Great company that works hard and communicates with your insurance company to make sure you get all the repairs you need. Jayme is so smart when it comes to how insurance works and how to repair things back to it's original integrity.

RPM Construction took care of our roof and fence in the last hail storm. They were extremely helpful in explaining insurance information. They were professional in every aspect. I know some contractors ignore calls or answer days later. This was not the case with Jayme and Donnie. They were always reachable. I would highly recommend RPM for your roofing, remodeling or any other type of construction. They are simply heads above the rest!

As far as a roofing company RPM gets a five star ⭐️ review. The roofers we professional, quick, on time and our roof looks amazing. Would hire them again to do our roof, no question.

The fence on the other hand... not a chance! We had the fence replaced at our new home. Although the job was done quickly it was done very poorly. Corners we cut everywhere, they left trash all over and I am still finding their garbage and old materials laying around in the ditch behind our home. Not all the old posts were pulled. Some were just cut off and others were left completely intact but there is now 3 inches of space between them and the new fence.

The fence posts don’t have all the same caps. It appears they ran out of one type and used a different type or left them all together. The posts are uneven and you can see as much as two inches sticking over top of the boards.

All in all very happy with the roof, not even close with the fence.

I was unaware that I had any hail damage to my home. My sister was getting her roof replaced by RPM and told me to get them over to inspect my property. I was hesitant at first with everything negative I hear about roofers. I had them out and they completed all the work on my home and gave me up grades. I got to know Jayme and Donnie so well we consider them family forever now!

Donnie and Jaime went above and beyond replacing all the siding, roof on my house and both barns under budget and way ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend them for any services. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our home was significantly impacted by the tornado that hit Dallas in Oct 2019. RPM was referred to us - the tornado hit on a Sunday and by Wednesday we signed a contract. They immediately completed all emergency repairs - we had to move out and they began the long and painful process of assessing the total damage and working with the insurance company. And they were great. Jason, our project manager, kept things moving along and Jayme, the owner, did all the analysis and costing. They were present at every inspection and, while working with the insurance company on such a large claim was exhausting, everything was backed up with facts and figures and the insurance company eventually agreed with everything. Our dealings with the insurance company were always professional, which I attribute to the quality of the analysis work. Their subs were trustworthy and made sure we were satisfied with the work. We are finally done, 8 months later. This seems like a long time, but others in the neighborhood are still months away from completion. I am not suggesting that this process was fun, but we are fortunate in having our home completely restored now and have RPM to thank for it. We are delighted with the results. I would recommend RPM without hesitation.

I had the pleasure of working with Jayme and the RPM team on my insurance claim. I couldn't have asked for better service and quality of work. They worked with my insurance so I didn't have to take any time off of work and they have in house crews with a supervisor on site at all times. I was very pleased with every step of the process. I highly recommend them to anyone with or without an I insurance claim. My claim was due to a fire and they made my house better than new!

Not only did she provide great customer service up front but equally great service after the work was completed and with follow ups. RPM Construction have done an amazing job on our roof and our garage ceiling and enclosing our back porch. Chris is absolutely the best! They go above and beyond and work very hard making everything just right. They will do the job right even if it takes longer. They do not rush any jobs. Chris and Jake have also been so helpful working everything out with our puppies and helping to make everything go smoothly. We are very happy with the work. Chris is gifted in construction. I would leave more than 5 stars if I could. RPM Construction went above and beyond on our insurance claim. We had originally called them for a leaking roof. They got our roof, gutters, windows, fence and AC covered by insurance for only the cost of our deductible. All the work was completed in 8 days start to finish! They had an on site manager at my house the entire time. All of the crews were very polite and did great work! I highly recommend them!

Please don’t use this company ! I had very bad experience with them ! I fought with them on the all the stuff what they did inside my kitchen ! Floors, painting cabinets was redone twice, sink leaking, back splash redone twice because they did wrong ! They argue with me and I had enough of the general contractor ! Never again I won’t use them , and I just honestly want to share this with public ! Save you headache ! They told me 1 month but took them 3 months to remodel my kitchen ! I lived without kitchen for 3 months ! They lie to me that will be done in 1 month ! My home insurance was mad with them and they had bad subcontractors who didn’t speak English !

We used RPM when they were referred by our realtor. Needed a garage conversion taken down so the garage could be used as a full 2 car garage.

Chris came out and quoted the job. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Quote was exactly what were expecting.

When we approved the quote, Jen had the job scheduled to start in less than a week. Even though we gave her little notice.

Chris came out and the workmanship was above and beyond our expectations!! Work was done on time and looked great!!

I was new to Lake Dallas and needed some help with my new property. RPM treated me like family from the moment that I walked through their door. They are ethical, easy to work with and do things the right way. You cant go wrong, RPM will take good care of you.

RPM Construction has such an honest team. Jayme has hand chosen team members with ethics and is the most honest contractor I have come across. Give RPM Construction a call before calling your insurance and they will give you an honest assessment of any storm related damages where other “roofers” will say whatever they can to get you to file a claim. Filing a claim can hurt you if you don’t have enough damage. I’m so glad I called RPM and I encourage you to do the same!

RPM Construction has hands down the best customer service. Believe me, this is hard to come by in the construction industry. This group is all like family, and that’s exactly how they treat you. They are the most honest and ethical group I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with!

We had a an excellent experience with RPM Construction. Jayme was able to work with our insurance company to get our entire roof and siding replaced. We love our new roof, siding and windows. They took my boring, outdated and plain Jane bathroom and turned it into something right out of a magazine or TV show. They were on time and communication was stellar. Do yourself a favor and CALL RPM CONSTRUCTION NOW! We had a flood and fire in our house, but waited for almost a year for the previous company to do their job. We gave up waiting on them so we contacted RPM. They took care of us and our claims immediately and made sure everything was perfect! They want the best for you so they work with you to decide on the best quality for the best price! The staff is AWESOME! They have amazing taste and they know what you want before you know it. My family and I cannot thank RPM enough for everything they have done for us. We are so happy with the work done by them. Our house finally feels and looks like a home again. Let’s not forget it's ran by a “roofing ninja chick!!! Highly recommend.

Jayme and her team are awesome, as a subcontractor for them their crews have always been straightforward with what they need and expect and have ensured that I always have what I need to get my end of the job complete. I have called them may times to come out to a job site where the chimney needs work but the roof is also in bad condition. They have routinely gotten someone on site within the hour. They are honest and hard working and you can clearly see this in the products they turn out.
