Manny is responsive and professional. His crew was efficient and hardworking. I love my new skylights with solar shades. I would use synergy again.

This is my third time using this company. The first time they put in new skylights for me and they came out great. The 2nd time they did some interiot painting which also turned out great. Again all I have are superlatives. My third time using was a lot of work, varying in scope and need. I know I can count on Manny and his team to deliver great workmanship. I needed to have almost all of my inside walls, ceilings and trim painted. Also needed to have my house and rock wall power washed. And then while the job was happening, I had other issues I asked Manny to address if possible and he delivered on every problem I had. First off, most of the inside painting was done by George who is a magician. He is so proficeent and meticulous, the results were better than I could have hoped. He even painted our metal heating grates. Can't say enough about the great job he did. Manny and his team also did a super job power washing our Hardee board, which over the years had a lot of moss accumulating. He also power washed our rock wall and that came out great as well. The rock wall needed some masonry work and Mannys team also handled that,. came out fantastic. I had a porch door that wouldn't open. Manny took the trim off (on the outside), releveled the door and it now opens closes as it should. We had another door that would stick, i mentioned it and next thing it was fixed by George. Our deck needed to be painted as well and they sanded/scraped and put 2 new coats on and it looks great. They also fixed some trim on the deck that had come loose. Finally, our shed had algae all over its roof and they power washed that as well. I could go on and on. My front stoop needed some masonry work and Manny handled that himself and did a great job. What I love about Watertight Pro is once they start a job, they stay with it til completed. They were here 9 days in a row, including 2 weekends. The work I had done would have normally required multiple companies to complete. I also had to have some follow on work done as the company that did my floors messed up the kitchen ceiling due to tape they had placed on it. I called Synergy roofing to repair and they came and painted the whole ceiling again at no cost. I mean who does that? They will be my first call on any home improvement I need done. Quality work at a fair price. They have an A plus plus rating from me. If needed I will use them again for sure.

Manny and his crew are professional, punctual, and hardworking. They hold themselves and their work to high standards and make sure the customer is satisfied with the job. We are more than happy with our beautiful replacement roof. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone who is looking to have a roof done. We would definitely use this company again in the future.
