I love TNT Roofing. The manager Mariana is very friendly and knowledgeable. They repaired our roof after the huge windstorm. The repair was done quickly and the cost was exactly as stated. Will definitely use them again if needed.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. After discovering water leaking in my home from the roof I called this company. They came out, claimed to have fixed the issue, and charged me $1300. With the recent rain we found out the hard way the issue was not fixed. They used cheap material, didn't even try and properly seal it, not to mention they worked an inch from a hole they didn't bother to fix. I called last week to schedule an appointment for today, they did not show. After speaking with someone on the phone , she told me there is no record of my appointment and to email her. I did, her response to me is that they were not hired to fix what they claim my issue is, and she can give me a quote to now fix it. I am not a professional roofer, I hired this company to fix the leak nothing more nothing less. The fact that she is offering me a quote and giving no effort to correct what this company failed to properly do is beyond unacceptable. Not to mention after the job was originally complete someone claiming to be a manager called me more than once asking me if I could get him medical marijuana from my job. That is not only illegal but again BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!

So happy with this company. Called after yesterday's showers and got someone to come out the next day .

This company changed hands a year ago. It's been nothing but down hill sence. The new owners know nothing about roofing. The office staff have no real knowledge either. And the contractor lives in another state. Please shop around before using this company. You'll find that they charge twice the amount as other reputable upstanding roofing companies in Las Vegas. They don't care if their customer is an elderly lady on a fixed income. If they can't get her to pay the higher price they will try to talk to her into financing. It's a shame that after 25 years of TNT Roofing being in business and being a great company these people come in and they're running that good name into the ground. They treat their workers bad they charge their customers too much and ultimately they're just in it for the money. Wanting to make money is okay price gouging customers is not. You don't get rich on one roof you make your money by happy customers passing you on to the neighbor or their family member. I'm very disappointed in this company and their workmanship. But I'm even more disappointed in the ownership.

My experience is absolute disappointment. These people would take would take your grandmother to the bank if she didn't know any better. They charge twice the amount of what it takes to get the job done. And hope they'll get a bite from a customer that doesn't know any better Their contractor is in another state and the new owners know nothing about Roofing. Literally nothing about. Roofing. They are running the good name of this company that has been in Vegas for many years down the drain. It's sad it's like their motto is instead of giving fair prices they're trying to get rich on one roof. I hope the consumer out there gets other estimates and see what a fair price is shouldn't take them long to make a decision that TNT Roofing is not the company it used to be.

Very bad communication that these people have, it is not professional. I will never go back with this TNT Roofing company. I hired this licensing company for my roof repairs and they didn't do what they were supposed to do and they still charge me for the repairs. Very dishonest business from the office to the Manager. Stay away from this business!

Had a great experience with TNT Roofing. Randy is by far the star of this company. He’s not only very professional, he also does great work and knows what he is doing. He went above and beyond to make sure repairs were completed and look for anything else that could cause a problem in the future. Highly recommend this company.

Had an appointment for roof inspection/estimate due to the recent storms here in Henderson NV this past Friday July 30, 2021 at 9am.
The estimator came with a little giant ladder in his truck. He had no extension ladder. He informed me he could not get onto my roof. Now, I have a simple 2 story home. Needless to say I was upset. I made this known to the company. Shortly thereafter I received a call from Melissa who without going into too much detail, made things right! She went above and beyond with her customer service. I was Thoroughly impressed. I assumed there wouldn’t be much follow up. I was wrong, I do not write reviews but this was necessary. Thank you very much Melissa and TNT Roofing for you professionalism and great customer service.

GREAT JOB! We have had T-N-T Roofing Las Vegas, do two complete roofs on our properties as well as repair and maintence...highly recommended...!

I Highly recommend this company for all of your roofing needs! Jon , the owner is extremely knowledgeable, professional , honest and efficient ! After I received two other estimates, he came in hot, beat the other companies prices & installed a beautiful new BUR system at my commercial property in Las Vegas & did an excellent job , in a timely manner! Gave me a great warranty & included a 2 year maintenance package as well. His crew came out quarterly to maintain the roof , in which is prolonging its life expectancy, to ensure no future issues! I just extended that maintenance package with great confidence!
Cheers !!!! To two more years of business with these guys!! Hands down! TNT ROCKS!!

My days off are going outside to event
By the looks of it there's a lot of stuff. It was nice.

1 year ago, they came to our home repair our barrel tile roof. Upon inspection, i noticed that ALL the roofing/tar paper was dry -rotted. At first the company only wanted to replace sections that were leaking into our home. We had to argue and insist that ALL should be replaced, so they supposedly replaced all the roofing paper. Three weeks ago, we noticed new roof leaks. We contacted them to come service/ fix our roof. We were told they are very busy, and they get back to us. We have NOT heard from them.
Do NOT hire them nor rely on them.

Called the roofing company because I seem there sign in our Community! Valley View. . Called 1st time left message, no call back.2nd Called again the following day and booked an appointment for Monday 8th for 10am .No show. . Not professional at all!!!! I don't recommend this company at all!! Take down your sign in our neighborhood. ..

First time dealing with an insurance claim TnT was very helpful though the process. Im in love with my new roof. Thank you
