I had recently had my hip replaced and found a leak in my garage roof of the home we had just purchased. I just called to ask what type of sealant I could use that would work. They were concerned enough about my health and well being to send someone to take care of it at an awesome price. I NEVER asked them to. It was offered. Their workers are very clean and were always respectful of our property. Since the slope on the roof was not a shingle but a rolled roofing, the sealant they chose was white. I do not know why more roofs are not white here on Colorado because during the summer it dropped the temperature of the garage by at least 10-15 degrees from outside. Awesome company.
