Supreme Dryer Vent Cleaning

I’ve worked with Supreme Dryer Vent Cleaning twice now and both times I’ve been very satisfied.
This time, Chase cleaned our vents and he did an excellent job. We have been doing renovations and had lots of drywall dust appearing in our air filter.
He went above and beyond to make sure our home was cleaner than when he arrived. Not only cleaning the vents, but also any mess on the floor around the vents was also cleaned up. His attention to detail and kindness were more than I could’ve asked for.
I highly recommend Supreme Dryer Vent Cleaning.

These guys did a good job. They were actually able to start early and they finished quickly. My only complaint is they left a bit of a mess near the vents - I assume debris from the vents.

Wonderful service! Cleaned out our dryer vents during a frigidly cold day on a snow covered roof. They had to cancel first appointment because of snowstorm but came back just a couple days later without having to reschedule. Jake and Caleb were very nice, worked quickly and did a great job! Doug and Jake were on time, pleasant and did a very thorough job of cleaning our ducts and vents. They took before and after photos of each vent and duct. Our house is relatively new but couldn't believe how dirty the vents were and how clean and shiny they were when they finished. Price was very reasonable and no add on costs. I am very pleased with this company and would highly recommend!

Caleb and Owen came to clean our vents and they were really helpful in cleaning our HVAC system (obviously) but they also helped us understand our system better too so we can maintain it in the coming years. They were very thorough, tidy, and friendly. They showed before/after photos for each segment of duct so you can see how much junk is getting removed from the ducts. Highly recommend them! I called on Monday evening (1/6) to schedule a dryer vent cleaning. Rick scheduled me for 12:30 the following Friday. He asked if 12:00 would be ok. I told him I didn't get off work until 12:00. He said, "Ok, 12:30?" Perfect.
Friday comes, and I got off at 12:05. I checked my phone to see that his crew had been calling me for 15 minutes because they were at my house for my 12:00 appointment. I called the guy and told him my appointment wasn't until 12:30, and he was all concerned about his next appointment in West Des Moines at 1:00 that will take him 25 minutes to get to. So, I told him I could be home in 5 minutes but that still wouldn't give him enough time if he had to leave by 12:35. He told me if I could get right home they'd get set up and could be done by the time they needed to leave to get to their 1:00 appointment. So, I rushed home, and he was just finishing up as I got here. I asked if he needed to come inside to get to this side of the vent because it's pretty long (has to go up over a bathroom to get to the outside). He said no. I'm not convinced he did a thorough job because he was really in a hurry. I'm not sure why the next appointment was more important than mine.
I called Rick and left a message. I didn't hear from him. So, I texted him telling him I had expected to hear from him. I have had absolutely no response from him.
*Update: Rick did reach me and apologized.

Owen and Caleb did an excellent job. We are very pleased. They even changed the furnace filter for me that I had left laying around as a self-reminder to change after the cleaning was done.
Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Doug and Rick were so wonderful and helpful when cleaning our air ducts! You could tell they were knowledgeable and skilled! When they were finished they showed me before and after pictures of our vents! They even sent pictures to my husband. They were so nice and the customer service when working with them was amazing! We will be keeping their information for future work that needs done!

This was my first time using this company and I was extremely pleased with my experience, from scheduling to completion. They were able to get to my house within two weeks of my call and were very competitive with the price. They are upfront and have no hidden charges or gimmicks. The quality of their work was top-notch and they spent over 3 hours at my home cleaning my ducts and dryer vent. After they were finished they showed me pictures (before and after) of their work and walked me through, step by step, the process on how they cleaned. They did an amazing job at cleaning all our vents and ducts and were very nice! Our AC went out the night before, so they need a raise having to work in a 85 degree house for 3 hrs

Thorough and effective. They sent before and after photos of the work done, and even installed an anti-allergen filter for us. Couldn’t believe the results, and the price is very fair!
