I've had the pleasure to know Joe for several years and he did an excellent job on our home. We did a Facelift for the whole front of our home. Installed new black windows, black gutters, a black garage doors, and new vertical siding on the front of the home.

Sure did a full roof replacement on our house. The work is beautiful! From start to finish communication was great. Now here’s a piece of excellence….They worked with our insurance company to get approval for the new roof. This was a daunting task as a few times the insurance denied full replacement for one reason or another, but Sommer kept telling us it WILL get approved, that she deals with this process all the time, and to not give up! If this is happening with you and your insurance, I’m telling you that you can trust Sure! They know insurance, they know the process, they know what the insurance MUST approve even if they initially deny your claim, and they will fight for you, all the while explaining exactly what’s happening and the next steps, and encouraging you that it will get done. And as I said in the beginning, quality, beautiful work! Absolutely recommend Sure!

Sommer was wonderful to work with! First, she was the only roofer to actually respond and follow up with my request to take a look at some questionable water marks on the ceiling of our rental property. She worked with the tenant to schedule a day that worked for them, and when it came down to the work, she was thorough and professional. She sent photos of her findings and talked me through her professional recommendation. It turned out to not be a roofing issue, and she was so kind to consider it a free inspection. As a property manager, I’ve worked with my fair share of contractors, and Sommer is definitely someone I would recommend over and over for her responsiveness, professionalism, and wonderful work ethic!

I noticed storm damage to my roof after a recent storm. I called Sure Roofing and Siding; they came out immediately to assess the damage and tarp my roof. The owner Joe Schuer met with the insurance adjuster and of course, the insurance company didn't want to pay for a whole new roof. Joe dealt with the insurance company and got them to pay for a whole roof replacement! Joe did all the leg work with the insurance company and waited for the insurance check to come through for payment!

We had a great experience with Sure home improvement. They sent a crew to replace all of the windows in our 2 story home. They showed up on time, they knew what they were doing and were very helpful and pleasant to work with. Sure Home Improvement also sent a crew to remove and replace the stucco on one side of our house. It had to be replaced before the house could be painted. Again a great experience. Sure Home Improvements installed 17 replacement windows for my office. The process went great! Joe Schuer met with me to determine what I wanted and needed. The windows were ordered and were available in about 5 weeks. The installers had all replacement windows installed in a day and a half and trimmed out the following day. They were experienced, very professional and great guys. Cleaned up, no mess. I was a bit apprehensive this being a December install but no issues. I wholeheartedly recommend Sure Home Improvements.

I had a small warranty siding repair from work I had done previously. The siding has started to slip a little and I texted Joe and he had his crew out the same day to repair (literally a few hours later). I appreciate the responsiveness.

Sure Construction completed 3 exterior jobs for us: replace 3 leaking skylights, replace all windows and 4 patio doors, and painting exterior trim. We had sought bids from separate roofing and window companies along with Sure Construction. After meeting with Joe Schuer, we decided that having one person to coordinate all the work would be an advantage. And, his pricing was competitive. I also liked dealing with the owner, not a salesman. The first roofer who came to our house for the skylights told us we needed a new roof. I didn’t share that information with Joe when he came and the first thing Joe said was “well, at least you don’t need a new roof.” He coordinated the work. The window installer and the painters were here at the same time and I didn’t have to think about coordination. As we were waiting for window fabrication and delivery, Joe kept us informed. He made visits while the work was being done. The window crew cleaned up thoroughly and the new windows/doors were a big improvement. In all, we are very satisfied.

Initial contact was with Summer. Very nice and understanding . Next I spoke with Joe. He was prompt to reply, courteous and re assuring. Did not have to wait weeks for repair after initial contact. His employees were nice, did a great job on roof and siding. They cleaned up after which was much appreciated. Overall great experience......Just recently (Aug. 2024) had a tree limb impale my back porch roof. I called Joe and he was very helpful, quick response time and repair was done in no time at all. Grateful for his help.

Was very impressed with this company. All workers were very dedicated, organized and hard working. They were able to replace shingles on entire roof in one day. Cleaned up thoroughly. Our ins.co. was initially resistant to paying for our roof. They had not responded to our request for 6 months. Once this co. got involved they were able to prove to them that this was their responsibility and we only paid our deductible!!
If you’re having problems with your ins.co. I HIGHLY recommend using this co. as they know how to get them to pay and they do a wonderful job!

Joe helped us with siding replacement due to wind damage. He handled all of the insurance negotiations, and his team did terrific work with the new siding. Looks beautiful and clean. Very professional and skilled crew, who did a great job cleaning up as well. Can't recommend more strongly that you work with Sure Home Improvements!

Joe Schuer personally came to my house, got on a ladder and did a thorough inspection of my damaged roof. He then worked tirelessly with the insurance adjuster to ensure that my roof was replaced under my home owner’s policy. He was great to work with and the job was completed on time. I’ve had to call Joe a few times over the years to come back to replace a few shingles that were blown off during big storms. He has returned faithfully to fix these minor problems, even though they were not his responsibility. He gets top ratings in my book.

Hired to fix a leak in the roof and do some interior painting. They were very affordable and efficient with the scheduling and work. The interior painting all turned out great and really brightens our house. Would certainly recommend and hire again!

Joe and his team replaced our siding, gutters, front and rear door and did a super job. Joe was very flexible to work with, as we made a few changes during the process. I was impressed with how clean his guys left our yard after the work was complete. I had a deck replaced by another company and had to clean up nails and debris after the project was over. Definitely would recommend and I'd use them again.

Joe with sure home improvement did a great job installing new Board and baton siding on front of my home. Painted the aluminum siding on 3 side and painted the soffit and fascia. The workers were knowledgeable and cleaned up. I will recommend sure HI to all my friends.

I had a roofing company come give me an estimate before Joe came out. They wanted to re-deck and re-shingle the roof for only $5,000. Joe found a crack in one shingle that was causing my leak and saved me $4,900. I can't recomend him highly enough.
