I couldn't be happier. Ismael and his crew did an excellent job. They had to replace a lot of rotten wood including plywood, facia, and structural wood on my front and back porches. My roof was wavy and leaked in at least two areas, some of the ventw had been put in backwards by the prior contractor so it was a real shabby job. I had this company come in and do my roof completely over and they fixed the bracing and used excellent materials. I am 100 percent satisfied with the work they did and has held up to the cold and freezing temperatures as well as the constant rain and not a leak anywhere to be found. Would recommend this company if you want the job done right at a reasonable cost and called to make sure it was still working as it is supposed to. They back up their work and materials and you can depend on them .

Elks is GREAT!!!

We had a leak coming from one of the sunlights in our house, and we first hired a couple of bigger companies to fix it. They would try these quick patches or fixes and try to charge us for it, but it never took care of the problem. We finally got Elks to come out, and instead of offering to do the same things that didn't work, they took the time to explain what the real issue was and why redoing the roofing and skylights needed to be done. It was the more expensive option on paper, but Elks was willing to actually be professional and let us know it was an issue with the first place. After Elks gave us a good price (which ended up being close to what was quoted by larger companies for much less proposed work), we went with them, and wouldn't you know it? It fixed the actual problem.

When it comes to your house, go wtih the smaller company that actually cares and takes pride in each and every job they do - and that's Elks. They were professional, they did the job quickly, they offered a fair price, and the work they did was absolutely top notch. They were transparent about how they were fixing the problem and were transparent when they encountered a problem they weren't expecting - which wasn't often. They even came out in the rain, after-hours (like 9p) to fix a small problem that could have waited until morning. Bottom line: If you need roofing or similar work done, go with these guys. They're beyond worth it.

As a property manager I've had Leo and his team take care of repairing roofs on 5 different buildings and a complete re-roof of a rental house.
