If I could give NEGATIVE STARS to this company, I would. Our geothermal system was inspected and serviced by another company that found it in perfect working condition. Our Supreme Service tech and manager (who coerced us into a second appointment on the same day!) "found" thousands of dollars in repairs. I find Supreme Service's practice of upselling and fearmongering customers into purchasing unnecessary services completely unethical and infuriating. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Ben was very friendly, knowledgeable & explained everything in detail.. checked my unit thoroughly and gave me options.. Turns out my unit was 26 years old and we decided it was time for a replacement unit.. Got me a quick replacement date and a reasonable price..

It would take me too long to tell you just how bad this company is. They lie, don’t care and are unresponsive. I have been without a bathroom for 2 weeks because Brandon K. is horrible at his job. We hired them to put in a new tub/shower, mainly because the subfloor needed to be replaced. He started to put the tub in and we asked three times what about the sub floor to which he responded he would do it, then he didn’t do it and put the tub in (crooked and with mortar on the 2nd floor), when we asked why he didn’t do the subfloor he said he was told not to (which was a lie). We were then told to go through and cut under the tub to replace it ourselves. He cut a huge hole in the hallway wall to get to the plumbing, didn’t ask or tell us ahead of time, and cut right through a stud (which we found the piece of outside in the parking lot after he left). The shower pieces are uneven, one is upside down, it’s all supposed to be brushed nickel, but it’s mix and match. And that’s not even all of it. It took almost a week to get someone to come look at it to see how bad it was and we are still waiting for someone to schedule to come and fix it. No manager or any one called to apologize or do anything to show they even care. I’ve made multiple phone calls myself and keep getting told someone will call me back, but nothing. Absolutely not worth it.

He also didn’t say goodbye or tell us he was done, he just left us with the mess. He told his boss he didn’t know where we were…my husband works in the basement, where he was and had been the entire time, the same exact place he was when he had no problem coming down to when he needed to ask him to turn the water off.

Kyle Fenzel is the one who sold it, said it was the worst job he had ever seen when coming after the complaint, and just keeps saying someone will be in touch…yeah thanks that was over a week ago.

Ben was truly professional and knows what he is talking about. His assessment was clear and concise. His Supervisor David came out and validated his findings, while also making an assessment on the way ahead. We will definitely call again!

Had water access points installed for a washer and a gas line for a dryer—great service all around. The Joe was on time, professional, and did clean, efficient work. Everything’s working perfectly. Highly recommend!

Yonas did an excellent job in inspecting and servicing my HVAC unit today. He arrived early, was thorough and explained everything to me that he found. In addition, he emailed me a report with many photographs of my system I really appreciate his outstanding service.

Price was ridiculous. I had sticker shock and literally was glad when they left. $1265 to replace a shower valve I was supplying. Or free install if I spent 12k on a water softener. I was expecting $250-300 for the job and I hired a different plumber to do it for $275. Ridiculous!

Super nice guy. Very informative and thorough. This company has always been kind and professional. Preston kept up that tradition.

I’m very pleased with the service tech’s commitment to my needs. He stayed with the job until 7:30pm because I could not be present the next day. I’ve been with Supreme Service for nine years. Although this service is above and beyond the call of duty, it’s what I’ve come to expect with Supreme Service.

After 2 weeks I posted the review and was contacted by an owner of the company about my concerns with the company. After talking to him I received a partial refund (for my troubles). So they did an attempt to remedy the situation but I feel like my original review should stay (below). To help others.

So I call supreme Service today for a drain issue. They sent a person out that said I had broken pipes under the foundation. The estimate was 7,800 (and I was told the the estimate was not free). The estimate came in and said that the cement was not covered unless specified in the contract (the estimator said that it would be covered). After calling the off they said it was an old contract that was used and sent a new one. So I scheduled an appointment. After rechecking the website I saw that it said the the estimate was free. So that made me get a 2nd estimate. The 2nd estimate said that a flap was broken and not the pipes and $1,200. So I told supreme and that said that since I had made an appointment and given a down payment that they would recheck the issue and fix it. They did fix it but for $2,000. The. Sent me the new bill. So after that I asked for a breakdown/itemized bill and would I get any type of discount for the inability of the estimator. I have yet to hear from them. I highly recommend not to use them and to get a 2nd estimate. It seems like there out to bill you till you bleed. Also they recommend financing. Don’t do there financing they want to have complete access to your account. Please get a 2nd estimate and don’t use them.

Horrible company. They have a “service plan” that gives 3 “free” inspections where the goal is to find a issue, even if one does not exist or anything you need, and scare you into buying something. Dishonest company and owners so much they have people doing work for them who are not even licensed. Most of their products come from Home Depot and the mark up is 2-3 times the actual price. Buyer beware they’re salesmen first and tradesman second with the goal of upselling you any and all you buy

Ben came come to our home for a service call. He is an outstanding representative of Supreme. Very friendly and professional.

The company is a scam. I called to schedule an appointment. The first dispatcher i spoke to (i think it's their main office or a call center or something) told me that it would be $99 no matter what day they came out, so a scheduled them for Sunday. Another dispatcher called me back later and said it would be $199 for a Sunday call. I switched the appointment to Monday 1-5pm only to get a message at around 4 saying they wouldn't come. So I was lied to about the price and took a day off for nothing. When I called about them the missing the appointment they offered absolutely nothing for the missed day of wages. Completely unreliable company thay has no respect for your time or money.

Yonas was professional, courteous and knowledgeable but Ryan hasn’t called or shown up yet for the estimate. I have been waiting over an hour and a half.

Supreme service technician did great. Patient and cleaned up after. I highly recommend this service for your duct and air conditioning repairs.

This was our first time using Supreme and because of Keondre we’ll be using them again! He was thorough, explained things clearly and kindly, and stayed longer than he needed (in an air condition-less house) to ensure we wouldn’t have any additional issues. We’ll be asking for him personally hereafter!

Donald was great explaining everything that he did today. He also helped us to understand what else was needed to prevent the same situation from occurring again. And since Donald speaks Spanish, he was able to explain things to my wife also. That was a bonus for us.

Josh from Supreme Service did a great job fixing my water heater. He worked through difficulties and made sure everything worked properly.

Despite being a regular customer with annual subscription, I couldn’t get the summer maintenance service on time or anytime this year. They rescheduled me 4 times and pushing the dates beyond the summer. If a business cannot perform service that they are supposed to, but charging monthly for that service, there must something severely wrong.

Keondre J was on time, very professional and thorough. He made me aware of the problem and made recommendations. Safe to say when he left my air was working.

Saber Z and crew worked tirelessly and diligently to install my geothermal heat pump system. I applaud the geo team’s hard work & integrity. With regards to the overall project, the management team provided a solid presentation but towards the end of the project came to realize a shortage in the sizing of the ground loop for my home, that ideally would have been discovered earlier as it was something I specifically mentioned as wanting to avoid. This’s impacts long term efficiency, my main driver for the project. This meant additional coordination with the driller and an unplanned cost. I however, SST was very transparent with the situation, and we were able to come to a mutual agreement to resolve the issue. If not for this I would have given 5 stars for the project and I am sure SST will take further measures to get accurate sizing in advance whenever possible.

Donald M. did a great job installing a faulty control board. He was polite and explained how the system would work better. We especially appreciate his patience in answering our questions.

Late last Friday our son-in-law discovered that their water heater was not working just hours before he was to bring our daughter and their 2-day old daughter home from the hospital (our grand daughter) - Supreme and their ace plumper Paul took the extra effort to come out late Friday PM and replace the broken heater with a brand new one. We cannot speak highly enough of Supreme and their dedicated staff - this is NOT the first time that we have used Supreme, and we have NEVER been disappointed.
