Supreme Renovations replaced our rather large (101 squares) roof recently and did a stellar job! Everything went extremely well from the pricing & planning with owner Tory Williams, the arrival of the materials, the tear off of the old roof down to bare wood, the application of the underlayment & new shingles to the final cleanup. They did the job when they promised at the agreed upon price and worked around a rain cloud or two here and there to finish on time. Tory sent out a crew of 15 the first day and 12 the second day and they executed flawlessly! I was somewhat anxious about the magnitude of the job and the number of workers present but got over that in a hurry as they began their work. It was a real treat to watch their teamwork. And I really appreciated that Tory was on site many times each day for personal inspections and interface with me.

Excellent experience with Supreme Renovations. They replaced our 30 year old roof. Exactly as Tory had promised, arriving with full crew on the appointed day. Protected our shrubs with tarps. Replace a few panels of OSB that the knew were rotten where the roof had leaked. Our approx 2000 sq ft home was done all in one day. The crew went over the entire area around the house with magnets to make sure they picked up all the stray nails. Cost was exactly as contracted. Very pleased.

Tory and his crew with Supreme Renovations remodeled our deck. This was a pretty big job, as the deck was over sixty feet long, and we wanted Trex, along with cable railing. We were very happy with Tory’s communication (he was good about getting back to us quickly), the speed the work was accomplished (about a week and a half), and the quality of the finished product. We have a metal roof on our house and had a leak around a plumbing vent that exits through the roof. A leak was a big deal for us, but a small project for a contractor, so I was afraid I would have trouble getting someone to come look at it.

I contacted Tory Williams with Supreme Renovations and they came out first to access the situation and then returned when their schedule and conditions permitted (a steep metal roof is slick when it’s wet). They quickly took care of the problem, and after a heavy rain . . . no leak.

We have two larger projects that need their expertise and we already plan to use Tory and Supreme Renovations.

We used Tory and Supreme Renovations to replace an aging roof. He was professional, responsive and easy to communicate with. When we couldn't quite pick a color from the small samples, he dropped off larger ones. They replaced the roof in one day and it was getting dark when they left so they came back the following day to make sure cleanup was complete.

We had our roof replaced in June 2023 and strong winds knocked down what looked like flashing in October. Trey and his team came out, identified it was the lead guards that came off, reinstalled them and helped us out by installing a cell phone antenna on our roofline. Torey's team of workers are impressive! They're extremely polite, respectful of your property, neat as a pin and super quick! The work they did is amazing. We had our soffits and windows wrapped, and a new aluminum roof installed on our freestanding sunporch. The roof work alone was so much more then we expected. After being divebombed by wasps we didn't know we had, the team removed all the old roof, replaced and added boards and roofed it--all in a day! The next day and a half was spent on wrapping the house--beautiful work. So happy with this company.

Tori and his company did a super job on changing out our old screens with storm windows and vinyl awnings for large bright double windows and a patio door. I cannot say enough about how they hauled off the glass and debris, left the work site clean each day, saved our overgrown plantings as they installed double windows from the outside. Then they cleaned the windows, removing stickers and construction scrap so the whole room was move in ready. Supreme Renovations is so impressive. They have great ideas on how to get the work done, show up on time with good equipment, beaver away to get the work done in timely fashion and leave the place cleaner than when they arrived. We highly recommend them and the windows they installed! Really fine folks!!!

After a storm caused extensive damage to our roof and siding, Tory was one of three contractors we had out to give an estimate for the repair work. Tory showed up promptly, with a packet of information and samples, and sent me a thorough estimate quickly. In addition, he took the time (while on vacation!) to answer detailed questions. None of the other contractors took that much time or even gave us complete estimates for the work we were asking for. As we explored our options for repairing the storm damage, we added on additional projects, ultimately doing a near-complete exterior renovation of our home.

Tory was prompt and thorough with every communication and got me exactly what I wanted for each project, even when it wasn't standard. Even though the supply chain delays impacted our project, we always knew exactly which materials had arrived and which we were waiting on, as well as an estimate of when they would arrive. The work was done promptly and with great attention to detail. We were extremely happy with the quality of the work.

In the end, Tory replaced our roof (and added some standing seam metal roofing over our porch), replaced a skylight, installed a new window in our attic as an egress window, replaced the siding, soffits, and fascia, replaced the windows and front door, added a new exterior door, and replaced the gutters and downspouts. With that large of a project, you would expect some disappointments, but we have been thrilled with our renovation from start to finish. He even worked with the insurance company to get us as much reimbursement as possible for the parts of the project that were caused by storm damage. We are so grateful we found Tory using Google reviews like these!

They were able to install earlier and faster than expected, which was great! And the work looks very good. Their pricing was higher than the other bids, but I felt they'd do a good job because they were timely and professional in their estimating and response times. There was some misunderstanding over the payment method for the final portion, and that was awkward because I checked ahead of time before contracting with them. But we worked it out.

Supreme Renovations repaired the fairly new metal roof on our barn that had not been properly installed by another company. The work was done quickly and has completely resolved the water seepage issue we were having, and the roof looks the way it should have looked from the beginning. We also hired Supreme Renovations to replace three roofs on three different houses: our personal home, the home of my mother-in-law, and the home of my son and his wife. In every instance the new roofs are beautiful and we have been extremely happy with the service we were given. As a peripheral note: we live with horses, indoor cats, and indoor dogs, which presents a challenge when having major repair work done due to the lay-out of our cat-safe porch, tunnel, and fenced back yard which dogs have access to. When we had a minor glitch in how to manage this, the owner of the company was not only immediately responsive to my requests, he was gracious, kind, and compassionate. This meant the world to us and it’s not always the case when hiring professionals to do home repairs. They were also very careful not to disturb my native plant garden beds which were very much in their way as they navigated the area around our front porch and garage. I highly recommend this company and am grateful we found them to do this work.
