Look no further for a siding, gutter, and window contractor. Sergiy and his crew( Alex, Alexi, Serge and Antonio) are true professionals. The siding, gutters, and window replacements on my old garage were done skillfully and artistically. The crew showed up on time and worked full days until the job was done. Every detail was well thought out and executed. We are very pleased with the work, and will hire them again for future work.

Our project started because we just wanted new gutters. I had committed to a national gutter company earlier when Alliance showed up and gave a price that was way more in our budget. Anotoliy, the owners son was showing me samples when I noticed he had siding samples as well so I asked about them and he showed me several pictures of houses they’ve completed, with before and after pictures and they were beautiful. He spent several hours with us going over options and gave us locations of homes in the area they’ve done and were able to see them and talk with the owners. All were very happy and satisfied with Alliance. We decided to have the entire house resided and have new gutters installed. Alliance gave us a much better price so we accepted. I’ve worked in the trades all my life so I feel I’m knowledgeable about critiquing contractors. Their crews were very experienced, very skilled with great attention to detail, and didn’t shy away from tricky or complex areas, which we had several. They were also incredibly hardworking and fast. If you have a project I do highly recommend them you can’t do better.

Fantastic experience from start to finish, a real pleasure. Everything went smoothly. We had our old windows replaced, the siding stripped and replaced, and the gutters replaced. Replaced the contractor that tore my house apart and left it like that for over six months. The Alliance crew repaired the damage done by that, and finished the job in 7 days. Alliance did an excellent job on my siding and gutters from the estimate to the final touches. They had a reasonable price compared to others and they had the color I wanted. The guys that came out were very respectful and had good communication with me throughout the project. The work was done very quickly with full cleanup and a beautiful final product. The workers did not speak English (Ukrainian and Russian). I used Alliance to recently reside my house. I had several proposals from various companies. I knew as soon as I met Keith that Alliance would be the company I would select. The entire sales and proposal experience was pleasant. No used car salesman approach, no pressure or elaborate tails of how great their company was over all others in the area or how the price is so high because of Covid.

We wanted to put up siding on our home. We had gotten 3 quotes and at the last minute we were introduced to Sergie at Alliance. Keith, one of there salesmen, came. He was very knowledgeable and had great suggestions. The other companies who quoted did not have the exact color we were looking for. Keith did. the first quote he gave us was high. He said it was because my wife chose the the better quality siding. So I asked him what would the less expensive siding cost and would we know the difference. That price was a good price. I told him we were still waiting on another quote so we would let him know.
All the other companies who were quoting could not do the work till spring of 2023. A couple of days later I called Keith and said that my wife loves the better quality siding and can he do better on the price. about 20 minutes later Keith called and gave us a great price and the clincher was that he could start at the end of October. I told him it was his job.

Sergie, the owner called after I signed the contract. I said this is a big house so how long will it take. He said around 3 to 3 1/2 weeks. They started on October 24. Three workers another Sergie (the foreman), Oleg and Mika. These 3 worked like 9.
Every recommendation they had we went with (and my wife is very picky). We had them take out 2 windows and instal 3 in the wall air conditioners. We were not there most of the time. They cut the holes and installed the air conditioners on a Saturday (that was the only time we could be there). After that we gave Sergie a key so they can do the drywall inside the house.
The inside looks like it was always that way. They did an awesome job.

If there was an issue Sergie would take a picture and send it to me. They finished on November 10th. We did a walk around and had a couple of issues. They fixed it on the spot.

I highly recommend Alliance. They know what there doing and they are very easy to work with. Plus they do a great job.

We had a problem with a window that we had cleaned and weren’t able to reposition. After searching on YouTube for a solution with no success and calling other window installers with no response, we lucked into Sergy at Alliance. Although he was busy he took the time to explain to us how to fix the situation. We even sent him photos of the problem and he described what the problem was over the phone, even offered to stay online while we worked. Wonderful service that went beyond! We are so grateful and would call them again for other needs as they come up.

I had a very good experience with Alliance Home Improvement! They are prompt, professional, courteous and informed. They cleaned up really well after my gutters were installed with gutter guards. Crew that came to my house was wonderful. I ended up having a problem/concern with a water leak, and wasn't sure if it was a result of the gutter work or the new roof I had put in 4 years ago. The owner heard my concerns over the phone, and came over the very next morning to check on this problem for me. They found the reason for the leak quickly, and it was with the roof, but they still corrected this problem for me and at no extra charge. I am beyond happy with this wonderful local company, and will be using their services again in the future. I highly recommend Alliance Home Improvement.

The work the team at Alliance Home Improvement does speaks for itself: every piece of vinyl siding is perfectly cut, level, secure, and skillfully matched with all of the pieces around it. The siding seams are well-integrated to the point that you can barely see them, the window wraps are perfect with crisp parallel creases and clean mitered edges, and the corner posts are cleanly cut and make the house looker sharper and more modern than it looked with wood. The metal wraps around doors are cut and caulked so artfully that I can barely tell where the metal ends and the white wood begins. They left their work site immaculate to the point that there hasn’t been a single piece of leftover trash to throw out, and Sergiy even let us throw out some old junk in the dumpster they brought for the job. They also installed new gutters as part of the siding job, which is amazing and none of the other contractors we asked for quotes from offered this. The gutters look great and have a better tilt to them than our old gutters did so we no longer have overflow issues by our garage door.

In addition to installing premium Allside Charter Oak vinyl siding our wooden clapboard house, garage, and add-on, they also replaced an interior wood door that stuck when you closed it with a fiberglass door. It looks fantastic, seals better than wood, and—amazingly—they were able to remove and then replace the old trim so that we didn’t have to refinish anything. We’d fully expected to have to refinish the area around the door, and they went out of their way and beyond our expectations to make sure that we did not have to.

They also replaced three old storm doors that didn’t seal well with new doors that seal correctly and look much better than the old doors did. Again, these were perfectly installed to the point that it’s more art than construction: perfectly aligned, sealed in the right spots, and caulk and nails well hidden.

Beyond their world-class work, they are simply a pleasure to work with: Sergiy the owner is incredibly responsive to text and calls and went out of his way to order custom items for us such as vents and windows; Dave helped us plan our project and answered my million questions with a million great answers; and the crew who did the work—team leader the second Sergiy, and team members Oleg and Mikle—are absolutely amazing at what they do and work faster than seems possible while also upholding quality standards that completely blew away our expectations. They kept us informed of the process, asked for our input about how to make things look, worked hard to meet our special requests such as for new vents, and did exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, in a friendly, timely, and helpful way.

This was the largest and most expensive home project we’ve ever embarked on, and we were hesitant to put our home in the hands of someone else. I’m so glad we met Alliance and we asked them to accomplish this project for us. It was absolutely a great experience, with amazing results, and I’d come back to them again.

I actually asked Sergiy, the owner of this great company, if I could write a review as reading the reviews for Alliance is what convinced me to hire them to replace my wooden house siding with high quality vinyl siding and redo one window and gutters. I thought they were terrific. They were responsive, took several trips to view the house and make recommendations, had the best price for the best quality materials (even offered me better materials at the same cost when they were able to get them quickly), and most of all, did the work on time and left the place impeccably clean. I had a tight window with one tenant moving out and one moving in and they came exactly when I asked them to despite me changing the times. I wasn't there but the tenant who was still there praised them too. I finally saw the house in person yesterday (after Sergiy gave me updates and photos while I was gone) and was so impressed I asked him if I could write a review. Five stars!!!

As a first time home owner, I did quite a bit of homework to find the right company to help me revamp this old house of mine. I interviewed five separate companies and settled on Alliance - I wasn’t disappointed. Not only were they very clear with the entire process, they were responsive, courteous, and very personable. In the time it took me to mow my one and a half lot property and weed one garden, the two man crew that came out to the house fully replaced, sealed, and cleaned a 15 window installation, leaving this old house with a new facelift. I have worked in retail and customer service for thirteen years now, and they exceeded every expectation I had for their crew. Great people, great communication, and fabulous work. Owner Sergiy, estimators, and especially the second Sergiy and Oleg who were onsite working full days even in difficult weather, were all a pleasure to do business with. They sided a newer structure, made repairs to an older one and completed some custom work on two overhead doors. The result of their skill at fitting the vinyl and aluminum products resulted in a final a building we are extremely happy with. They are very professional,
quiet, kept an immaculate worksite, and were always very responsive and obliging. We would highly recommend Alliance and would certainly use them again.

Alliance installed a new roof and completed a small demolition and reconstruction project. Crew arrived early and worked until dark. The job was completed on or ahead of schedule. Was also nice of them to replace a gutter that was damaged awhile back from a fallen tree.

Alliance Home Improvement stripped cedar shingles from the second floor and three third floor dormers of my home and replaced them with vinyl Cape Cod shingles and trim. All second floor roof gutters were replaced. The quality of the work was excellent. The crew worked long hours in extreme heat to complete the job in a timely fashion. The supervisor of the job was accommodating to my request for work to be performed that wasn’t part of the contract. I was impressed with the professionalism of the personnel associated with this business throughout my interactions with them during the course of the project.

This is the second house I used Alliance for siding and to replace the roof. Alliance did such a great job on my first house I didn't hesitate to use them again. This house had old siding and an old roof with two old skylights. Alliance removed the skylights, stripped the old roof and installed a beautiful architectural shingle in one day! They then stripped off the old siding from my house and installed beautiful cape cod shaker style siding and pvc vinyl around the windows. The nice thing about their pvc vinyl is they make a complex bend that acts as “J” chanel for the siding so the siding is cleanly hidden behind the trim with no ugly plastic “J” chanel. On top of all the great craftsmanship and attention to detail, the owner is very responsive and stands by his work. That alone is worth the money!

Sales was on time for the initial visit, and polite and upfront with their quote to redo the roof. (We had a quote from another company and they bid significantly higher, but then promised to throw in extras ‘for free’. No thanks, I prefer an itemized list.)
Day of work, the crew was onsite and laying tarps at 8am, and left around 6pm same day completing the job. The flag and planters I forgot to put away were stowed in the garage safely. Everything clean and raked, I think my front lawn was nicer when they left.
This weekend I checked the attic and got on the roof myself to see the work up close and the detail is great. Every seam is even and closed, all the vents/fans lined up. The roof cap looks really secure. Thank you, Alliance, for a job well done.

Best experience ever!!!!! I got windows removed and replaced it with sliding doors. I was shopping around for different estimates and Alliance Home Improvement was the best, not only with price but with commutation. I received a quote instantly and a date that they’ll be able to start the job. 2 of the team members came and completed the job right away. They cleaned as they worked, which I was very impressed by. When they left there wasn’t anything left behind only the beautiful door, you couldn’t even tell that a project has just taken placed. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to any and every one.

I was happy with the siding work initially (done in 2016) but since then 2 pieces are hanging loose in back of house. I tried to call several times but voice mail was full. I left email messages but they were not returned. It seemed like the company had gone out of business. Now I see advertising for the company again but there was no response to my complaint. Their website states " You can count on us to offer you only the best installation".
If the siding starts coming off after only a few years then I think this statement is not true.
Sergiy called after seeing this post and quickly sent someone over to repair the loose siding. Still not sure why he couldn't be reached before but glad he quickly responded to online post.

We hired Alliance to strip and redo our roof. The whole process was so easy, from signing contracts and scanning them back (social distancing!) to paying easily online. The crew was out within 2 weeks of signing (a recent project by another company --not Alliance --took months to start, so THIS was amazing). The crew did an incredible--and speedy--job! Not only was the work impressive and professional, but they also did a fantastic job making sure that our yard was completely cleaned up. We will definitely recommend Alliance to others!!!

I hired Alliance to install vinyl siding for me. Additionally they did gutters and three huge windows were installed. These men are hard workers and very skilled. They are pleasant and professional. My house looks transformed and I enjoy driving home and seeing it now! Also the yard was cleaned every night before they left, they finished ahead of schedule, and I was happy with the price. So happy I found this company!

Alliance was contracted by Home Depot to reinstall two windows in our home. After reading the previous reviews it is almost like we had a different crew. Although they did thoroughly clean up, the finish work was shoddy. I actually had to nail down a trim piece because it was not flush with the window sill, and I removed the white caulking between the natural wood molding and natural wood sill. I will redo it with clear caulking to match the other windows. They did not even ask if we were satisfied with the work. Bottom line, quick shoddy work.

Alliance did my siding back in April and it came out better than I expected, excellent workmanship will get them for my next project, I highly recommend them as they are professional and efficient.

Very professional service, The crew that came out and replaced our front door did an exceptional job. Showed up a little late "not their fault" Had to go to Worcester to get the door then drive to Dublin NH in an ice storm. They had the job done in no time, old one out, a few tweaks here and there, new one in and squared up, new moldings in and out. Picked up all the debris and stuff. We went with sears because the price was right. At first we were very nervous about having a contractor who we did not hire but was hired by sears come in because you never know what you are going to get. As soon as the project manager gave us a call, I instantly googled the truck name and saw the great reviews! Sears contracted alliance home improvement and we were very impressed. For a two man crew they completed our house within a week. They were here early and stayed late! They also hung our shutters along with new outside lights we purchased with no problem. Very happy so far with everything. Would highly recommend them!

I had the displeasure of having to stain new woodwork in a home around all the new windows you installed for our mutual client. Why on Earth would you caulk that raw wood knowing it needed to be stained to match the rest of the woodwork? In 32 years of residential painting I have never seen such a blunder. The carpentry was good, the new bay window looked great, but guess what, guys? Raw wood shouldn't be caulked AT ALL until it has been primed and sanded. Nevermind when it needs to be STAINED. Caulking seals the wood grain so that the stain cannot penetrate it. I really cannot understand why you would do finish work meant to be done finishers and not carpenters. It was a real pain in the backside trying to get that wood to look halfway decent. Thankfully our client was very understanding and plans to sell the home, but if you had done that for someone who wanted a nice uniform finish, you can bet you'd be returning to take it out and redo the wood. I'd love to post some pictures so your viewers could see why this is such a problem. Anyway, hopefully it was a mistake and not your regular practice...
