A few years ago we needed a skylight replaced. It wasn’t a standard size, so Adam talked us through the price differences and pros/cons of ordering a custom skylight vs. adapting our roof and ceiling for a standard size. We ended up getting the custom skylight and it was the right choice for us, but he never pressured us either way.
Just recently, we needed to replace our whole roof. We were excited to reach out to Roofs NW again after our great experience with the skylight.
Adam gave us an estimate that included a range of different tiers of shingles, from a high-quality basic to a luxury option. I did some reading and asked Adam for his opinion about 2 of the tiers. We ended up choosing one of the mid-tier options and I appreciate that Adam never pressured me to choose one of the more expensive luxury materials.
The crew replacing the roof did a fantastic job. And, everyone was polite, professional, and courteous. They also tidied up the materials and tools at the end of each day so that we could use our driveway and yard in the evenings.
All along the way, Adam helped us understand what to expect, answered my questions (I had at least one new one everyday), and made sure we were happy.
