The new management at Superior Exteriors did a fantastic job on our new siding. We used Hardie Plank. Our house looks like a new house now.
I’m a little picky and so as they were getting close to finishing I walked around and saw 5 or 6 areas that weren’t finished right and thought I’ll have to point these out. Nope. I did a walk around at the end and they had taken care of everything without me mentioning a thing! I like that! They did as perfect a job as humanly possible.

Had Superior replace the siding on my 100 year old victorian house. I had to have another contractor remove and redo the work that they shoddily patched 3 times. Owner refused to talk with me about my issues. Project manager was rude, overbearing and used to bullying people to get his way. In hindsite I would have gone another direction that deal with Inferior Exteriors.

Avoid this company. They are not responsive, go through sales reps constantly (3 in period of 1 yr siding project) and do not have the ability to finish things professionally. They capped our front door trim when they should not have, blamed it on their crew, then tried to fix it and made it look worse than if I would have done it myself. Their finishing all around is bad. They ripped our front railing form the house and ruined it, and we have now been waiting 6 months for it to be fixed despite it being a safety issue. They do not respond to calls, or if they do, they tell you they will come by to finish work, then never show up. Even the person answering their phones claims she does not work there, just answers phones for them, then tells you it is not her problem they are not coming to finish the project.

At the beginning of March this year(2022) we hired this company to install roof trim. Within a couple of weeks of installation the trim was starting to come off the house, we reached out to the company and they did not respond to us. Within a month of the installation three parts of the trim had come off the house completely, and they were still not responding to our calls, emails or text messages. After multiple months of trying to reach the company to get someone to come fix the trim we did eventually have it fixed (at the end of June 2022). It took calls everyday and text messages everyday sometimes multiple time a day to get anyone to come out. They rarely responded and when they did they told us someone was coming out that week and then when no one showed and we asked when they would be out instead it was just oh this week now (this went on for months). While our issue did eventually get resolved the time it took, the lack of response and customer service was incredibly poor and may not have occurred if we did not keep on them for months to get it resolved. I would not recommend this company due to this experience.

This place is now under new management, and Todd has exceeded our expectations on previous issues. Repairs have been done and completed to our satisfaction. I highly recommend Superior Exterior.

I used them after the derecho last year . The work they did was wonderful. Beautiful, and I am so happy with it. The one problem is the wait. Just got my gutters today, beautiful job. Still waiting on my window, I know it too will be done right. Do I trust this company.. yes. And even though the wait was long you must take in account less workers due to covid and the volume of work needing done after such a storm. So thank you superior exterior.

Contractor called to cancel his bid three minutes before the first appointment. After waiting 15 minutes past the rescheduled appointment's start time, we called and were told "oh, he should be on his way, I'll call him." After another 15 minutes of fruitless waiting, we went back to work. Would advise that only people who work from home full-time bother contacting them, otherwise you're going to waste a lot of time heading home to meet a contractor who won't even show up.
