Pierce Roof Pros who urged me to file a claim with my insurance company, despite my misgivings that they would reject it due to the age of my roof. Lo and behold, with Erin's guidance on my claim, my insurance company fully paid for a brand new roof AND paid for repair work for all the interior damage! This never would have happened without Erin and Pierce Roof Pros and I am very grateful. The work they did installing a new roof and repairing the inside damage was exceptional. I now have a brand new roof and can sleep at night knowing it will keep my home dry! The ceilings inside where the water damage was looks like new and, more importantly, I know there is no mold there. I am delighted to recommend Pierce Roof Pros to anyone who needs roofing services!
