From beginning to end, this was one of the top three most pleasant experiences we've ever had with any kind of contractor. Shawn, the owner, is honest and completely transparent about the process of replacing our roof. The crew that worked here went above and beyond our expectations. They were on time, professional, and very thorough (especially Manny). Janice (the office manager) is wonderful and answered any questions we had. I highly recommend Supply Solutions Roofing. My concrete tile roof of 27 years was starting to leak when it rained, so I needed to bite the bullet and get a new roof. I did tons of research online and contacted 10 roofing companies to come and provide free estimates. Only 6 companies showed up. One of them was SSR Roofing. The owner Shaun came to my house and provided me with detailed information on my roof, what was needed, and provided two options for the underlayment, either a 40# SBS modified felt/asphalt FONTANA underlayment, or a combination of the 40# SBS FONTANA underlayment plus a FT Platinum Synthetic underlayment. I wanted a combination for a longer lasting underlayment in this AZ sun, so went with the combination. Shaun quoted a price that ended up being the cheapest quote I received for dual product underlayments. Also, most of the other roofers that provided quotes said they would only provide up to 100 new tiles in the quoted price (to cover any breakage existing and that would happen due to the tiles being removed, etc.) with remaining tiles being an added cost per tile. Shaun from SSR said they would provide up to 300 new tiles if need be. In addition to the new underlayment, I needed to have an old pool solar system removed (which they did, in it's entirety, for a very small added cost), and I needed to have a very small piece of my roof facia between my roof and patio overhang redone and reinforced to help prevent wood rot from rain water runoff in the future. Again, SSR / Shaun provided this service at a very minimal cost. Also, SSR installs all new bird stops/edges and vent and pipe flashing.

I also worked with Shaun and Janice (lead office person at SSR) to make some minor changes to the contract before signing the contract. Both Shaun and Janice are very professional and cordial, are easy to get ahold of and respond very quickly to any questions and issues.

After the contract was signed, I paid 1/2 down and SSR workers and Shaun came out the next week to do the work. Manny and Carlos are the two head guys (along with a team of other guys) that worked my roof job, and they were very easy going and nice to work with, answering all of my questions, and agreeing with my idea to put all new tiles (slightly different in color) in an area that would be hidden from street view. At the end of each day (3 days total), they cleaned up the work site and made sure most all of the debris was collected and thrown out in a medium size dumpster they brought to the site. At the end of each day SSR people also did a magnet pickup of the site to make sure any nails, metal products, etc. were picked up. At the end of the project this process was done twice to make sure all metal products were picked up. I still found a small amount (about 6 nails) up to two weeks after the roof was done, but it would definitely have been much much worse if they had not performed daily magnet runs over of the work area.

The day after the job was completed, Shaun came over to the house to get the final payment and performed a roof inspection where he walked the roof. During this meeting he asked about our experience with his team, how we liked the results, and answered all of our questions. I pointed out a minor area in the front of my house where the bird stop edge was a little bent and he said he would get someone over in the next day or two to resolve. In two days, his team came over and resolved the issue.

I enjoyed working with SSR, Shaun, Janice, and their team of roofers. I thought they did a very good job and were conscientious in doing the job and making sure it was done correctly, to code, and in making sure the work site was cleaned up. After working with Shaun, I have confidence that any warranty work will also be handled quickly and perfectly by SSR. I am so glad I found SSR, definitely recommend them, and would definitely use them in the future.

We needed our roof replaced due to age and a leak around the fireplace. I got 6 bids from different companies and Shawn was one of the few that sat down with me to explain the process. He had sample materials, was very knowledgeable, and talked through all options without being a high pressure salesman. He wasn’t my cheapest quote or my most expensive, but I can say I felt that we got a much better end result than the others could have provided. His crew showed up on time, cleaned up at the end of the day, and was very respectful of the neighbors. Roof looks great and I would definitely recommend SSR roofing to anyone who needs roof repairs or a replacement.

Shawn & his crew did an excellent job replacing my roof. They were on time and completed the project in record time. I was kept informed every step of the way. Their cleanup was excellent - you would have never known they were there, not a spec of trash was left at the end of the day. I would highly recommend them for any roofing need you may have.

Shawn Ehmann is one of the most upstanding, honest, and hard-working people that I have ever dealt with in any type of construction/contracting project. SSR put our beautiful roof on our house in December of 2020. The project was completed in 2 days. They continue to stand behind their work. Just a few days ago I needed a roofing expert's advice due to some drywall collapsing on our back porch. Shawn made his way quickly to our residence and accessed the root cause of the issue, a poor solar panel installation. I sure appreciate timely responses, so that I can proceed to the next step.

This location is a contractor/supplier and not a direct to customer site. I was sent to this location by a landscape rock retailer. A gentleman came outside to meet me and let me know they do not sell small quantities but did give me some direction on who to contact (RWS) which was perfect!

I am new to Arizona and the flat roofs of the area. I had a ton of questions about my roof and it’s condition. I called Sean early on a Monday morning he answered and within an hour was able to take the time to stop by my house and look at the roof and answer all my questions and concerns. He offered his advice and recommendations. Sean is very knowledgeable and very helpful. I give him a five star review.

Not only are these guys good on the front end, I needed a repair done 18 months later and they were on site the day after I called. You don’t typically find follow up service like that in the Valley. Love these guys, and you will too.

From the beginning review of our roofing needs with Brian, and throughout the removal of the old roof (tile and underlayment); SSR team was highly professional. The roofing materials were delivered the morning with a dump trailer, the team arrived on-time and worked 3 days. At the end of each day they cleaned and passed a magnet to pick up nails. I also very much appreciated the time Shawn took to talk with me about their process. The team not only replaced the underlayment, they also replaced our patio roof. Great with the details… exceptional.

I used SSR to replace my roof after 31 years, the team that worked on my roof were very professional and did a great job. Their workmanship looks great and they did a good job cleaning up after they were done. The price was good and Shawn did a good job explaining the process. I would definitely recommend Supply Solutions Roofing to anyone looking to replace their roof. Shawn the owner is hands on and will spend time with you and answer your questions. I never heard of this company before but the first time Shawn stopped by to quote the project I could tell this was the company I was going with. He kept his promises and finished our roof on time. The roof looked amazing and we are very happy with the quality of the products SSR used.

Summary: They replaced our tar and chip roof, which turned out to be 2 layers deep. They handled a prolonged negotiation with our insurance. Highly recommend.

We had no relationship with SSR prior to their work on our house. I had never seen a "tar and chip" roof before seeing our current house. We moved in April 2020 not knowing that a plague would soon trap us there. After a few months there was a wind storm, and we knew it was time to call the insurance co about the roof.

The service we received from SSR was excellent. The service from our insurance co, was not. They didn't seem to understand what a tar and chip roof was either, and the claim process would have been unnavigable without help from SSR and Shawn specifically (owner). He helped us go back and forth until finally, we got nearly all of our $16,000 roof job covered. Only about $1000 out of pocket.

Paperwork aside, the job itself turned out bigger than anyone expected, as our roof had TWO layers of tar and gravel to scarpe off. The 2 big flat-bed dumpsters brought in had to be emptied more than once. Let's see, what haven't I mentioned yet. We dealt directly with the owner, Shawn, who came to the job-site 1-3 times per day, answered questions, etc. The work crew was nice, we chatted with the foreman a bit, and they were gracious with my request that they wear masks to stop covid spead if coming in the house.

It was 4 days from start to finish, ripping off the old roof, replacing what wood needed replaced (most of it in our case). They also replaced all the wood edge board around the perimeter of the roof, painted white at our request.

In conclusion, we do not regret going with SSR. There wasn't any funny-business. Shawn didn't try to upsell or strongarm, and seems like a genuine guy. I also appreciate the lack of sugar-coating in regards to the condition of our roof. It's only been a few months so I can't yet speak to longevity, but what we have now is much better than what we had last year, and I'm grateful to Shawn and his team for working with us, our insurance company, and the general conditions of 2020/2021.

Let me start off this review by saying that before hiring Supply Solutions Roofing, I had no connection to them personally or professionally. I simply saw them working on my neighbor's house and called their number because it was time to get my roof fixed. The owner Shawn picked up the phone right away and was at my house within hours to discuss what I needed. He was very thorough and you can tell he has been doing this for a long time. The bid price was fair and straightforward. No hidden fees, no unanticipated change orders, and no salesmanship. Shawn was very responsive to all of my emails. The roofers finished the job in one day, and they went so far as to clean up any mess they made around my house too. At one point a roofer did the courtesy of watering my annuals in the front yard. Just quality people all around and I would recommend this company to anyone.
