I contacted the company for a fence repair on Wednesday and the work completely done on Friday. On time, great work and even better customer service. Stephanie and her team have been spectacular! They brought our 1970s-styled home back to life and made it a comfortable and modern living space. Her constant communication and great managerial skills were such an asset and much appreciated as we were not local during the renovation process. Syntreme Renovation was used to change the exterior of our home. The painting of the vinyl siding was superb. We added cedar shutters, cedar post and new Juliette balconies...it looks like a new house. Ms. Stephanie Ford is the contractor for this company. She is professional, a perfectionist. I appreciated the commitment to details. The crew was great...they came to work and completed the jobs. The worksite was cleaned after the work was completed. Syntreme did an excellent job repairing a leak behind my chimney. They removed the original work and found rotted wood behind the “supposed new work done by previous contractor that place hardy board on top of the rotted wood and used the wrong wrap to place under hardy board”. Thank goodness Syntreme showed me the work that needed to be done, showed me what products should be used and how they would correct with video and photos of worm being done. Excellent work, fair price and very timely and professional. Will use again for other work.

Perfect, you wouldn't even know there had been any siding damage. Came out in less than 24 hours. Highly recommend!

Look no further! Syntreme rebuilt the majority of our home after the Dec 10 2023 tornado that uprooted a giant pine tree and slammed it into our home. Luckily no one was injured. After meeting with a few contractors which caused headaches with our State Farm insurance, we met Stephanie at Syntreme (thanks to a Google search). From the very beginning, she was honest and upfront with us. She knew how to handle insurance companies, mortgage companies, and all the inspections. She wants to do great work because she cares about her reputation, and her customer service shows this as well. Stephanie was always in-touch with us about the status of her work and our home. She took great care in the details, as well. When the job was finished, she stayed in touch to make sure everything was okay and that anything that popped up along the way would be taken care of. Through this entire catastrophe, Stephanie was our rock. She was the one who cared enough to pour her heart out into this project. State Farm could not have cared less and they showed that to us. Stephanie was our “good neighbor.” Syntreme stitched our lives back together. We could not have asked for a better contractor. Thank you so much, Stephanie!

We called Syntreme Renovation after we had a breach of contract by another builder. She came in did an through estimate for a whole house renovation. She had to redo most of the work done by the other contractor. She kept us informed and worked very hard to keep the price
reasonable, she was very patient and listened to all of our concerns. We could not have found a better person to do the job that she did excellent attitude and very knowledgeable. Thank you very much for an excellent job. We loved working with you.

Stephanie and her crew did an Amazing Job in building my new deck with sun-room! She is very knowledgeable and was very helpful with assisting with the insurance claim with providing detail numbers the claim adjuster needed. They go done with the project way ahead of schedule which was awesome! When problems were discovered she made me aware and showed me the issue before doing any additional work which I appreciate show, so it would never appear that things were being add to the project for no reason. After the project was completed she made sure that our property was cleaned and that we were completely satisfied. I would defiantly recommend this company!

Very enjoyable experience working with this company. Ms. Stephanie Ford of Syntreme, inc came out and gave me an estimate on renovating my home after a breach of contract by another contractor. She worked very closely with me to keep cost as low as possible, she had to redo a lot of the work as it was not done according to code. She did an excellent job and I highly recommend her company. Syntreme, Inc is very professional. They came out and gave me a great estimate on the labor and materials for replacing a sub-floor in my kitchen. The price was reasonable plus they save me alot of money. Alot of work came with this project, concreting
a certain portion of the floor to level it out plus making sure there were no water damage under the sub-floor. They complete the project in timely manner, which allow me to set my kitchen back up for Thanksgiving. If you need general contractor in Birmingham or surrounding areas, please give these guys a call. They can save you some money and they always make the project is done right.

Stephanie Ford came to my daughter's residence in gardendale to give an estimate on widening the door to the bathroom. She was very friendly and professional and stated that she would send me the estimate by email by the end of the day. Neither my daughter or I received the estimate and when I call the office at the end of the day I was told she was not available. I owe Stephanie Ford an apology. I was able to find her email estimate in my spam. I wish that I would have received a phone call when I call the office and I was told she was not available.
