I shopped around and found T&T to be on point with their competitors as far as costs go and that’s where the level playing field ended.

My project involved tearing out the majority of my old drain tile system and tying into the remainder of the old. With the other two companies they sent a sales person out to sell me their product and upgrades I didn’t need. When I contacted T&T they were able to tell me what the issues were over the phone just from my description. Then they provided a ballpark quote via email just based on measurements and a few answers to their questions. Once I let them know I was interested in doing business with them, Travis came out who clearly has done the work. No sales pitch, just facts, options, and straight talk. Sold!

Got on the schedule and I did the required prep work. They were in and out in one day. Kept it clean, protected my wood floors, and were all very polite. Excellent work!

Great experience installing battery backup and having their sister company encapsulate our crawl space. We’re reasonable priced. We even had an issue with the sump plumbing and battery backup a few months later and they came out here and made it right. Great service and would highly recommend!

We’re reasonable priced, could be here 2 months faster than any other provider and went above and beyond installing a drain basin and long drain pipe outside the house to ensure water was far away from foundation with no extra cost.

Responsive and affordable solution to our wet basement! This wet spring I would typically expect water in our basement - we are 100% DRY and I am so grateful!!!

T&T installed a drain tile system in our basement a few years ago. They where professional, did great work, and installed the best of the best products. Our pump has been running a lot due to extreme wet conditions this spring. The power went out for more than 8 hours today. But our basement stayed dry! THANK YOU T&T Waterproofing!

Travis and Tyler are great guys - they are professional and respectful. They provided quotes in a timely manner, had great follow up and explained everything thoroughly. Made great suggestions and were so helpful, AND the pricing was great. The drain tile crew they sent out did a fantastic job. They were on time, very conscientious about how they worked around the house. The guys were hard workers, and so very polite! They did a great job, finished on time and cleaned up beautifully when the project was completed. I highly recommend these guys for your drain tile project!

Our family moved into a new home last spring only to find that our home had developed a water intrusion problem over the winter. After spending months trying to find a company to help us solve the problem, Travis with T&T Waterproofing was the only one to actually dig outside on his initial visit out to determine the issue. We had many companies out who weren’t willing to touch the job because it is under a lifetime warranty with a different company who had installed a basement waterproofing system in 2011. That company said it was a surface water issue so they recommended their employees do a side job to repair it. Only problem was they were unreliable and never even made it out to look at the job. Travis was not only willing to do the work, he came up with a common sense solution that didn’t require us to tear up our sidewalks outside- saving us thousands of dollars. There are bigger names out there, but if I need any future help with foundation/ wet basement issues I’d call Travis. We are so thankful for our dry basement!
