Supreme Construction has done a great job for us. They have excellent communication skills and are some of the hardest workers I know!
From start to finish, the team was professional, on time, and easy to work with. They listened to our vision, communicated clearly, and executed everything with precision. The craftsmanship was top-tier — no shortcuts, just clean, quality work.
They finished on schedule, kept the site clean, and never hit us with surprise charges. It’s rare to find a crew this reliable and detail-oriented.
Highly recommend Supreme Construction — they don’t just get the job done, they do it right.
Do not use this company. There is full documentation of all of these statements.
They did not follow standard codes. Installed shingles on too low of a slope (back of home/sunroom), voiding manufacturers warranty. Despite being shown, and measuring themselves, they denied the roof was a 1.3:12 slope. After a year of begging them to come out and inspect all of the issues, they finally came out and proceeded to deny the evidence and insult and threaten the homeowner.
During shingle delivery the company they used hit the home and caused approximately $30,000 in damages. Their subcontractor, Eric Lopez, was the lead on site. He denied there was an accident and then used shady tactics to hide the damage. It took two weeks of reaching out to them to finally get an admission that an accident took place. Even then, they denied any wrongdoing and refused to recognize that they improperly installed these shingles as well (front of house/porch). [The shingle delivery company paid for the repairs to the structural damage and reroofing that portion. The remainder of the porch roof does not follow standard codes, with improper underlayment and edging.]
They took nearly 8 months to "complete" the project. During the initial meeting, they estimated a month for the entire project to be completed. They never finished multiple issues brought up to them many times. The only reason they agreed to come out and inspect is because the roof over the sunroom began leaking. They refused to address other issues with the roof and were only concerned with the sunroom as it was leaking. This was over a year after the initial storm damage.
They lost the contract, measurements and notes from the initial meetings. They admitted this, then denied it, then dodged all questions regarding it. This resulted in multiple issues, delays, and additional costs. They lied about having ordered the materials to cover this up, then tried to charge an additional fee because material costs went up. We have the dates they told us they had ordered materials, as well as documentation from the supplier as to when materials were actually ordered. The homeowner had very specific requests, such as barn guttering, that were missed, and resulted in a barn roof that would not permit installation of gutters.
The homeowner initially requested 2'x4' skylights in the sunroom. When it came time to install them, the skylights they purchased were about half that size. The homeowner declined them as the construction team and Foreman advised that the homeowner not install them. When Supreme was contacted, they said that size was all the budget allowed, despite them not being as large as requested. They then attempted to pass all costs of the sunlights on to the homeowner because Supreme left them at the home for so long that Supreme could no longer get a full refund.
The foreman left mid-day and was to return to pick up leftover materials and trash. After several months of requesting removal, the homeowner had to load it and take it to dispose of it. It was left piled on a tarp and the homeowner had to load and take to the dump. They never returned to collect leftover materials and the homeowner stored them for a year before Supreme agreed to forfeit the materials to the homeowner.
The roofing crew continued to roof the home until after dark. This resulted in obvious mistakes when viewing the home in full daylight. Shingles installed sideways, felt hanging from under the shingles, etc.
Hundreds of texts, phone calls, missed appointments, lies, and other unprofessional behavior impacted the homeowners life for over a year. It forced them to change plans, cancel trips, and waste their time, as well as the frustration it caused. The homeowner would not pay Supreme the second check until they addressed all of the issues and concerns. Supreme refused, so never received the second check. Those funds had to be held to replace the sunroom roof by a different company and fix other issues. All of these statements are backed up with conversations, photos, emails, texts & docs.
