Superior Deck and Powerwash did a fantastic job on the house and the softwash of the roof. Almost all of the houses in my neighborhood have the dark streaks on the north-facing sides of our roofs (caused by bacteria growing on the shingles). The softwash took care of that and the roof looks new again! Pete and Max Hill are not only the owners of the business, but they WORK the business well. Highly recommend

The before and after photos speak for themselves! We had some mildew on our siding and the results are amazing to me. The house is so crisp and clean looking now and was sprayed with an anti fungal solution to keep the mildew from returning anytime soon. This is the company to use for power washing. Not only do they answer the phone, they show up. And, they do a great job. The north end of our house has needed attention for a while. Our front porch also had concrete that needed cleaning. They did both and we are very pleased with their work! By the way, they have other services too including deck staining.

We hired Peter and his brother to power wash our driveway, sidewalks and pool deck. They did a fantastic job! Arrived on time, and even put everything back in place that had to be moved and blew off sidewalks where mulch and dirt had sprayed onto sidewalks while power washing! With Spring around the corner, I wanted to share work that Pete and Max of Superior Deck and Powerwash completed last year. I have included before and after pics of the patio. The stamped concrete was covered with old sealer that was removed during their cleaning process. Once completed, they applied a powdered substance (which they referred to as antiquing) to give a two tone color and completed the process by seal coating it. As we approach a year since the work, it still looks great! As you consider your own project this year, I encourage you to reach out Pete/Max for an assessment, estimate and to secure a date for Superior Deck and Powerwash to complete the work.

Highly recommend Superior Deck and Powerwash! They answered the phone when I called (this is a PLUS) and were very professional. Pete was able to give me an estimate over the phone and scheduled me for a week out (another PLUS). They arrived promptly, greeted me politely, moved some things I didn't think to move beforehand, and went to work. Our two story home has never been powerwashed and the result is amazing! The white vinyl siding was covered in algae that had been there quite awhile. It sparkles now! The windows sparkle too! The brick bottom is brighter and the house has never looked better. I could not be happier with this experience. Make no mistake, this is the company you want to have clean the outside of your home!
