I have used Surlang Roofing for all of my roofing jobs over the past few years And there is only one word to describe them and that word is “Amazing”. They are friendly, knowledgeable, patient and clean. I have never had to go onto site after they were done and clean up after them. Very important for me as a contractor. I will use them for all my Roofing jobs as long as they’re around.

I highly recommend Surlang Roofing. I had my roof replaced at a competitive price with no issues in a timely fashion. The work crew was professional and the clean up and removal of my old roof was excellent with nothing left behind. Definetly and five star operation!

We were pleased to receive a quote quickly upon request when other companies were either too busy or didn't want our project. The quote was fair considering the scope of work involved and we were kept informed as to the timeline. We were thrilled that they were able to fit our job in during the extremely hot weather and on short notice. The crew was courteous and friendly. They took exceptional care to cover my landscaping and veggie garden from damage and tidyed up the job site at the end of each workday. I can't say enough about Surlang Roofing. I was left waiting for another company to fulfill their quote but it was delay after delay after excuse. Surlang came the same week I called to do an estimate and in less than 3 weeks they not only started but completed the job and it wasn't small. I even had one of my skylights removed. They were completely professional and updated me along the way. Once finished, they cleaned up after themselves as well. I cannot recommend them enough! I am very happy! Thank you Surlang Roofing!!

I've used Surlang on several projects now, most recently a new installation or asphalt shingles. They always show up when they say they will, are quick to respond to any questions I have and the completed work is always great. No need to look anywhere else.

The crew from Surlang came out to fix a leak in my roof. They did a great job and the roof looks awesome!!

20 years ago Surlang Roofing installed a new roof on my house. That same roof is still intact and in great condition. I remember the personalized service and attention to detail the crew members provided. The grounds kept clean as possible and respect for my family's schedule. I have recommended them over the years to friends and family and many have used Surlang Roofing so I'm happy so say that!

I thought I'd give the smaller company a go and their price was competitive. Of course this company was cheaper than other companies but there is a reason for this, be prepared to act as contractor to ensure that everything is completed properly. We had to call them back several times to ensure that things we noticed were repaired, no one did a final inspection to ensure it was to code and completed to our satisfaction. Our skylight was left completely unsealed, parts of our attic left exposed and not resolved until I bothered them to come and fix it. Damaged our facia and we had to pay to have it replaced. I am hesitant to give them one star here. Communication was great with the person providing a quote but after that, communication is terrible. Yes, they are cheaper but beware.

From Estimate to Completion the crew at Surlang Roofing was excellent to deal with.
Weather conditions put the project on hold for a while, but I was always updated by their office as to when the project would be started.
Finally the rain halted, and the crew had the new roof on in one day, and my rancher-style home has never looked better.
Everyone I dealt with at Surlang, from office to crew were very professional. So happy they did the work.

My job was difficult. Capping a chimney well over three storey high. I was given a firm estimate. They came as soon as they could - needed good weather. The job was done with good humour and expertise. They also pointed out a fault in my siding caused by Hydro . I am now in the process of getting Hydro to fix it. I would recommend to anyone.

They showed up without any notice. We were not available as they needed us to be home for this appointment. We told them no one said anything about them coming or we would absolutely have been ready for them with at least someone being home. They left, never called again, and didn’t even come back. How on earth can a reasonably well-known company be run like this? We will not be calling them ever again. There are many other roofing companies to choose from. You were warned.

So today the roofers were just chucking large pieces of garbage and plywood off our roof and onto our walkway,parking spot and driveway.
I have a baby.
So I yelled at them until one finally took his headphones out and acknowledged me.
I said "you DO realize people live here right???"
He apologized and I left.
Very unprofessional and DANGEROUS.

The work seems good, we had a tree come through the house we are renting, in December. Our landlord has hired onsite and this company to repair the roof.
The work seems good, and these guys get a lot of work done in the day.

I just have one small complaint.
No one ever tells us when the roofers are coming. I have a 14 month old, if I knew they were coming I could prepare. She's woken up screaming because suddenly she's woken up by loud banging on the roof.

Or the first time when they came, my daughter and I were asleep. As a stay at home mom, it can be really alarming to just wake up to people on your roof at 7:30am.

The best roofing company I have ever worked with!!!!! And I have done quite a few roofs in my career! Bryon at the office was amazing, installers were absolutely awesome to deal with and super professional!!! Really I will never use another roofer again. Price was very competitive and the work was second to none. Thanks so much surlang and I look forward to our next project together

Great company. They are reliable, provided prompt responses, fair quote & pricing for roof repairs and replacement of our small shed roof. Corbett and Mark were great! They both did a thorough job to fix the leaks in our roof (as opposed to previous roofer company) and replacing the roof on our shed. Would definitely recommend them! Thank you guys!

Surlang did a fantastic job of our new roofs (house and shed), were very reasonably priced and went the extra mile sending a guy back to make sure all of the venting was correctly attached in the attic after they had replaced some old out flow dealies on the roof. <3

Recently we had a water leak in our bathroom however the cause could not be detected. My insurance company acquired the services of Dave at Surlang roofing to inspect the roof. He is very professional, experienced and detected several scars in the shingles caused by falling branches. Surlang came to repair the roof and had to clear the snow to begin the work. The workmanship of Mark and Remy and(can't remember his name) was outstanding. They are professional and work together as a team and completed the work in just a few days. The clean up was excellent and Rick came back a couple to times due to the snow covering
the debris.
