Had a very pleasant experience with Phil Beaulieu And sons. When they make an appointment to see you they are prompt. Everyone I have dealt with from Cameron who came out to quote the job to Logan and Mike in the office to the actual man who did job were very professional.
I would recommend this company .

We have hired Beaulieu & Sns for several projects, including window replacement and roofing. They are responsive, timely and some of the most professional people we have ever worked with. Mark and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, affordable, professional company.

First let me say that I don’t provide reviews on a regular basis and not one of those professional reviewers you sometimes read for different products. So let me begin by saying Phil Beaulieu & Sons helped us a lot. We first had them install a new roof on our house a few years ago . Their price was the best of all the bids and better yet, they installed the roof in January when other roofing companies would only give us a spring time estimate. Especially because our roof started leaking heavily. The work was impeccable. We next considered replacing or rear deck with a sunroom and obtained several quotes that were all over the place for prices. I spoke to Fran Beaulieu and he is his team provided an estimate for a 4 season addition that was the equivalent of what the sunroom companies were quoting. We moved ahead with Phil Beaulieu and so glad we did. They built us a beautiful addition that we really love and made my wife happy (very important). The addition was completed in a timely manner of around 3-4 months and there were only two change orders which we asked for certain changes. They also stand behind their work and never gave us a hard time about any request. Overall I would recommend Phil Beaulieu & Sons for your home improvement needs and should I continue with other projects in my house, they will be the first people I call.

I HAVE HAD A MAJOR LEAK IN MY HOUSE FOR OVER 10 YRS. I HAVE HAD 4 OTHER CONTRACTORS SAY THEY HAD TAKEN CARE OF THE PROBLEM, BUT EVERY TIME I WAS HOPEFULL THE PROBLEM WAS TAKEN CARE OF I WAS ALWAYS EXTREMELY SO UPSET WITH THE RESULTS AND SPENT AN OUTRAGEOUS AMOUNT OF MONEY, ONLY TO DEAL WITH THE PROBLEM OVER AND OVER AGAIN. I CALLED PHIL BEAULIEU AND WAS ONCE AGAIN ASSURED THEY COULD TAKE CARE OF THE WATER FALL LEAK COMING INTO MY HOME. I KNOW OF THE COMPANYS REPUTATION AND WAS WILLING TO GIVE THEM A TRY, IF ANYONE EVER HAS A MAJOR PROBLEM WITH ANYTHING, PLEASE DO YOURSELF A WORLD OF GOOD AND CALL THEM FIRST!!!! AL NOT ONLY ALL BUT PROMISED ME HE WOULD FIND THE SOURCE AND FIX IT, HE STOOD BY HIS WORD AND RELENTLESSLY APPROACHED THE PROBLEM FROM EVERY POSSABLE ANGLE AND WITHOUT ANY DOUBT IN HIS MIND SOLVED THE PROBLEM!!! HE PERSONALLY CAME TO MY HOUSE TO INSPECT AND MAKE SURE HE WAS POSITIVE THE PROBLEM WAS SOLVED!!! IAM FOREVER GRATEFUL TO AL AND HIS CREW TO THIER DEDICATION TO HELPING PEOPLE THROUGH HARD TIMES WITH THERE EXPERTISE AND KNOWLEDGE OF HOME REPAIRS. DONT CALL ANYONE ELSE BUT PHIL BEAULIEU AND YOUR PROBLEMS WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF, THIS YOU CAN BE SURE OF!

I have been working with Beaulieu Home improvements for several years on a number of projects. Their work has been excellent, their prices fair, and their people a joy to work with. I could not be happier with my experiences with them.

Excellent customer service and quality workmanship. We had a new hatchway door installed and the installer did an excellent job and finished everything off so neatly thank you !

I had a broken piece of siding, original to my 1980s house. They don't make a replacement in the same size/look and PB & Sons was able to come up with an excellent solution that matches perfectly. You would never notice any difference and the new one looks great. Also, the worker who came to do the install was the nicest. He worked very quickly and cleanly. I was very happy with their work and appreciate their extra efforts to help with a unique problem.

It's been about a year since we got our quote and 6 months since work was finished. We had them quote masonry work for the two fireplaces and two dormers, which were in such disrepair, rain was coming into the house.

I don't want to jinx it but I feel like it's been long enough, with the rain and snow we've had, their professionalism and expertise has made our home safer and drier and I'm really grateful for their work. Affordable, easy to work with, and they do solid work.

The workmen were very professional and did a great job. They cleaned up afterwards. I didn't see any trash left behind. Very happy with job.

Beaulieu and Sons sided my house and gutters. The workers did a good job. Put in beautiful large bow window and several small windows. The carpenters did a great job as I had hidden water damage and had to replace a garage header and several boards. Removed a deck and discarded all wood. On time every day and politely answered all my questions. I would recommend them for your next job.

We have used PBHI exclusively for over 40 years! They installed replacement windows over 20 years ago, have sided our home 3 times, put on 3 roofs, one of each of these was due to a micro burst and they even handled the negotiations with the insurance company for us. Recently they remodeled the inside of our garage and it is now a space to be proud of!!! They pay strict attention to details, their work is perfection plus. Professional and courteous at all times. Everyone I dealt with was fantastic. I had a front door, slider and window installed by them and am so happy with the results. The entire process was smooth. The team is very responsive and professional. They came out for the initial consultation and was very helpful in offer suggestions. They then have someone come back out for final measurements. The day of the install went great. Super neat and friendly. Love the results.

They replaced a slider door for me. The installer did an excellent job and carefully made all necessary adjustments to insure that the slider was installed properly. I'm very pleased with the service a a I received.

They were very professional and easy to work with, especially Nico and Marissa. They showed up when they said they would and reshingled the roof, replaced the skylight and refreshed the chimney and anywhere else it was needed. Would definitely use them again. Also they left the site as it was before they got there.

window installation. They were very professional from quote to install. One small issue with one window (manufacturer defect) and Beaulieu ordered new one and installed promptly free of charge. Would highly recommend.

Phil Beaulieu construction did a fabulous job repairing a bedroom balcony and repairing and reinstalling a cupola on the roof of our barn. They also made a beautiful replica of our old 10 foot barn doors using long lasting modern materials. I contacted PBHI because I saw that they used a particular brand of siding (certainteed) that I was interested in for my 1920s home that was in need a full exterior redo (new roof, chimney rebuild, side porch rebuild, two new exterior doors, new siding, and new gutters). From the moment I called, the entire team worked with me to exceed every expectation I put before them. In understanding what I wanted, Cam B was able to recommend a different siding product that gave the exact look I sought them out for, but at a more affordable price. Marissa, Logan, and Mike answered my tireless questions in the office as we worked through the project this summer and fall with patience and expertise. Al, Todd, and the entire siding team offered daily updates, communication about challenges, and check ins to make sure I was thrilled with the progress. I am so happy pulling into my driveway every day looking at my "new" home, but sad that I have no further need to work with PBHI team. They are truly amazing and have made my dream a reality!

Phil Beaulieu replaced the damaged Lattice Work surrounding my outside deck. The carpenters were "super nice" not to mention had great knowledge in the job they were doing. The finished product was "immaculate" and I give Phil Beaulieu my highest regards. GREAT JOB!!!!!

Cam and crew did a spectacular job replacing all the windows, doors and siding on our house. I would highly recommend them for any of your home improvement projects.

Shutter install. The work was done, well. All shutters even and straight. However, Since they only used half of the painted screws supplied. I would have appreciated it, if they had left me some for spares.

I have used this company for two home improvement projects, a roof repair and a chimney project. I have been very satisfied. They are professional, responsive, and the work was very good. I would recommend them highly.

Recently used Phil Beaulieu to replace my roof and gutters (which had been mangled by pine trees felled by storms). They were very professional right from the beginning and stayed in touch with me throughout the entire process. They came when they said they would and did a fabulous job! And my gutters finally work the way they are supposed to. Overall excellent experience!

Our neighbor on our common driveway has used this company for the past year. They have left soda cans, trash, rope, all over the driveway. Even caught a worker p1ssing behind his truck up next to our property and yelled at him for it.. unprofessional and leave messes like children. Disgusting work ethic and expect the neighbors to clean up their mess.

Replace 3 gable vents. Work done on schedule and done well. Comment: vents installed but were not primed. I think, although service company is not a "painter company", when installing raw wooden items, should have been primed before installation [once installed unprimed, the entire item is exposed to the elements, and especially the back side] - that would be the right thing in my view. Otherwise satisfied with workmanship. Jack

They did a great job installing storm doors in my home. As always my home looks like a new home because of Phil beaulieu &sons work they did the roof siding and gutter a few years ago that still looks beautiful

We had new vinyl siding done at one of our rental properties. The whole process was smooth from Fran coming out to give us the estimate to the guys that did the installation and all the support from the office for questions and keeping us updated on our project. We will be using them again to replace some windows. Great people!

From the very beginning and every day of the project until the end, every single person we encountered was pleasant, upbeat and professional. Their guidance in helping us choose the right doors and windows was perfect for our needs and the work of installing everything, including new siding where necessary, was the best we've ever experienced. Jeff and George, who did the carpentry were punctual, friendly and extraordinarily good at what they do. We've never had such a smooth experience in our lives. From now on, we don't plan on calling on anyone else for our home improvement projects. We are very, very grateful to have found them.

Repair of dry rot and insect damage on an older home with wide width clapboards. Respected my decision to not replace with vinyl siding on a 100 year old house. Able to do the repairs, I expected the project would be bigger than initially planned. You open old houses and always find more than you expect! Also replaced 5 old basement windows. The work done was exceptional and professional. It was worth the wait, as the contract was originally created in January. I would use this company again.

Deck extension and remodel - Outstanding attention to detail, craftsmanship and professionalism. We are more than satisfied with the outcome!

Beaulieu rebuilt a porch for me about a year or so ago. The most recent very windy day we had, some trim from the house blew off. I asked this co if they would be able to get the trim back up for me.
Before I knew it, the trim was reinstalled! This is one example of how they operate. If you need a project done, this is the company to use.

Bonus was online site to check project status, invoice, payments and photos. Hired again to repair large bow window. Very reasonable.

Removed exterior finish and a number of windows and replaced in the entire exterior back side of the house and put in new windows and a sliding glass door. The work was excellent and done on time.

Phil Beaulieu workers were at a neighbor's home and I asked them if they could come and look at my roof. I had noticed some leakage in my back bedroom with all the rain we had this summer. Sure enough my ridge vent needed to be replaced. Within 5 to 7 days they were at my house at 8 AM and within 2 hours it was all replaced. They were professional, on time and priced reasonably and had fantastic follow up and follow through. Highly recommend them for all home improvements.

Avoid this home improvement business. After spending a lot of money to have the roofing and siding done to the house I noted that they never finished the job. They neglected to do the roof of the small back shed . Now it is damaged due to elements of nature ( water/ snow / wind etc). It is irrelevant if the owner reported it a few mos or years after. It should have been done right as it is fully paid . Time is not an excuse . See you in court Mr. Al as I am filing a complaint .

We had our cedar siding replaced with vinyl siding as well as new gutters. The crew that did the work was very professional . They were clean and organized. They kept the work sight clean every day. We are very happy with their workmanship. The house looks fantastic. The communication with the office staff was very professional as well. Whenever I had questions they would respond in a timely manner. Thank you to everyone involved in getting our project complete.

Terrible company. I was verbally told they could get the job started in 3 weeks so I signed the contract. I called a week an a half later and was told it would be four to six weeks. I wasn't pleased, but it was not that big of a deal at that time. From that point forward they made no attempt to contact me to inform me of any delays. After waiting 7 weeks I called and was told "we're just coming up on the six weeks". That was a lie. They tried to reset the timer to the last time I called them, not from the date I signed the contract. In any event, I was told Alan would call me back shortly. He did not. I called the next day and ask if Alan was available and I was told he was, and to hang on one minute. I was then asked my name. All of a sudden Alan was not available, he was in a meeting. He called me later to give excuses about delays and I said my main problem was that there had been NO communication from them. I had to initiate every single time. He stated "I'm am not going to call every customer when there is a delay, I don't have time for that." He said maybe he should just give me back my $500 dollar deposit, I reluctantly declined because I needed my home resided. He then told me the product they sold me was not available and what they sold me was "a prototype" and was not available on the market. At that point I lost the very last but of hope that this company had an ounce of integrity. I FIRED THEM ON THE SPOT, asked for a refund, and told Alan I would write a bad review. His answer was "We never worked for you so how could you write a bad review". My answer to that is self evident.
EDIT 3/18.22 after their "couldn't predict Covid" response. Two words, communication and integrity. You can't blame Covid for lack of communication, you can't blame Covid for telling me "we're just checking to make sure all your materials are here" before calling me. You can't blame Covid for Alan telling me on Sept 3rd or 4th that he would "order my materials and start the job on Tuesday" (Sept 8th). What do you mean order my materials? Weren't my materials ordered weeks ago!!! Didn't you then (and now) blame Covid for the delay in getting materials? Yet Alan was going to magically order them, and get them within 5 days over a holiday weekend? That's why you got fired. I knew you never ordered my materials because you had to call me back later that day to tell me what I was sold "doesn't exist". You went to order it that day and couldn't get it! You were dishonest then, and your recent reply, two years later, continues to demonstrate that you cannot be trusted. Nice try blaming Covid.
