Stephanie was charismatic, professional, communicative, and very supportive of our bath dreams! We are grateful for her dedication, time, and care.

The two young men, who are actually brothers, did an awesome job. They were professional and very polite. Their names are Petre and Ben. They came on time, worked efficiently in the heat, and cleaned up behind themselves. 10 star rating in my book. Then TJ Marshall, the Project Manager arrived to take finishing pictures. He also was wonderful. These men are a tribute to Yankee Home.

We were very pleased with our conversion from tub to walk- in shower! Jeremy and Gavin covered our floor and stairs with mats and left our bath cleaner than when they started! Jeremy was very accomodating with all my design wishes. All construction materials were taken away. Our new walk-in shower was completed in one day! Also we appreciated the follow-up calls to check if we were pleased with the installation!!! I would recomend Yankee Home Services to anyone looking for quality materials and excellant service!

David is a great guy! Easy to talk to and answered all our questions. We feel very confident about our decision to go with Yankee Home and David made that happen.

My husband & I welcomed Chris Covington from Yankee Home into our home at the exact 2p appointment time promised. Chris was exactly the type of sales consultant we were looking for. He was extremely knowledgeable regarding his product from the design concept through installation. He was never a pushy salesman. He listened to us from start to finish and was very respectful of our wants, needs and concerns.
Unfortunately, due to budget constraints, we decided not to purchase at this point.
Again Chris was extremely polite and respectful throughout his visit. He answered all of our numerous questions. Even though Yankee Home was not a fit for us today, we would 100% recommend them to anyone who asked our opinion.

I am very happy with the results from Yankee Home. The men who worked with me were professional and helpful this includes the site coordinator the licensed plumber, the carpenters and the installed shower with extra safety features . It was wonderful working with Theresa to decide on our tub to walk in shower conversion. She was very friendly, down to earth, knowledgeable, seems to be happy to work for Yankee, and ”not weird like other salespeople” according to hubby lol.

Dave was very friendly and knowledgeable. He spent a few hours with us measuring, going through our options and the remodel process. Very glad I called.

Chris came to do a consultation and provided a quote to redo my bathroom. He showed up promptly and set expectations immediately. He was very knowledgeable and understood what the concerns were. The team that did my tub to shower transformation were awesome. Several unforeseen obstacles appeared in the process and the team was able to conquer them all. Most important is that they kept me informed the whole time.

We had a consultation appointment with Jeff replacement of bathtub with new tile for the wall. He was a pleasure to work with, friendly, very informative, and answered all of our questions.

During the appointment he shared pictures of past work from Yankee Home similar to our project which helped us get an idea of how the final product would look. But the quote was way over our budget for something very simple we want to do. Close to 20k for just replacing a bathtub with new wall tile (acrylic) is ridiculously high. But thank you Jeff for stopping by and for not being a pushy salesman. We appreciate all the info you provided today.

Just got our shower replaced with a tub/shower combo, service was phenomenal—the crew had our old shower demolished and the new setup installed in one day! They were so clean and organized and very friendly and easy to work with. Our project manager David was super helpful and provided clear communication. Would absolutely recommend Yankee for home improvement projects if you want things done right the first time with quality that is guaranteed.

We reached out to Yankee Homes on a whim after seeing one of their "before and after" adds on Facebook. The office team was very responsive and helpful with setting up an in-home evaluation that worked with out schedule. They had Chris C. out to our home two days later to show us our options. We really had no plans to make any decisions or purchase that day, we were just dipping out toes into the waters to see what was out there. ...well an hour or so later we were signing papers and shaking hands to get our project started. Chris showed us the value in the product and services they could provide, as well as great financing options. Chris worked hard to get us the deal and shower we wanted, no sales pressure, just the information we needed.
We are beyond excited to have our mismatched 1970s shower replaced!

We contacted Yankee to discuss a tub to shower conversion. From the first call they were efficient and thorough and had someone at my house literally hours later. Chris came out inspected our bath and sat with us to discuss every possible option thoroughly. He was calm, concise and detailed. To prove their level of service I would like to share with you a story. After completion of our home project our toilet stopped working. We didn't know what to do or who to call. So I called the Project Manager Greg from Yankee Home Improvement a call and explained to him what happened to our toilet. He came right over as he was in the area to see if he could help us out which was not part of the project. We have say again how impressed we were with his willingness to help us out with our problem. He took the time out of his busy day to stop by and help us fix our problem. We can't thank him enough for taking that burden away from us. Now that is what we call excellent customer service! Jeff at Yankee Home was sooo considerate and explained the project so well that we decided to say yes after his presentation. This is something we traditionally NEVER do.
We feel like it is a trusted company and provides so many guarantees that we couldn’t walk away. Even if a company provided services for less, I feel confident with our choice.

Chris did a wonderful job walking us through our options for our bathroom project. He took his time and wasn't trying to just sell us something. He listened to what our needs and wants were for the project and was able to accommodate them. Truly satisfied with what we have seen and experienced so far.

We spoke with Stephanie Craven today regarding a bath remodel. She was very personable and easy to talk with to discuss our plans. Also helpful and informative. We both were appreciative of her time and effort explaining all our options. We haven’t made up our minds yet, but Stephanie presented a good case for Yankee and they are definitely in the running for the job.

Yankee Home did an amazing job removing our old bathtub and installing a stand alone shower in its place. They quoted 2 days and finished it all in 1 day. Extremely happy with the results, would recommend Yankee Home 100 percent!!

Colton was very polite. He came in and explained the company and how it started. He measured the project and explained from the start to the end of the project. We contracted with Yankee Home for a tub/shower combo to walk in shower conversion. The whole process went wonderfully from start to finish. Our installation was completed by Mario and Mario, Jr. They were a pleasure to deal with and stayed late to finish the job in 1 day. We could not be happier.

Absolutely fantastic Design Consultant Steve Powers we worked with today to design new shower. He was quite pleasant,professional, very qualified and detail oriented with presentation and explaining the entire process of installation, to time it will take,helping us choose product to install, taking measurements and showing us how the shower will be once completed. Very knowledgeable with presenting co.Yankee Home too. Would recommend Steve and Co.

Mario Cruz and his team did a fantastic job installing the new shower, 5 stars to them. I am so happy to know my mother will be safe with the drop down seat and detachable shower head. The sales representative failed to list the corner shelves we talked about and that ended up costing me a couple hundred more, but those are a must.

Chris was extremely polite and knowledgeable about the front door system I was looking to have quoted. He walked me through the options and different technologies. I was quite pleased that I wasn't strong armed into any decisions, as I've had terrible dealings with construction situations in the past. While the system didn't fit my budget, I would have no hesitation about reaching out to him again.

Jeffrey was nothing but polite, friendly, helpful and made sure we understood what he was telling us! He was a perfect gentleman.

We contracted Yankee home to remodel our two bathtub/ shower units in the house. They were quick to respond and complete both bathrooms in a short time. The professionalism, care, courteous, and friendly staff were a pleasure to work with. They protected our home with floor coverings and measures that were above expectations. This may be a long one, buckle up.

We were in a jam with a leak behind our shower and so we were pinched for a timely repair. We didn't have much time to shop around or to wait for a more affordable general contractor to be able to come out to do the work. We agreed to a contract with Yankee Home Improvment for $19K, and they said they could be here within a week to get started. Commericals rave about "ALWAYS DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME! NEVER CADDYWAMPUS!". Let me tell you the story how we now have a $19K shower that is still a bit Caddywampus after the not first, not 2nd, not 3rd.... but 6th time.

-Caulk has separated from wall within less than 3 months and proper care/cleaning on our part

The day they came to do the shower install went good at first. They were moving at a great pace! There were 2 gentlemen working in the bathroom doing the demo/install and at some point a plumber stop in to do all of the plumbing work. He left before the bathroom shower/tub install was complete as his work was done.
He NEVER tested his work, so when the 2 gentlemen doing the install wrapped the project up at the end of the day (I must be in the wrong business if a $19K job is done in one day btw! lol), they turned the shower on and it leaked all over into our basement and all over our firewood. Not the end of the world - it dries. The 2 install gentlemen "fixed" the plumbers work and the next day it was leaking.
We called and they sent someone out timely - I believe this 2nd visit (3rd attempt at getting it done right) they re-leveled the plumbing/p-trap.
That gentleman left and after work I went in the basement to look at the work and it was leaking.
Here we are at 4th attempt, 3rd visit - no longer leaking but smells HORRID! (Turns out someone messed up the vent pipe and so septic gas was leaking into our house, stinking the whole place up.
Brings us to the 4th visit, 5th attempt to fix it - no idea exactly what he did but left and following few days still STINKS.
Call AGAIN and they tell me it has something to do with the washer and dryer. HUH?! the washer and dryer are across the basement, not in the bathroom or tied into the plumbing they worked on and never been an issue. That would be one HECK of a coincidence!
Here we are at 6th attempt to fix it, 5th visit, they have now FINALLY sent their "Master Plumber" - He says WTH did they say anything about the washer and dryer?! And laughs it off. (Honestly feel like at that point they were trying to blame something existing in our home vs. standing by their work and its issues).
After Master Plumber totally redoes the plumbing, admits it was the vent pipe and leaves (we are now a month and a half into our "new" $19K shower), we FINALLY have a shower that doesn't make our whole house smell like sh*t or leak. Phew!

Here we are not even 3 months into our new shower and I look down today and the caulk or whatever material is used to adhere the wall of the shower to the tub part, has complete peeled itself back and if coming off. I don't have it in me for one more phone call or one more visit to fix their shotty work.

Mind you, for all of this I did politely let them know I would be looking for some sort of monetary compensation for all of the hassle and smelling sh*t for a month in my house. You know what the BEST they could offer was on our $19,000 shower? A $200 Amazon Gift Card.

I tried hard to refrain from this review and gave plenty of chances but this wall separating was just the last straw. For what we paid we shouldn't have had these issues once, nevermind 6 now 7 issues in less than 3 months so I wanted to fairly share our experience. For some reason it won't let me leave photos showing the new issue. Who knows, maybe only the good reviews get to post pictures?!

From the beginning it was a smooth and efficient experience. Theresa was amazing and she felt like an old friend and took all my requests into consideration. The guys who installed my shower were fantabulous. They were neat, detailed and left the space immaculate. They communicated through pictures through the entire process. This company and this team are the best construction company that I have ever worked with and my shower looks amazing. .

Kaelin was on time and informative with all the information about your windows. He also work with me to explain everything in detail the different types of windows in the heat resistance of the windows. I was very comfortable with him.

She's very knowledgeable about the project and was kind to the kids that were here and kept interrupting. 5 stars

So far my experience has been great. I was informed of the steps to be taken and my questions were answered so I could understand the process of window installation. Looking forward to seeing the outcome. Thank you Dave for making this decision easier for me. I feel comfortable and excited about this project. I will now have windows I can see out of again and less drafts in the winter. Way to go Yankee Home Improvement. So today is July 2nd 2025 and my 7 windows were done in five hours start to finish. Tim was fantastic, helped us decide what style windows would work best for each location and to create our vision. He gave us comparison numbers and took his time explaining things thoroughly answering any questions. What seemed like an overwhelming endeavor was definitely simplified by his realistic communication. Looking forward to working with Yankee Homes… our windows have been installed and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We could feel a difference within 2 hours of all the windows being in, actually had to change the thermostat. The guys were great, cleaned up each day before leaving the house. The outside finishing trim work is on point and looks great! Our windows took a day and a half so the fact that they didn’t leave us a mess over night was a great bonus. Highly recommend Yankee home!

Theresa Fleming was wonderful. Firstly she took her shoes off when she came into our home and greeted us with a smile and hand shake. Theresa sat down with us and explained the installation process and then showed us shower and fixtures samples. She listened to our needs and concerns. She was very professional and she didnt pressure us to make a decision on the spot. Well we decided to get a walk- in shower installation. White subway tile, corner seat, 3 black corner shelves, black fixtures, 2 black grab bars and sliding glass doors. They are going to also install a new toilet for us. We are so excited. David Curtis was very informative in designing our future doors and windows for our home.He presented us with all options to get our home more value.He took his time explaining everything and never pressured us into any decisions.He was also was able to get us the financing needed to do our project.We are very excited to complete this project and look forward to seeing what Yankee Home can do .Our doors and windows were recently installed 5/23 by 2 of Yankee Home best. Install Team was really great ! They worked tirelessly on Tuesday after a 2.5 hour drive here. They worked non stop. The cleanup was perfect. They finished day 2 in remarkable efficiency . The shower looks great ! Really professional team! They were even cautious not to let my inquisitive cat get out ! Thanks so much .

*update*** just had another shower installed and I wanted to say I have had 3 showers total done by the "Marios". They are a father and son and they work fast and efficiently while being personable and friendly. They are absolutely an asset to this company!!

Very impressed with this business. Tim R., a design consultant came out to speak with us and give us a quote and I was impressed how knowledgeable and thorough he was with his explanation of everything that needs to be done. I am looking forward to the project!
