Superior Exteriors - Lancaster, OH

The name “superior exteriors” is quite ironic, because there’s nothing superior about this company. This company replaced the roof on the home I own while the previous owner still owned it in 2018. I currently have a leak, and was advised by other roofing companies that it would likely be under warranty due to it being under 5 years old. I was told that it would be best to confirm warranty status in order to not void any warranty I might have. I called them Tuesday morning, no answer. I drove to their business to try to talk to someone in person, and was greeted not by a person, but by multiple guard dogs barking at me. I called them from their parking lot, and was fortunate enough to have a lady answer the phone. She took my information, but told me she had to step out for an appointment but would call me back in a few hours. It is now Friday afternoon. I’ve called them again every morning since, but have never heard back from them. All I wanted was to confirm whether I had a warranty or not, but they have proven to be unreachable. I’m truly not sure how they keep their doors open if this is how they treat customers.
