Doug Paulsen is not doing the work we have agreed to have done. When he does show up all he does is blow off the roof instead of doing the work agreed to. (Which is not blowing off the roof.) We have explained repeatedly what we need as per his suggestions yet we fail to see any effort to get said job done. At this point we are not even getting return phone calls.
