Fantastic company to work with. Showed up on time with a very respectful team. They worked on our rental house, our house, and our neighbors. Everyone was incredibly happy with their work. Would recommend them to anyone.

These guys are the best. Came out and gave me an exact quote, TPO, sample product shown and even showed lay out of tapper system and how water run off would occur. Even walked the roof with me, several times. Showed me in detail how work was being done, including pictures. Mr. Medina explained every step. Guantee explained on product and workmanship. Wonderful working with them. Efficient, kept the property clean each day, did what they said they were going too do. Time frame was as discussed. No delays, except 1 bad rain, hail storm. But, that wasn't their fault, back at it the next day, 07:00 am each day till done. Work crew very considerate and professional. Can't beat their price or work quality. Highly recommend them.

After checking with various roofing companies about obtaining an estimate for roof repairs and/or replacement and time constraints, I found almost all were booked for several weeks. Only one attempted to help with my emergency situation. Mr. Tim Medina of T & B Roofing said he would meet with me at my residence the next day at 3:00. The next day, shortly prior to 3:00 he contacted me to let me know he was on his way. Mr. Medina was very courteous and said he understood my situation. He provided me with an estimate and said he would expedite the repairs with his crew and complete the work by Saturday afternoon/evening.
Mr. Medina and his crew arrived and begin working at the exact time he said they would. By Saturday afternoon the work was complete. Mr. Medina kept me informed and showed me at various time the progress and procedures they were taking. Mr. Median and the entire crew were courteous and respectful at all times.
Mr. Medina installed a TPO roof which had a very good warranty and is currently, as I noticed, being installed by many of my neighbors. The price was well below what we expected. The installation and outcome looks great! I am 100% satisfied and recommend Mr. Medina and his company for their hard efforts and working on Saturday to help us in our situation.

Very unprofessional!
Tim Medina came out to my house and gave me a fair quote on an entire roof replacement. I asked him to throw in some drywall work on the ceiling where the water leaked through and he agreed. He promised a quote in writing and set a date to meet so I could give him a deposit. I never received the quote and he stood me up for the deposit. He never answered my calls and when I called him out on it through text he couldn't even call me to tell me he wasn't taking the job. He text back saying he couldn't take the job cause he wasn't able to do the drywall work. I am mainly upset that he avoided my calls and stood me up. He lost an entire roof job because he wouldn't talk to me and try to negotiate. In my eyes this is extremely unprofessional and he shows no concern for his customers. My advice is seek an actual professional when it comes to care for your home, not this guy...

My boss just purchase a commercial building with roof damage. Monsoon season hit before the insurance claim occurred and there were multiple leaks! We needed help and fast! We called T & B and they came out THAT DAY to do a quote! Two days later they patched all the holes on the roof.
When it rained next there was still one leak occurring. I called and they were back the very NEXT DAY and repaired it NO EXTRA COST! They truly go above and beyond! Plus they had quoted the roof and repaired it before more than half of the other roofing companies even called me back to do a quote!
These guys are FAST, they are Customer Centric, they are Fairly Priced, and they do the job RIGHT! We will be recommending them to everyone!

These guys are the best. Professional, timely, and respectful. I came to them with a leaky roof, they patched it. Then another leak sprung and they cut me a great deal on getting the whole roof done instead of just nickel and diming me with patch jobs. It’s been raining every day (I know, weird right?) since they put up a TPO roof almost a week ago and it works like a charm. Even keeps the house cooler during the day. The 20 year warranty ain’t half bad either. Highly recommend.

Everyone knows roofing is an expensive ordeal. And no one wants to go with the "cheapest bid" for fear of lack of quality. They were not only the cheapest option, did quality work in going above and beyond, but backed it by a great warranty as well. In our experience Tim Medina and his great crew at T&B worked in a timely manner from initial quote to receipt of payment. So glad they were as accommodating as they were in the beginning of monsoon season out here.

T & B roofing did a satisfactory job with the shingles and stucco work. It was completed in a timely manner. They cleaned up well afterward. They did not follow up with insurance as they said they would, however.
