We received excellent service from Alpha Design Services. Our screened porch was detaching from the house. Alpha inspected our property and provided a written proposal with pictures the same day we contacted them. Work was completed the day after a contract was signed (they worked on Mother's day). Their proposal was honest and very reasonable. Another contractor exaggerated the problem and wanted twice as much. Alpha Design Services is honest, professional and can be trusted.

I remember calling this company in tears and To y answered the phone and relieved my fears. He didn’t have to be so kind but he informed me of his knowledge and the job on my roof only cost me $300 plus dollars when I had a company tell me that I needed a whole roof replacement a year after my insurance company said that my roof was fine. Did a great job on my roof. Angel and his team were done in less than 8 hours. They left my front yard area as they found it. I got a full set of photos of the completed work within a couple of hours after completion.

You really can’t beat the pricing. We had a couple of other estimates done and everyone else wanted to basically remove the entire roof and fully replace it. Other companies also wanted to sell us roof deck, and came off like a sales pitch.

Alpha Design Services is impressive, professional, and honorable. I recently used this company to see their work ethic and management of the project. I was satisfied with the results and the transparency of information, contract pricing, and legal requirements provided. I haven't witnessed this type of home contracting in a "Long" time . . . Alpha Design Services is not your traditional home repair contractor. Alpha Design Services restored some of my faith in the industry.

I hired this company to fix loose sidings on my home. They had a worker come and they sent me a quote with their findings and what needed to be done. They wanted payment in advance and sent me a contract and invoice. I signed and paid. They gave me an appointment for the following Saturday but showed up on Friday. Although it was not a major project, I found it peculiar that it was completed so quickly. But again, I am no expert… Now I see why.
Within less than six weeks, the sidings that they supposedly screwed in place are falling off the exact site that they repaired. The contractor also ended up damaging another area of the property with the ladder.
In fact, they sent only one contractor who had a hard time maintaining the ladder in place and climbing it at the same time. I could sense that he was frustrated because he was dropping the « f » bomb repeatedly as he tried to steady the ladder. Which explains why he hastily did the job. Here are the results !!!

Boy, do they also display poor customer service !!!

When I called them to see if what could be done about this, I was told that the problem stems from the poor quality of my sidings. The person talked over me and would not allow me to speak. They blamed the whole situation on me! It is funny how when they gave me the quote they never mentioned that the quality of my siding. Now that the job they did is falling apart, they blame it on the quality of the sidings. The crews they put are failing off. It is obviously due a POOR JOB DONE HASTILY!!!
Beware!!! I chose this company because they responded quicker than the others I had contacted. I should have known better.

Angel and his team replaced our rotting wooden deck with new pressure-treated wood in 1 day, and the time from my initial contact to project completion was faster than our other 3 estimates. We really appreciated Angel's evaluation of the former corners that were cut and explanation for the better ways to construct our new deck. He was also gracious enough to take care of a second smaller project on the other side of our house the next day. We plan to be repeat customers!

I can’t say enough good things about this company! It was extremely helpful that they were open 7 days a week since we had an urgent roof leak on a Sunday morning. I called their office and Angel came out in LESS than an hour to see the problem. He surveyed the situation and came up with a solution. He emailed me quotes that afternoon and always asked if I had any questions along the way. Their prices were super reasonable. The next day I paid the deposit and got a confirmation for my repair service appointment. They showed up EARLY for the appt and got the job done quickly and cleanly. They documented the whole process with pictures and made sure I was satisfied with the work. Excellent work, fair prices, and professional! We’ll use them again soon for sure.

Really happy with Angel and his team. We had a sudden leak in our bathroom windows on a Saturday morning, which got suddenly worst in the evening, due to storm Ophelia. Angel showed up Sunday morning 9am while all other companies we had on the phone could not come before Tuesday at the earliest. Angel evaluated the issue (crack in our roofing), got all the necessary material on Monday and fixed the cracks on Tuesday, making sure he got them all. Really glad we looked for more companies on Saturday and found Alpha Design!

We had a leak on our roof due to an incorrectly installed attic fan, Angel came out the same day we called him and gave us a free estimate. I was very impressed with the use of high-tech tools like the moisture detector and how well presented and professional the estimate was (Lots of pictures properly labeled explaining the problem and the fix).

I also appreciated that he included his license and insurance on the quote, he's the real deal. It was an easy decision to go with his company after the impressive quote work, we told him we were ready to move forward with the work and he came out the very next day! They were 5 minutes early and didn't even ring the doorbell, they just went right to work. A couple of hours later and the problem was fixed, the repair looks flawless.

After the work was done, he sent us before and after pictures of the roof and detailed what was done. I honestly can't think of a way this experience could have been more positive, we are planning to continue using this company for all our home repair needs, already planning the next project to do with them.

Angel and his crew are by far the best home improvement contractors my wife and I ever hired and we will continue using them for all of our home improvement projects. They did an amazing job repairing the siding on our house, and even got rid of all of the loose nails that the last contractor left on top of our roof for no extra charge. Alpha Design Services did an excellent job replacing my roof. From the beginning I was impress with their professional approach in explaining what's involved in replacing a roof, the type of materials used and other tasks to insure my new roof was done right and protected in the future. Also, I appreciate that the contractor was there everyday supervising on site.

Alpha Designs' renovations at my house included bathrooms, flooring, electrical and painting. They were supportive in redoing work from a previous contractor. I found them easy to communicate with, transparent about the prices, skillful, and knowledgeable in choosing patterns, colors, materials and designs. The team was professional. Absolutely phenomenal person! I saw his truck and flagged him down due to having a shutter on my home fall off. He graciously stopped by my home the same day and repaired my shutter. I was floored when he did not charge me for the repair which I was more than willing to payfor his services! I mean who does that? It just goes to show you there are still some business and people that are not all about MONEY! We even engaged and a lengthy conversation after he completed the repair. There is no doubt in my mind this is company you want to patronize. I will definitely refer his company to any of my neighbors and friends. Had an issue with my roof/siding and wasn't sure what to do-called them and not only did they (Angel) came quickly when they said they would, but he fixed it without even charging me since it was just a minor thing, so had to share that experienced and was impressed.

What a response! With one day’s notice, Angel was able to respond to my siding problem that was caused by the wind. In the wind and snow, he climbed a 30 ft. ladder to fix my chimney siding. I had a water leak in my house, so water mitigation company had to cut drywall at couple of places. I contacted Alpha Design Services (Angel) for this drywall and color work.
Angel was very prompt in reply. He visited same day to my house and had his work estimate ready by next day. As there was a insurance claim for this work, Angel worked quickly with my insurance claim adjuster and all things were approved by insurance within few days.
While angel was working with insurance and getting materials ready for work, he always kept me posted. On the day of work they started and completed work in given time. During the work also Angel was there all the time supervising his workers.
After work when I called Angel for some touchup he readily agreed and showed up same day to finish that work.
Overall, I am happy with Alpha Design Services (Angel) for their professionalism and work ethics. I will definitely recommended it whenever you need them.

We had Angel replace our deck doors and replace our kitchen ceiling and ceiling lights. We are delighted with the excellent workmanship. He and his people were on time and very professional. He worked with us to accommodate our scheduling needs and they always took care to leave the area spotless. Not sure my first review went through but incase it didn’t here we go. I was in a bind and needed some siding work done. Angel came out to my residence right away and was able to provide me with a reasonable estimate the same day. The next day he completed all the work that needed to be done. I went on HomeAdvisor to get a quote on fixing a gable vent that was broken. Alpha Design came out within 24 hrs to provide a thorough quote backed up in writing. While conducting the estimate, Angel Casas, noticed a hole in my exterior wall in my attic which animals clearly could seek haven in my attic. I asked Angel if they could fix the hole and they responded in minutes with an amended quote. Their competitor never came into our attic and provided a quote while standing on my brick pathway in less than 2 minutes which was 35% higher. Needless to say, I was thoroughly impressed with Alpha Design from start to finish. They conducted themselves in an extremely professional manner and were meticulous in their craftsmanship. Both my wife and I were extremely satisfied with the work, the timeliness of the estimate and the response time to our questions. I used Mr. Angel Casas’ services to fix the sidings at the peak of the roof. Mr. Casas offered the services in a short notice and for a fair price. Even during the inclement weather, he worked to fix the problem without any hesitation. It was a pleasant experience to work with a contractor who was fair, prompt and professional.

About two years ago I posted a positive review but after the same problem occurred I found out that the service I received wasn't needed...I was told that I needed a ridge installed .when the same problem came back I reached out and was told by the that another part of the roof was weak and needed to be repaired and that was going to cost a couple of thousand..I'm so glad I got another opinion
. because the whole time it was the vent boot above the room that was affected...so long story short i paid for work that I didn't need.when dealing with them or any other roofers ALWAYS get another opinion.since were not on the roof and dont know anything other than whatever they say..they'll tell anything to get the contract.PLEAS BEWARE

Replaced two skylights. Called several months after replacement because there was apparent humidity. The owner came back next day and reviewed the issue at no cost. Touched up interior paint and made minor repairs. Very professional and responsive.

Alpha design is an exceptional all-around company. The owner is highly professional, knowledgeable and timely. He is a great diagnostition of your roofing issues - we had 3 other roofers here attempt to solve our leaky sunroof issues, but failed. Alpha design visited us 3 multiple times to identify the source of the leak and accurately determine action. They repaired the damaged area and replaced the entire roof within a week. The use the highest quality materials, use skilled and trusted crew, and guaranteed results. I contacted several roofing companies, but none were anywhere near as helpful as Angel from Alpha Design Services. He helped me with the insurance company and all roofing decisions.
