I was in need of Landscaping due to HOA requirements. I searched for months because I was also in need of a French Drain in the front flowerbeds of my home.

I searched French Drains and came across Sylve Services. Mr. Sylve arrived at my home assessed the situation and advised me he would call me back with a quote.

I received a call back from Mr. Sylve the next day. He advised me if I gave him the opportunity to do the job he would make sure that I was satisfied.

I gave me a price that was very reasonable. My schedule is very busy so the face that he provided me with a quote that included all materials was fantastic!!! He made my life easier and took on the task of satisfying the customer from the start.

He had everything delivered and I didn’t have to go into a store or garden center not once.

He communicated with me and sent me a picture of every plant before he made the purchase of any plants that he used.

I hired him to do the work, and all I can say is that he takes so much pride in his work.

He went over his budget just to make sure the job was done to his satisfaction. Not once did he try to increase the quote or make me feel like I owed him anything extra.

I left the total design up to him, and he did not disappoint.

I didn’t think I would like the brick border he suggested . He suggested this once he noticed I had left over bricks in my yard. He advised me that was a way that I could save by using the left over bricks.

I came home from work and he had completed the landscaping edging with the bricks. All I can say is that I absolutely loved it!!!!

Mr. Sylve came everyday with his lunch, water and everything that he needed for the day. He arrived early and left everyday once it got dark.

Mr. Sylve seen that we needed fill around our patio so the dirt he had to Shovel out for the landscaping he placed it in the low spots around our patio.

The French drain was done to our satisfaction even though I know it was more work than he originally thought it would be. He still gave he his all until the job was completed and to my satisfaction.

We have several more landscaping outdoor projects that we need done. Mr. Sylve most definitely will be the only landscaper for us.

Mr. Sylve is dedicated, honest, reliable, dependable, trustworthy, hard-working, and a perfectionist.

Company a complete joke and reviews are FAKE!!!! Very unprofessional and ignorant. If you want cheap service & half done your at the right place.
If you would like quality service, I suggest finding a reputable company.

They came and dropped gravel in my driveway for free so he wouldn’t have to pay a dumping fee which was fine and dandy, but he stole my shovel and never returned it. Then I asked for it back he goes on a big long Facebook rant. He is very unprofessional.

Jerry was referred by a friend. He came out and gave me a quote for a 20 by 20 patio. Three days later, it was finished.

Honest, reliable and the quality of work is outstanding. Thank you for removing my popcorn ceilings, finishing and painting. This is the company to use, five star all the way. Thank you again!

Jerry Sylve and his crew did an amazing job! I got a fast quote and they were able to cut down all the popcorn trees I had in my yard the very next day. The clean up was fantastic and Jerry kept me updated every step of the way. His prices are fair and reasonable. I will be calling Jerry for all of my yard work from now on! Sylve and his crew did excellent work for a great price. He installed a french drain for us over two days in Tanglewood subdivision. The first day was right before Tropical Storm Claudette and just the trench his team dug made a HUGE difference in our backyard drainage. After today's major downpour, the entire system held up incredibly. I am a hard one to please but I am definitely satisfied with the work that was done. Would recommend.

Sylve Services removed our old fence, cut back the over grown trees on the property line and built a sturdy new fence. They were easy to work with, courteous, reliable and the best price around. They showed up on time and cleaned up everyday before leaving. I highly recommend Sylve Services!

Jerry is awesome. His crew was so polite and diligent. They pressure washed all my concrete and pavers. They look 1,000% better. They installed and attic fan and a swirl thing-a-magigy-bob on the garage roof. Excellent work. They clean up after themselves. I have them coming back to do more work. They get an A+100
