Beware of this contractor. Does not get permits, does not have a home improvement contractor license as required in NJ. Took over 200K from my elderly neighbor and has yet to finish the job. If I were allowed to make this post with no stars, I would. Please be sure to ask any contractor that you use for their home improvement contractor license and insurance. Also check with your local building department if you have questions with regard to a contractor or the need for permits.
