Superior exterior replaced my roof. I gave them five stars. Excellent service. I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

Took awhile to get my roof replaced, but was absolutely no fault of Superior Exterior, but was the back and forth with the insurance company. I am so thankful to Tami and Kim for taking care of this for me and getting the job done. The crew showed up about 6:30 a.m. and immediately got to work and by 5:00 p.m., everything was completed, including the cleanup and placing all of my patio furniture back on my patio. I was very impressed with the care that was taken to protect my plants and bushes and the number of times they walked around my house making sure that all debris and nails were removed. I am very pleased with my new roof and the service that I received. Would highly recommend Superior Exterior for all your roofing needs.

I found out after she had the job done on my roof that she charged me for a premium made in America shingle, however upon further inspection I found out that she literally ordered my shingles from TEMU! SHE CHARGED ME A PREMIUM PRICE FOR A PREMIUM GRADE SHINGLE AND "SYNTHETIC FELT" BUT SHE BOUGHT SHINGLES OFF OF TEMU AND PUT THEM ON MY ROOF! THESE MADE IN CHINA SHINGLES HAVE NOT BEEN ON MY HOUSE TWO WEEKS AND I ALREADY HAVE FOUR LEAKS! 0 OUT OF TEN, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, THOSE LADIES ARE RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL, IM A REVEREND AND A COMBAT VETERAN AND SHE LIED TO MY FACE ABOUT WHAT WAS GOING ON MY ROOF, I PAID TOP DOLLAR, SHE BOUGHT THIS STUFF OFF OF AN APP FROM YOUR PHONE, DELIVERED FROM CHINA! I WILL BE SUING THIS COMPANY, AND I SUGGEST WHOEVER HAS DONE BUSINESS WITH THESE HUSSIES GO CHECK YOUR SHINGLES IMMEDIATELY!! BAIT AND SWITCH AT ITS FINEST, AND NOW THEY REFUSE TO TAKE MY CALLS! I'LL SEE YOU IN COURT TAMMIE! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAM ARTISTS!!

They did an excellent job on my new roof! The crew did a very good job cleaning up during and afterwards. Very easy process!

Superior Exterior inspected my roof and was easy to work with. They were on time and put a beautiful new roof on my house. They did a final inspection with me and made sure the cleanup was done to my satisfaction. I would and already have recommended them. I would use them again..

Excellent service. Roofers came and went straight to work and completed the work within hours. They cleaned up behind themselves and left my yard spotless. And Kim and Tammy are terrific communicators, they kept me notified throughout the whole process of this job. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

Tami is awesome she mailed me the contract within a few days and patiently answered all my questions. A few years ago my insurance denied my claim and the contractor replaced some shingles at no charge to help me out. Everyone at superior is Superior. Great follow up!

Superior Exterior went above and beyond for us! Our insurance company denied our roof and Superior Exterior got involved and stayed on them until they approved. They were also able to get many other items approved and replaced. AWESOME TEAM!!

I was very skeptical of their representative when she knocked on our door we had other roofing companies come by and after they contacted our insurance company they told us they couldn't do our roof. Then superior exteriors representative told me they could get it done just let their insurance department try well they got it done and it didn't take a long time we now have a new roof and gutters they did an excellent job in a timely manner I would highly recommend them for your roofing needs

The team at Superior Exterior Insurance Restoration did an excellent job in replacing my mother-in law's roof. They also took care of the insurance company's questions and provided them with the documentation they required to make sure all the claim was covered. They went above and beyond keeping us informed all along the way. We would recommend them highly.

They let me know where and what was happening. They handled the insurance contacts. Roofing was done well. They got me a second look at the roof and that convinced the insurance company of the damage. I would use them again.

The crew from Superior arrived on time, performed the work in a timely manner.
The office team was easy to deal with.

The new roof looks good. I have no complaints.

The roofs are good and last.
No problems. I WOULD RECOMEND THEM.

I highly recommend Superior Exterior Insurance Restoration LLC. 12 years ago they redecked my house and roofed it. I asked them to come back and roof my house again because I had hail damage.
I wanted them to do it again because they did such a good job the last time. Their roofing crews are excellent. I trust them and they do a professional job.

After the hail storm in Bethany they were canvassing the neighborhood. They were very helpful walking me through the entire process including helping me contact my insurance company. Thr work was done quickly and my new roof looks wonderful. They were also good about coming out the next day making sure all debris was picked up and taking care of any issues I had.

I am doing the review for my father Phillip. The people were extremely kind to him and was very patient with him. They assisted him through the whole process in getting the roof replaced and dealing with insurance. They make sure the whole job is done right.

I was going through the process to get my roof done with another company and they lied to me. I called Superior exterior and have had NO problems whatsoever. They worked with my insurance company, updated me on when things would be done and what would be done and a great company all around. 12/10 recommend for all your roofing needs.

The receptionist/phone woman is a total b-----!!! Called about a quote and she was super mean and aggressive. Take your business elsewhere!

Edit: after reading through, look how they respond to criticism! Extremely unprofessional, they must have a teenager reading these. I would recommend any other company in the area.

The owner of this company is extremely aggressive. Her company came out to give a bid on my house after the hail storm. I told her I was not ready to make a decision and I would get back with her. She stated she would beat any competitors price. When I showed her another reputable company's estimate she started they were "just working out of their house". She has called every day. She told me to deceive our insurance company and then change insurance companies. When I told her I wasn't going to go with her company, she called City code officials on us.

Following Bethany's last hail storm this season I ran into two very energetic individuals representing Superior Exterior Insurance Restoration. Daphne and Bronson were canvassing our neighborhood for people in need of assistance with their roof damage. It took them very little time to evaluate our damages and initiate claims with our home owner insurer. I was amazed at how adeptly Daphne was able to maneuver thru all the red tape. You could tell she'd done this a time or two before. We set up a time to meet with my insurance adjuster and Superior's rep. During the interim Kim from the home office kept me appraised of the process.
All throughout I found Superior's reps enjoyable, professional and helpful. I would highly recommend you check them out for your roofing needs.

Superior Exterior rang my door bell and then left before I could get there (NO SOLICITING SIGN ON DOOR) when I talked to the lady in the office she was rude and then gave my number to numerous people. They called my phone 17 times with just a few hours; each time hanging up or just laying the phone down where I could here them talking in the background. Even after I blocked their number they changed and called from a different one. Blocked that number. They then continued to register calls on my call log all evening. This company is very unprofessional!!!!!! Not everyone wants a new roof nor wants you at their door!! DO BETTER!!!

i had water going under my house and i needed work done on my rain gutters .They fixed it . Very professional , good price ! Thank you Superior Exterior !

Superior Exterior (SE) knocked on our door a few weeks ago, pointed out we needed a new roof, told me they would cover our deductible, and called our insurance company to start a claim. The next day an adjuster came out. SE requested the adjuster's report a couple days later and worked out that we would pay $2000 out of pocket (versus the 6400 deductible). The insurance company wrote the check to include our mortgage company, and SE called the mortgage company with me to determine check-endorsing procedure. We ultimately had a roofer friend of a friend do the job, but SE's staff was helpful throughout the process.

I LOVE LOVE what they have done with my roof it looks like a brand new house and they are great to work with. The girls in the office are so nice and perfectional. I could ask for a better company to work with. Now they are doing my moms and mother in-laws house. The prosses is so fast and easy and I can't say it enough I love working with them!!

I only gave 3 stars not for bad work but because we havent been able to get the roof put on yet as I still need approval and money to do it. As of yet, weve only done paperwork and not a final contract. I signed an initial contract for an estimate that as per item #13 I had to cancel within 3 days to forego a $250 charge for paperwork and phone calls. I didn't get the estimate within the 3 days as they had to do it twice due to incorrect math. They said I could forego the $250 if I wrote them a "favorable" review and as I don't have $250 because I am disabled and lost my only income due to helping my Mother I am now writing the review. I asked what to write since they had only done paperwork for an estimate and repeated phone calls to my insurance trying to get them to pay more even though they had said they had already paid all that they were going to. She said I could write what I wanted to. I told her I wouldn't lie as that would mislead their future customers so here goes: I did my paperwork with Daphne and she was very nice and personable. She called many many many times so I guess you could say she was "attentive" and tried to get me a good deal as I was disabled and couldn't afford much. I realize that it has been 5 months since the initial contact but I've had numerous life problems come up and I appreciate their "patience" through it all. I still don't have approval to do the work nor the money to do it so I'm not sure if we will even be able to get it done or not. I hope to get it done soon but it is out of my hands. My brothers ate hurting too from the loss of our Mother so I won't harass them to hurry up and make a decision. Daphne says that her boss is tired of waiting and either wants to get it done or move on. I understand this as it has been a long time. I appreciate their patience and understanding that they have shown and I understand them wanting to move forward. I am still unable to at this time. Hopefully my brothers will come to a decision soon so I can call Superior Exteriors or whomever my brothers agree to and get this thing started. I appreciate the chance to write this review instead of paying the $250 I don't have. I would write more but as I said, they've only done paperwork and make phone calls and haven't been able to actually put the roof on. Hopefully we will be able to make that happen soon. I appreciate Daphne and everyone for all that they have done for me. They really did try to get it done for me. I never was able to sign a final contract as I did not have approval. I cannot attest to the rooves that they apply as I was unable to get it done as yet. I do appreciate all that they did do. If I do get the approval then I'd like to call them to get it done as they did answer all my questions and tried to get me the best deal for the lowest amount.

This is the second time I used them, and they worked hard to get my roofing Issues resolved with my Insurance Co., They were most helpful working with me through the process and did an extremely great job. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is having any exterior work done.

We had roof damage from hail. Salesman was polite, looked at roof and determined that we needed a new roof. They took care of getting insurance adjuster to come out and inspect roof.
They took care of all paper work needed with insurance company to get claim filed and processed

This company is very professional, they take all the stress off of you when weather related damage happens to your home and property. I have used them twice .
