Installed a fence now nearly 10 years ago. My neighborhood in the center part of Carrollton sustained major wind damage. Damage was extensive enough we did not have power for 5 days. This fence not a bit of damage. It has withstood the test of time and lots of weather and it is time to re-stain and do some very minor and expected repairs on the gates. This homeowner is very pleased with the quality work, materials etc. Yes I would use them again if need be. I would guess not likely any time soon other then the need for stain.

Jay was incredibly helpful. Even while it rained most of the day, he kept me up to date on his plans to get to my house. He inspected my roof for the source of the leak we had and was even willing to go climbing through the attic. He let us know our roof was in good shape where some might try to take advantage. He was able to address our issue in the same day and offered to return if we see any future problems which means a lot considering the amount of rain we have in our forecast. I have no doubt he has saved us hundreds or thousands of dollars. Will definitely call US Prime again in the future for any roofing needs I have.

Jay was truly exceptional to work with. I noticed a decent sized shingle in my driveway following that incredible storm from Tuesday morning. I contacted my insurance guy John Powell (Farmers Insurance) who connected me with Jay. He came to my house the following day and was kind enough to patch up the shingles that had gone astray. Due to the weather it was difficult for him to decipher if I need to file a claim for a new roof so he will be returning in the near future when it's dry enough to move in either direction. Thanks again Jay!

I greatly appreciate Jay coming out for an inspection and being completely honest and up front! The leak that we had was from wind blowing rain in through a vent in our roof. He told me that while it needs to be replaced it does not have to be immediate and provided me with a very fair quote. Great work! Fixed my shingles on my ridge line. Many heavy rains and high winds later not a single leak or missing shingle! I have had 2 other companies come out and service that same ridge and the only company that did it right was US Prime Roofing! After a hail storm we decided to have US Prime roofing come inspect our roof. The inspector was courteous, on time and respectful. No hard sale for us to replace roof. The process was very clear and many options were given. Would highly recommend.

Highly recommend to anyone who needs their roof repaired, replaced, or inspected! US Prime Roofing replaced my roof at my last house, the whole process was very easy. They helped me work with my insurance company to ensure the least amount of $ was coming out of my pocket for the repair. The replacement only took a couple of hours and they left without leaving any debris behind.

Most recently they came out to repair a leak I had in my roof into my attic at my current house.
