Super Siders was amazing to work with, and Douglas educated us on how siding is installed and how it fails. Today, I found a couple of pieces of our siding in our neighbor's yard. I was a bit upset about the situation because our house is less than 2 years old. Douglas really helped us out today with great customer service within a few hours and made a long-term customer for our future projects.

Unfortunately we didn’t get to work with Super Siders because our insurance claim didn’t go through, but I wanted to take the time to write a review anyways because of their spectacular customer service. After a storm this summer we had 25+ companies knock on our door, and Super Siders wasn’t one of them - which is the reason I picked up the phone and called them. I love that they are a small business supporting military and law enforcement too! From day one, Douglas went out of his way to slow down, walk us through the process and provide a thorough inspection. He went above and beyond to help us navigate our insurance claim and even talked with our insurance company on our behalf. He educated us on our rights and encouraged us to push back respectfully, but we never felt like it was greedy or selfish on his part. We are really bummed we won’t be able to give Super Siders our business this time, but they’ll be our first call next time we need siding or roofing help!

I had a small repair that many companies didn't want to deal with but had a great experience with Super Siders. They were prompt and courteous in responding and scheduling an appointment and gave me a more than fair cost to get it done. The repair was done quickly and looks fantastic! They were also able to work with a distributor to find the exact siding since the house was built by a national builder. Overall would 10/10 recommend Super Siders!

My house was hit by the hailstorm in 2023. I called Supersiders after that. This is the first time that I asked for roofing and siding assistance in ten years. The ensuing process demonstrated that the Supersiders people are highly professional on this matter. They really helped to navigate through the entire thing, particularly when I am confused at some points of seeking help from the insurance company. I do recommend these folks. They are wonderful!

I've worked with Supersiders on several projects with the goal achieved each time. My sales rep Douglas described the materials and process of siding and roofing clearly and in an engaging way. They are professional, easy to work with and are upfront about timelines and cost. The production team was friendly and got back to me right away (shout out to Gavin, Dustin and Garrett). The latest project was the replacement of my deck. I realized the difference between cutting corners and saving money versus the value in doing it right and paying more. I saw the decking team measure twice and cut once and put together this new deck with precision. I stand firmly by my choice in using Supersiders for siding, roofing and decking.

I was impressed with Supersiders as they came out to inspect my roof and siding after the last storm in St. Michael. Many in the neighborhood were getting new roofs so I was concerned about mine. He inspected the roof and informed me that there was very little damage. Instead of insisting to get it replaced, I believe he gave me his honest opinion on the condition. I was relieved to know I didn't need it replaced at this time. It's nice to know there still is some integrity in this business. I will be sure to call them again when in need of another inspection!

Had an excellent experience with Super Siders. They did a top notch job on our house and we couldn’t be happier. Doug is amazing!! From the first day we met till when the project was completed he was always there to handle any of my concerns and questions about the project. We recently had our front door, windows, siding, roof, and deck replaced by Russ and his team at Super Siders and we are extremely happy with the results. They walked us through the entire process from start to finish, answered all of our questions, and made sure we were happy with the original design as well as the finished product. There was a mix-up with the color of the trim around a large window in the front of the house and the garage doors, and they fixed the problem quickly, efficiently, and entirely to our satisfaction.

When they removed the original stucco, there was a significant amount of water damage and other issues that required repair, including the need to remove and rebuild our existing deck (which had been attached to the stucco, not the actual frame of the house by the original builders). The footings of the original deck supports were not properly built, were never up to code, and were actually becoming unsafe. Thanks to the SuperSiders team, we now have a beautiful new Trex deck that is up to code, has stairs leading down to the backyard that we were missing before, and has LED post lighting. They even custom fabricated a rain diverter over the pergola, and worked with the metal roof vendor and roofing contractor to make sure that the lifetime warranty on the roof remained intact.

My wife can be a little picky about how things look sometimes, but she said this is the first time she's been truly happy with how the outside of any of the houses we've owned has looked.

Super Siders identified a siding issue last year but our water leak continued. Russ came out and, by flooding the roof joint, quickly found the source of our problem. We are now able to work with the original roofing company to fix the leak. Thank you, Russ, for an extraordinary job.

I had a hard time finding a contractor to come out replace rotten wood and panels around our house. I called Super Siders and Douglas came rite out. He Gave me a fair bid and later he came out, did great work at an excellent price. I always try to do home projects myself but when I fail it's nice to know I can count on Douglas and Super Siders.

I recently had a leak on my roof from my bathroom vent. They came out same day and fixed within 30 minutes. They were polite and very knowledgeable. I would recommend them!

I highly recommend Super Siders! I was needing repair on one panel of siding. It's a small job and most companies did not return my calls or if they did, had to charge a hefty minimum for the small siding job. An experienced handyman might be able to help but I also could not find any that returned my calls. My neighbor Julie recommended Doug Cossette from Supersiders to me based on her satisfaction with his work for her. I have various repairs that need doing, so I was glad for her personal-experience recommendation. Doug came and listened to my concerns. He examined a number of issues at my house and took photos for estimates. One was a roof-rake-broken shingle. Left unrepaired, I knew I could be looking at leaks into my attic next winter. I had the broken-off piece and a leftover pack of new shingles, so I asked Doug to include an estimate for its repair among other estimates.

Instead, Doug said it was so minor, he'd just go do it right now, no charge! He got his caulk gun from his truck, got up on the roof, fitted the pieces together and rejoined it. While up there, he spotted a 2nd very damaged shingle, photographed it, and showed me when he came back down. Doug said that when he returned to work at my neighbor's, he'd just come over, tear off the damaged one and apply some new ones, no charge. He did so. He also photographed his roof work results and told my son where to go to inspect it if he chose to.

When I was growing up, Doug's attitude and ethic was widespread, but is VERY rare now. The last time I experienced a repair professional eyeball a simple task, waive any fees and just FIX IT RIGHT NOW? Maybe
1980.

Beyond his ethic? Doug's personable & knowledgable.He actually enjoys having his brain picked about the crucial details in a prospective job; about your choices from low, middle, to high end charges; and about his repair process. Doug already knows and practices having thorough, preliminary discussions with you before the start, clarifying any concerns and answering any questions. He doesn't need to be prompted; you're not left hanging with
vague timelines or a muddled notion of how the work will be done.

I look forward to hiring Doug for more involved projects on my house; he's had many years of experience, is forthright about his labor and materials charges, is licensed and bonded, and gets it done, pronto.

Yarik at Super Siders was very helpful and responsive in getting the exposed areas of our exterior near the foundation properly repaired and covered. This was a unique project and Yarik was very helpful through texts and site visits to come up with a solution and coordinate the crew to complete the work. I had a metal roof installed about 7 years ago. I had met Russ Winslow at a home improvement show and talked with him about a metal roof. I appreciated that he didn't try to sell me a roof, he just answered my questions and let me make up my own mind. The roof looks great and we have been thrilled with it. We met him during a home and garden show where he was representing super siders. We already had someone in mind to call for roofing services once the snow had melted, but his elevator pitch and general demeanor set was different from the ones we had spoken with up till now. What set him apart was, he wasn't trying to sell you something, but to help you find a solution that you, the client, was happy with. He even went out of his way to inspect our roof within a tight timeframe to start going over our options. During his inspection, he identified and applied a long term solution to our roof ( there was a hole where the chimney and roof met) free of charge. We decided to go with Super Siders because of Doug. Service to the customer is what Doug provides at the MINIMUM, and he is a man who seeks to provide the maximum to every time.

UPDATE: Our project began in Feb. and ended in May. It would have ended earlier if it was not due to the weather. We do wish that communication between us and Supersiders would have been a bit more constant, as it would have eased some of the anxiety that we did have. Thankfully, during the project Supersiders maintained great communication between us and insurance. It help decrease the stress on us especially, during the busies times of our lives. Doug, would update us regularly and was always willing to keep us up to date. The project eventually just stopped being as stressful. I definitely recommend supersiders, and if you happen to work With Douglas Cosette, you are in great hands.

We called Yarik because we had some siding that was peeling off our house and some that slid off from where it was supposed be. We're not familiar with fixing siding, and it was higher up than we were comfortable going. So, Yarik to the rescue. He fixed it easily (using perma-tabs for the siding at the roof line) and explained what the issues were. We wouldn't hesitate to call him again. He was kind, courteous and professional. He was knowledgeable about all things siding. And we appreciated him reaching out the day of our appointment, so we knew when to expect him. He's your guy.

We had Yarik come to help with some siding that had been released from the roof line and half off and some siding that had been cut too short originally and had slid over to expose the undersheet. He did a great job fixing both issues, and made sure that they were going to be fixed for good using perma-tabs for the siding at the roof line. Yarik called before the appointment to verify the arrival time and was very professional the entire visit. I would definitely call Yarik again for any future repairs!
