T. Davis Contractors, LLC

We started a very large project in October 2022 and ended in February 2023. We renovated our upstairs bath, office, living room, Staircase, fireplace, master bath, windows, and all new trim and paint in the house.

I will start by saying the finished product looks good. The owners are nice but i feel they should be more involved. We ran into quite a few issues along the way which I feel was due to lack of respect for our personal space (we were living in the basement during). The guys did not care to clean up any messes made- in fact, created more.

Some bigger issues we ran into:
- The project manager was doing all the electrical work. We asked if he was certified, but got no response. They fried our 65" TV in our bedroom, which WE had to replace.
- Pounding in the bathroom upstairs knocked our entire shelving unit down in our guest room, which we then had to replace.
- We asked them MULTIPLE times to cover our Master carpet as we did not plan to replace it, however, we ended up replacing because of all the paint chunks all along the perimeter. Also covering our NEW bed set with tools, etc.
- The trim painting and doors were done so poorly they had to have someone come in and basically redo all of it.
- They "replaced" some siding around our windows, but failed to tell us about all the rotting areas directly next to it which now has chunks out. We would have replaced them also if needed.
- They could not figure out why our washer/dryer was giving ventilation codes and leaving condensation in our NEW cabinets... The cabinets were warped from the condensation (still are), they tried using PVC (which is a no no), they gave us one soft close cabinet with painted shelves and another not soft close with unpainted shelves. It took us 3 months after finish to get the soft close put on- because they were too busy I'm assuming.

For this big of a project ($200k), I feel that they should have had their own storage. Our entire garage was left a mess and unusable. They stored paint and other things on newly installed floors, which had to be scrubbed. During the last couple months, they started working on other projects during ours which not only took longer, but they seemed to take precedent over ours. All in all it was very stressful. The communication was nearly non existent most of the time. And it seemed all they were interested in was getting paid and moving to the next project- not the quality of work they put out. There were SO many small detail things they THEY should have noticed or done to begin with, not wait for us to call them out.

We had heard of this contractor on the radio and thought we could trust them - WRONG! We set up an appointment and the rep did show up on time. He was less than helpful in listening to what we wanted to do, was upset that we had already bought some of the items for the bathroom remodel, and after going through what we had a vision of was noncommittal and said he would get back to us. Well after almost two weeks and several phone calls we finally got an email saying they were now too busy, could not do the project for at least a year when we had been told it could be done in mid summer, which we were ok with. They were good enough to give us a ballpark estimate of $40,000 to $50,000. No design info or any other parameters, total waste of time. If you want a responsive contractor, do NOT go here. Total waste of time and lies about what they will do.

My husband and I appreciated the professionalism, sensitivity to our needs, and sincere interest in wanting to help us achieve our design goal for a tranquil space.

T. Davis built a substantial addition on our Perrysburg home and also resided the existing structure. The final product is beautiful. They were fair, communicated very well, and handled challenges and changes in stride. We plan to use them again on our next project.

Had a bathroom update with new tile floor and vanity installed. The crew was courteous and on time. Great communication and attention to detail. Pleased with the service that we are having them do another project in 2022. Highly recommend .

Had my back door moved and the rear of the house resided. The work was performed fast and efficiently. The team that performed the work was very professional and knowledgeable. Answered all questions in a clearly and in a way that was easy for someone with minimal experience to understand.after the job was completed, left the property in a better state than when they started. Very pleased with services provided.

We used T Davis Contractors for a bathroom remodel and to also move our washer and dryer setup from the basement into another room. While it is not the cheapest place you will find, the quality of work is top notch. I found this company based on its Google reviews and would recommend them.

We used T Davis Contractors to install 2 exhaust fans, and adding light fixtures to our living room. They also repaired some electrical issue I couldn't figure out. They are my absolutely someone I would use again.

T. Davis Contractors were very professional and got the job done fast; however, they did great quality work. When I had any questions they were able to answer them promptly. I would use them again if I had any home repairs that I need.

T Davis Contractors replaced a rotted decorative deck on my home with a beautiful pergola and an 8x8 deck off of the front bedroom. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail are second to none. I highly recommend T Davis Contractors.

We had a broken skylight which had to be replaced.. Contractor 1 said it couldn't be done. Contractor 2 said he would get back to us and didn't. Contractor 3 quoted an outrageous price. Then we found T. Davis. Now we have a beautiful new skylight at a very reasonable price, even better than the original.

Over the last 4 years we have had Tim and company do a number of projects from prepping our old house for sell by remodeling one bath, adding crown molding in our kitchen, custom paint work in the foyer. In our new (to us) house we looked to Tim and company to replace our patio doors and some roof work. He has always been quick to respond, provide estimates, and get the job done. He is very detail oriented, all workers are very nice and hard workers and check over their work before being paid. We have been very happy with their recommendations, estimates and workmanship. We give Tim and group our highest recommendations.

We chose T. Davis Contractors, out of 5 contractors interviewed, to remodel our bathroom. They were able to handle flooring, cabinetry, lighting, and plumbing. They were able to accommodate personal requests, unlike other contractors. We are very happy with our new bathroom. I highly recommend this company.

We contacted Tim Davis for help with our home when it flooded from a busted water main and we're incredibly happy we were able to get them to fix up our basement.
