I called over a month ago and asked to have someone come out to do a roof inspection. The receptionist was very polite and the rep called me the next day. I understand the rainy weather kept pushing back the ability to get on the roof. Messaged the representative several times and he said he would be out there and then would never show up. Schedule it again and he didn't show again. Tried messaging him again and ignores me. I heard good things about this company but I will not be chasing you down for you to take my money.
Update: the owner, Donnie, reached out and wanted to correct the situation. He apologized and had his guys out next day. They inspected the roof and found a few trouble spots before they became bigger issues. They were able to fix it very quickly and I would highly recommend if you have any problems to give them a call for your roofing needs.

They have great customer service- it was like, wow companies with great customer service do still exist! Derek was awesome at keeping us informed and assured that our roof would be repaired before the rain. They repaired the roof in a quick and timely manner. All for a very fair and honest price!

This company replaced the roof on my rental property in Burlington. They were extremely professional and walked me through every step of the process! I would definitely hire this company again in the future and recommend it to anyone looking for roofing services!

Absolutely horrible experience, my contractor used this company to install a metal roof on my brand new home in Danville, Va. After a while of being in the home we noticed metal sliding off the front of the roof. My contractor contacted them and they sent someone out to “fix” it. They left out half the screws holding my gutters in and scratched the tin roof. After having that experience my contractor and I got on the roof and noticed half of the tabs on the entire house were not bent over correctly and end pieces were literally falling off the house. My contractor has tried reaching out for over 6 months to get the issue resolved and has only been able to get in touch with him once or twice over the course of that time with false promises that he is going to come out and make it right. He will not respond to my contractor even after photos have been provided to him of his poor quality workmanship. I have attached two photos but the entire house is done in this fashion. If I could could give zero stars I would.

I had issues with a leaking roof. The guys came out and immediately pinpointed the problem and promptly fixed it. While out here they assessed my roof for further issues and found another area which they were able to quickly fix. They were thorough in explaining and showing me exactly what the problem was. The owner Donnie followed up to make sure I understood what was fixed. He and his team of roofers were very pleasant to deal with. I will certainly use them if I ever have a future need.

SureTop Roofing did an excellent job installing our new roof. We had several bids on the roof replacement and they were the best quote for the quality and roofing guarantee. A roof is an investment in your home and we wanted to be sure we were using a company that stood behind their work and would be in business in a year from now. Christopher came out and explained all the details of the components of the roofing system, the differences in the shingles, and what we could choose. He was explained all of this in layman’s terms so we could understand it all. The crew that installed our roof was professional and cleaned the job site every day, taking care of our landscaping in the process. All in all, it was a good experience and we highly recommend SureTop Roofing.

We selected Suretop to have our roof and gutters replaced. They had the old shingles removed and replaced all in one day. They did an excellent job with the roof and a fantastic job with the cleanup around the house. Our gutters were replaced by a second crew within the same week. The work performed was very professional and all of the workers were very friendly. Charlie and Chris do a very good job of explaining the process and making sure all questions are answered. We would recommend this company to anyone requiring roofing or gutter replacement or repairs.

Replaced our deckmount skylight after Florence shattered it. Very great customer service and very knowledgeable! Explained the different kinds of skylights and what what involved in replacing ours. When the workers arrived they worked very quickly! Definitely impressed! Hopefully we won't have any more roof issues, but if we do we will know who to call! I just completed having Charlie Brame of Suretop Roofing do a roof inspection. A shingle had blown off and I needed to get information on a roof repair and a roof replacement . He walked me through the process, sent two employees to do the repair, and e-mailed a quote the same day.

Suretop installed a standing seam metal roof on my new house. This type of roof requires much more skill to install than the more common exposed fastener metal roof.

Highly recommend this company to anyone needing a new roof. They came and had our roof installed in one day. They were very thorough in their clean up, making sure they got up all the nails and old shingles before leaving. They even came by the next day for another sweep and to make sure we were happy. Called on a Tuesday, and had an emailed quote by the end of the day. They scheduled the work that Friday, and even went the extra mile and made minor repairs to areas not quoted. I had written the below review with a singe star for this company. I received a call from the owner, Donnie, and he was very honest with me. He informed me that, unfortunately, my name had slipped through the cracks. I thought it was amazing that he did not try to make excuses or blow a bunch of smoke my way. He simply told the truth! He also said they were dealing with a death and it was weighing heavy on himself and the company and I am praying for comfort for the company and the family. He said he was sorry, didn't blow a lot of smoke my way, and has offered to make it right. I respect that. I understand things happen and he was a pleasure to speak with.

I called Suretop on a Friday afternoon and my first impression of them was WOW, I cannot wait to work with them. I called and the voice mail was odd so I didn’t leave a message. About an hour later a fellow called me back and said that he had missed a call and wanted to know if I need help. That was great! I told him I had an issue with the dormers on my house and I told him it may be just an odd issue because we had an enormous storm the night before. He said that he would check it out no problem. He told me the coming up Monday someone would be there at 3PM and someone would call beforehand to make sure I was home (I told him I was going to be out of town the weekend and he said they would call just to make sure I had arrived back). I was very excited and come Monday I waited on the call. No call. That was no issue, I thought maybe they forgot and were just going to show up. Nope. 3 came and nothing. 3:30, 4:00, nothing. I finally called the office at 4:30 and the voicemail said suretop so this time I left a message. I asked if something had happened or if my date had changed and please give me a call back and I left my number. I didn’t receive a call that night so I thought for sure the next morning I would get a call. Nope. After that day I left my contact information on their website in hopes that someone would call and I have called them back twice since then (leaving messages with my name and number) and still no reply at all. Im done!

I'm very pleased with Donnie and Suretop Roofing! My new roof looks fantastic and they used top quality materials and are skilled craftsman! They provided a very competitive quote, finished the job on time as promised and even assisted me with a payment plan. Suretop Roofing is the sure thing! This is the company you want to use to provide the best roof for your home!

My wife and I called Sure Top roofing after experiencing our roof was leaking. They were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They came out to look at the roof and were able to fix the problem that initial visit. We would recommend this company to anyone that needs a roofer and we will definitely use them again.

Recently we experienced a leak on our old flat roof. We called 3 companies to come to quote. One - Coleman roofing never even called back, the other from Raleigh was very through and very expensive, and Suretop who was immediately in touch. We had them give a quote and it was thousands less than the Raleigh company for the same materials and warranty. They were very particular to do the installation correctly, and even had the manufacturer inspect to confirm it was right. They came when they were supposed to, did the work without disrupting our business at Custom Home Accents and Flooring and during it all were super responsive when we called with questions. Even more important they cleaned up well and made sure we had no nails or debris in our parking lot. We did have a small leak after installation but again they came when called, got the minor issue fixed and we have been dry and leak free ever since. I would highly recommend them and if I ever need another roof they will be my first call. Mike and I are very pleased.

Ben and Suretop roofing provided us with a full roof replacement, and they also installed gutter guards. They were absolutely fabulous, from the beginning and throughout the entire project. He was perhaps the most professional home repair person I have ever worked with. He was punctual, thorough, and honest. He kept us fully informed at what was happening at each step of the process (estimate, ordering materials, install date, clean-up, etc.). His crews came exactly when he said they would come, they did excellent work, were courteous, and thoroughly cleaned up after the job (which is very important for a roof repair).
