Superior Roofing and Siding

We contracted with Superior Roofing and Siding to have our house re-sided. This included replacing all of the siding, all of the trim, all of the exterior vent and similar fittings, upgrading the mounting for exterior lights, making a proper backing board for all of the electrical and utilities fixtures, removing/remounting/cleaning gutters, and so on.

From the first time we contacted them, through the sales process, to the arrival of the work crew, dumpster, portapotty, materials, and so on, all the way through the job completion, I have only good things to say about the entire team.

Replies to questions were prompt, the team arrived at 6:45 - 7:00am every day and worked until 5:30 - 6:00pm every day, and worked on Saturdays as well. From start to finish the siding job took 11 days, which is extremely impressive. And of course the quality of the work was top-notch, which is - of course - what we all care about.

In summary, I can highly recommend Superior Roofing and Siding, and in a few years we will be using them again for our roof.

I am very pleased with the work of Superior roofing and siding. After working with the very knowledgeable sales contact Rob Castle, i was able to start the process of planning the siding project. Once the project was underway, the project manager explained the process of what would happen, and the project crew was very efficient and worked very diligently on the siding project. Overall, I am very pleased with the final product. My home looks like new, and I have received numerous compliments from neighbors regarding the look and appearance of my home. I would certainly recommend Superior Roofing and Siding to anyone looking to enhance the appearance of their home.

I needed two basement windows fixed for a property where the tops of the windows were hidden by ceiling tiles and the water heater blocked one window, but it was no sweat for Superior Roofing and Siding. I am very happy with the finished product! Thank you.

Superior employees were efficient and respectful. They work long days to get the job done. I'm pleased with the results. There has been a lot of small pieces of Vinyl all around the house. I will be finding those for years, like evergreen needles after Christmas or fake grass after Easter.
A bit more clean with the small pieces would have been helpful.
Don't expect to have nice gardens around your house, if they work in spring.
Also they were able to do siding in a very high, steep and difficult area of my house..

Had a great experience with Superior. The sales experience wasn't high pressure, unlike some other companies we contacted after the Manchester Home Show. The price for the siding was about the middle of half a dozen quotes, and they didn't tack anything on. The men who actually did the work worked HARD. The project took less time than we anticipated. The project manager was always available. He listened and followed up on a couple of minor issues that came up. Great customer service.

Superior Roofing gave me a reasonable price to strip and re-shingle my house. Their price was not the cheapest, but definitely NOT the most expensive! No high pressure sales pitch up front. Just enough information to convince me they know what they are doing. They arrived promptly at 8am as promised with their large crew. The entire roof was stripped of all shingles and waterproof material that morning and no plywood underneath needed replacement, as I had this job done before any damage could occur. The roof was completely re-shingled by 5pm. It looks great and after many thunderstorms the past couple weeks the are no leaks The 46 foot gutter they replaced on a portion of my roof works great-- the old gutter was improperly pitched and was of poor quality.

These guys crushed it from start to finish! They installed vinyl siding, a metal roof and a couple of windows and all look great. The company was communicative and professional from quote to cleanup and seamlessly incorporated a couple of change orders with no issues. I could not get competitors to return a phone call let alone show up and quote the job. Rob and Corey were friendly, responsive and diligent throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Superior Roofing and Siding.

Highly recommend Superior Siding and Roofing. They are cost competitive and the customer service is excellent. The crews that installed the roof, windows and siding were very professional and did an exceptional job. No high pressure sales tactics. Straight forward and honest.

The full team at Superior: Pete in Sales, Corey in Project Management, and the installers did an awesome job on the siding replacement for my home. I was in the process of selling my home, but as it needed a full siding replacement, so was concerned about the effort. The project was priced / scheduled well; there was no waiting around for the installers either, they were there early (usually around 7:30), worked late (6:00), and cleaned up every day. Awesome job, I had no complaints, and would highly recommend them.

We had a great experience with the crew sent by Superior Roofing and Siding to install our windows. We needed 15 windows taken out and replaced, I assumed this would be a few days worth of work. Not for this amazing crew! I was told to expect them between 7 - 8 and they showed up right at 7:30. It took them about 7 hours to replace all these massive windows, I was blown away! They were all very nice and respectful, once they were done I was going to sweep up the little dust and dirt they brought in but one of the crew picked up a broom and swept for me! Incredible experience, incredible people, and incredible quality of work and time management! I would trust these guys with any job!

Showed up as scheduled, very professional, kept me updated throughout the day, cleanup looks like no one had been here. Roof looks great. I highly recommend for your projects.

Let us begin this review by telling you that we have owned our home for many years and have had many different companies complete work on our home. This year, we decided to have our home sided. This company has been one of the easiest, most professional companies we have worked with. From the salesperson, Sean, to the job site coordinator, Peter, to the crew foreman, Kory, these people know their stuff. The job started on time, adjusted for the rainy weather, the wood rot the crew found and still completed the job in a timely manner. And speaking of the crew, these guys were polite, quiet, and very, very hard-working. They made the most use of every hour spent on the job and were dedicated to seeing the project completed. And what a job they did! We are so happy with the result! We would gladly recommend Superior Structures to anyone who is considering siding their home. This company has restored our faith in contractors!

We needed some siding removed/replaced because of some damage. Everyone from the sales rep to the installers were friendly and polite. From the time we called to installation was less than 1 week much faster than we had anticipated. The color match to our 20+ year siding is perfect! We are very pleased.

They did a very good job. Showed up when they said they would stayed until they finished. If there was a problem, I came back and Took care of it. That's the important part.

I recently had my roof and siding on my house done by superior roofing and siding. Went from asphalt roofing to metal and wood siding to vinyl. I could not be happier with the service start to finish, with amazing communication. The initial quote was accurate and they started work a week early and finished amazingly fast! In just 2 weeks I had a new roof and new siding, basically a new house! Even a new gutter in my porch to fix a drainage issue!
The crew was knowledgeable and quick. You would never know that my house was just under major construction either! There is not a trace that I just had this all completed!

Roofing: 5/5 great job. Stripped and roofed in a day, including new decking.
Gutters: this is where things took a turn. They insisted on replacing the original fascia so we did that for a very reasonable price. That seemed to go pretty smoothly considering it was a one or two man show depending on the day. Some gaps here and there but I’m no pro. The issue came when they installed the gutters. I have a mudroom in between the garage and main part of the house, both front and back have a small gutter for the front porch and rear slider/deck area. They cut my rake boards and drip edge to hang the gutters on these two areas. It just doesn’t look right to me. I haven’t put up a ladder yet to look at the two main gutters but I will in the spring. I have guesses as to why but I’m really not educated. I just know the original gutters were there and the rake boards and drip edge were never in the way of those. I’ll post pics to view. One gutter is also cut way too long and it’s an eyesore. There’s not a day that goes by where I don’t look at this and shake my head in regret. It totally ruined the nice job done on the roof.
They also didn’t pull any permits. That was also a concern for me. Also, they didn’t provide the gutter protection as displayed on the literature that the salesman used to sell me on it. Lastly, they left dozens of nails right on the ground by my front door. Kids and dogs at home so worth mentioning.

Gave me a quote for a roofing and trim repair, signed contract and gave deposit with a date for work. Got a call from project manager a week before and stated they could not do the job because it was out of their area?!
And not "economically feasible"?? This is something that should have been determined on initial phone call, but they came out to quote.
Very unprofessional and lame.

Pretty disappointed with Superior Siding. I hired them to replace some old siding, corner boards, and moudling. The quality of the finished product was good enough, but the administrative side was pretty much a disaster throughout.

After the initial estimate we arranged a date to start the work. When I called the day before the scheduled start, they hadn't even ordered the materials yet, giving an additional delay. The workers needed several practice cuts when replacing the moulding, resulting in additional wood being needed and at least a full day spent with the workers standing at the saw pondering the angles.

After they cleaned up with their magnet, I still found tens of nails and a even box cutter blade with my own magnet. In the end, some of the agreed replacements/repairs weren't performed but they replaced most of an extra wall's siding when the original idea was to only replace the damaged boards at the bottom.

It took them four times more man-hours than their estimate along with a substantial increase in the material costs. In total, they were almost 2.5x over estimate. On an already expensive order, this came to many thousands extra that I needed to pay.

Update: Victorian is doing great and I had them do my barn roof which is spectacular! Stripped and re-roofed in a day. These guys work hard!

They treated my roof on my 100 year old Victorian office building and it looks awesome!

I am extremely happy with the RoofMaxx, my roof looks better than I had expected. It was professionally done with attention to my available schedule and to ensure that everything was done to my satisfaction. Every question or concern I had was responded to and handled immediately. Should I ever need work done in the future they will be my first option.

Einar communicated everything clearly and consistently throughout the process, they took care of some additional siding and repair work for us as well, and cleanup was immaculate. Very friendly, down to earth company - I will not hesitate to contact them in the future for any roofing/siding needs!

The quote was not accurate, but the job was very good. Adam and Chris did everything to make sure the job was done right. Considering the work done, the price was reasonable. The RoofMax looks great! It looks like a new roof. Thanks, guys.

We first learned about this company at a Home Show. We were in the market for a new roof and wanted estimates from different companies.
We contacted 4 companies that were there and got 4 estimates, out of the 4, Superior Roofing was in our opinion the best Price for our needs, They were not the lowest but certainly not even close to the highest.
From the owner to the salesman to the roofers, they were all professional and hard working people that took pride in this company. The roofers did an amazing job on the roof and it looks amazing. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who want a job well done at a fair price.
