Evangelous is a great company, local to Worcester County. Ted is professional, responsive, thorough and listens to what homeowners needs. As good contractors are harder to come by these days, I’d recommend Evangelous anytime, you won’t be disappointed!

Ten Mayberry Condo Association is responsible for maintaining the building and it is important to select an experienced expert in roofing. We interviewed several companies and Evangelous Roofing was the best choice. We chose Evangelous Roofing because it was properly licensed and insured and it was certified by GAF as a master elite roofing contractor. When Ted, the owner of the company, first came out, we described that the building had a few issues that could be considered a bit outside of a normal roofing job. Ted helped us address a problem which involved sealing the building with azek to keep the birds from nesting. During the process, Ted was informative, answered all our questions and was upfront of the cost of the project. There were no surprises and the project cost was inline compared to the other quotes we received but what won us over are Ted’s professionalism and the GAF warranty his business stands by. When the project started, Ted supervised the project during the two days it took to complete, and his team of hard workers did an excellent job replacing the roof and cleaning up! They went above and beyond our expectations and we highly recommend contacting Evangelous Roofing first!

Ted did a great job installing a new roof, and fixing ventilation problems with the existing roof on a crawl space attic over an addition. His team is awesome, and his pricing was several thousand dollars less then the closest competitor.

We were so pleased with AJ from Evangelous Roofing! We had a roof leak over the holiday weekend. Evangelous was the only company who responded the day after Christmas, even though it was still the holiday. AJ came out, inspected the roof, and repaired it to get us by until we have the roof replaced in the spring. He fixed the flashing around the chimney and many cracked shingles, went above and beyond what we expected. He is a hard worker, and we were thrilled with him. Great job!

I highly recommend this company. I had a leak coming in my living room that was really bad. I tried calling several roofing companies and nobody returned my calls. Ted immediately returned my phone call and he sent over his workers AJ and Everton. They gave me a very reasonable price and offered to fix it the same day. My roof has not leaked since. The employees were very professional and courteous. I would call them again in a second.

Great company! Ted was fast to give me a quote AND a start date. The team was on time, did an amazing job and fully cleaned up. I didn't find one single nail in my yard and they even picked up some leaves! I had asked for some extra services and that was all done the next day. I got several quotes and Teds was 2/3ds less with the same quality. I'm very happy for picking them and you will be too!

I recommend Evangelous Roofing. Evangelous Roofing recently completed the roofing installation on my house. The job included removing the old roof and some minor additional repairs. Ted was professional and a pleasure to talk to and work with. The estimate was clear and in line with what I expected even during this time of high inflation. He promised that everything would be cleaned up at the end of the project, which it was. He made some excellent recommendations for materials and roof color and gave us a list of recent installations he had completed in town for us to look at. Everything went well and my neighbors even hired Evangelous after seeing the job he did on our house. I am happy with the work and glad that I had Evangelous Roofing complete my roof installation.

A driver of this business was responsible for a hit and run with one of our vehicles, all of which was recorded on a dash camera, and when attempting to contact this company they were entirely unresponsive and unhelpful. Additionally, our private contact information was shared with the driver in the collision who then repeatedly attempted to contact us to prevent this from going through insurance, with an incredibly disrespectful attitude might I add. This driver was unsafe on the road, and had zero consideration or remorse for his behavior, all of which was unprofessional. This company should be ashamed and embarrassed to have someone in the community that represents them in this way. If you want to use a business you can trust to employ safe, responsible, and accountable employees, this isn't the one.

Ted Evangelous Roofing was recommended by our neighbors. They did fantastic job: very easy communication, detailed estimate, reasonable price, did exactly what Ted described and high quality of job. They provided the most unbelievable service - called them, studied the problem, quoted on the spot a fair price, and offered to do the work the same day. Six years ago, Ted did a bang-up job installing a new garage roof. Also happened to be the best value quote. Now a week or two ago an oak limb punches a hole in the roof. Ted responded the same day (and on a weekend) walking me through the options, and his team was out in a flash for the patch-up. Just great support and value.

We needed a last minute repair quote to close on our new house, after our previous contractor stopped returning calls. I left a voicemail early Saturday morning, Ted called me back within an hour to discuss, he had the quote in my hand Sunday and was very timely on the repair once the house closed. We will be having Ted and crew repair the entire roof later this year.

We had Evangelous replace the roof on our four season room in July. AJ and his co-worker stripped all of the existing roofing and repaired some rot. Then they installed a new rubber roof. They did an excellent job without any hassles. This is the 2nd time we've used Evangelous. We won't hesitate to use them in the future if needed.

I had a small roofing repair that I really needed done to re-install some solar panels. I contacted 3 other companies before Evangelous roofing. After explaining the nature of the repair the other companies never called me back. I contacted Ted through his website and received a return call that day. After explaining the repair he continued communicating with me and sent AJ to my house within a few days. AJ was great! He gave me a quote on the spot and explained all the work needed to be done. He then performed the repair immediately! I could not be happier with the communication, service and quality of work. We used Evangelous Roofing through the recommendation of our community Facebook group. We had our entire roof replaced. Ted was very informative, answering all of our questions when he first came out, and then providing us with a packet/estimate later on. We also had questions about shingle color and he provided multiple addresses where he had done work so that we could see some samples.

Our project was completed in the course of a day. Ted was also present multiple times and answered questions that came up during the job. Roof debris was removed and Ted actually agreed to re-shingle our shed at the same time when we asked him to do it that same day. He also left us some additional shingles. Additionally, we had some lingering questions later on that we texted that he also answered.

Overall, I would recommend Evangelous Roofing and I would definitely use his business again. Ted was very professional, informative, and not pushy. His pricing was also on par with the average estimates we were receiving. The one thing I will say though is that the communication could probably be a little improved, though it is understandable given he doesn’t have an office staff. Aside from shortly after our first meeting and the few days close to our roofing project, it was a little difficult to get ahold of him. If you run into these problems and find you can’t tolerate it, I would advise going with Golden Group Roofing out of Westborough.

Big shout out to Evangelous Roofing, I called because a small piece of flashing fell off our roof, they called back, showed up when they said they would AND fixed it so quickly! Very professional and I highly recommend them!

My roof was leaking and had a big problem with ice building up during the winter months so I knew before this winter I needed to have some work done. I have multiple companies come in and give me a laundry list of things I needed to do to repair the roof. Most of the companies would not even tell me if the work that would be done would fix the issue I as having and asked for additional money and work to look in to the issues to find the appropriate fix. Luckily I had seen some reviews on Evangelous and since they were local I decided to call them. They were hands down the best value but you could tell immediately they cared about the homeowner. On the first visit to the house for the estimate they had identified the problem and without even asking they went ahead and made some temporary adjustments to limit future damage to my house. Besides the reasonable pricing offered the customer service and was great. I quickly realized this is the company I should hire. On the day they came to work on the roof they were extremely prompt and efficient. They made sure that any debris from the roof would not damage my gardens and did an amazing job cleaning up after to make sure no nails or trash was left behind. I would recommend Evangelous to any family member, friend or even anyone I heard needing roof repair. Thank you so much for making this process easy and painless.

I couldn't be happier with my experience with Evangelous Roofing. Initial call to them was returned promptly and owner, Ted, provided an onsite consultation within 24 hours and had an estimate to me that same day. I was anxious to have roof replaced prior to winter. Ted fit us into his schedule by starting the job on a Sunday! The crew did an excellent job cleaning up. Ted came by himself to do a final inspection. Warranty from GAF arrived by mail within two weeks as promised. I chose Evangelous Roofing because they were several thousand dollars less than other GAF certified provider that intended to use same materials. Final bill was as estimated; no surprise charges.

I can honestly say it was the most pleasant experience. I can not believe how hard these guys work and how respectful they were. They completed the job in one day and my yard did not have one spec of debris on it. Ted is a great guy to deal with. He explains the whole procedure and does it in such a way that you feel a part of the team. I felt comfortable with my decision and would recommend them to friends and family.

We have counted on Evangelous Roofing for over 10 years. The installed a new roof and skylights, repaired our roof after storm damage, and recently returned to repair rotted wood under gutters. I would highly recommend Evangelous Roofing, it is rare when you can find a combination of great quality, speed, and reasonable pricing - you usually can only get two of three but Ted and his company easily check all three marks. Ted provided a reasonable proposal that included replacing my skylights and used top quality materials - and him and his team delivered in spades on speed working over 12 hours on one day to finish. I really commend their work and Ted goes out of his way to ensure the customer is happy and helps with all he can - he even helped me remove my damaged pool cover! I’ll start off this review by saying if I could give them 0 stars I would. I called Ted about coming out to give me an estimate to have my roof done. I set up an appointment with Ted and when the day came he never showed up. No call, no apology or attempt to reschedule, nothing... I called him back to try and set up another appointment and he never responded to that. The day I had scheduled my estimate I had cancelled other important plans to be home for the roofing estimate so him not showing up was pretty inconsiderate. I had heard good things about his company but I seriously question the professionalism of this company if they can’t show up for an estimate and when I reached out a second time they never responded back. I understand mistakes happen but this just says to me,”I don’t care about the customer, I’ll make money with someone else “. I recently asked a coworker about this roofing company and he had a similar experience where Ted blew him off and never returned his phone calls. In the future I’ll make sure to give a bad recommendation of this company to anyone who asks about a roofing company and would recommend Precision or Bruin Roofing instead.

We have owned our home for 27 years, it’s difficult to find someone to work on your house that takes pride in their work and treats it like it’s a project for their own home, I’m happy to report Evangelous Roofing did just that. They were professional, courteous, they cared about our home and left our yard as if they were never there, they went above and beyond by painting necessary replacement boards. Ted Evangelous and his crew did two roofing project for me with complete shingle removal and installation. First job was in 2018 - no leaks, no problems. Pricing estimates were very reasonable and quality of the finished jobs is excellent. While at it guys also replaced rotted woodwork (rake boards, etc.) and roof now looks amazing. Ted was on-site and in touch throughout the project and personally completed final walk-through and inspection.

Ted and his crew were able to complete the roof work quickly with no issues - they were able to match my 10-year-old architectural shingles and my 10-year old Velux skylight also. Once they had completed the work and left you could not tell they had been there - everything had been carefully and thoroughly cleaned up and everything was like new again after having had a tree fall on the roof, skylight, and gutter. I highly recommend Evangelous Roofing for a first-rate job.

We had Ted and his team come out in a rain storm at the beginning of February this year. We had shingle blow off the roof revealing raw plywood. They came out on short notice and made the repair while also doing a quick inspection of the roof. After our pleasant experience with them we decided to hire them to replace the roof in full. We were looking for a date when Ted texted me out of the blue on a Saturday asking if they could come out Tuesday when it was supposed to be beautiful out to get the job done. It worked out perfect. He kept me updated with pictures throughout the job and explanations of each step they were taking. Price was below expected and extremely happy with our new roof and would gladly refer Evangelous Roofing to any one looking for roof work!

Let me say that I am not an easy person to satisfy when it comes to home improvement projects, I am very particular and demand perfection. I was extremely happy with Ted Evangelous with respect to his work and customer satisfaction. I have had 2 separate roofs done by Ted and his crew . Ted was a gentleman and very accommodating with all the work I had done.
