Nexgen was incredible from start to finish. We had a bad tornado come through and the hail damaged our roof bad. We had people knocking on our door non stop for days trying to get our business. All of them gave us the same pitch of just let us take a look and then sign this contract and we can get you taken care of. None of those companies explained anything of how the process worked or what we were going to pay or even what we were signing. Then Amanda and Aaron from Nexgen showed up. They saw the chalk marks on our roof left from the nsurance adjuster and they just simply asked if there was anything they could do to help or if we had already been taken care of. then they explained their product. We set up a time to meet and go over things. During that time my mom passed away and I had to leave town for a couple weeks. Amanda swung by our house and dropped off a card and candy for my kids because they had just lost their grandma. (They didn’t even have my business yet) they just gave a crap. Well let’s move forward to building day. They showed up on time with everything g needed to complete the job. They tore my roof off and found that the sheathing was toast. It had 6” gaps between boards and was just not ok. They took tons of pictures of everything and They fought and got the majority of that extra expense covered by my insurance. The roof is beautiful. The crew they had at my house was incredibly professional and even laughed with my kids while they were cleaning up. I was aware of everything every step of the way but it took zero effort on my part for any planning or anything with my insurance. I would recommend these guys to anyone needing any type of work done. Hands down a great experience in a crappy unexpected Time. I met with Nick Decheine on a roof repair and a price on a replacement of a flat roof. I have say that I have dealt with several roofing companies in my past 40 year. Nick was great to work with, Very attentive to my needs and very professional. I will do all my future business with Nick. My repair was taken care of and I had a follow up call from Nick to make sure everything went smoothly. I will be moving forward with the flat roof replacement in the very near future.

Nick and Tim were phenomenal installing the windows and doors. Efficient but detailed and professional. And the roofing and siding crews…wow do they work hard. Non stop and very detailed. Met Brian at our cabin up in North Central Minnesota. He was in the area checking local roof for storm damage. Our cabin was in good shape. I did mention that I had a garage that needed a new roof in the Twin Cities. I set up an appointment for him to take a look and get us a quote. NexGen and Brian are top notch. I had 2 other quotes that were a bit high. Brian and NexGen came in right at my budget, if not even a bit below. We were fighting weather, but the roof was replaced efficiently and was very affordable. I highly recommend NexGen. It was a great experience, and the roof looks amazing.

The work on my elderly father's house was done on time and anything that needed attention was quickly taken care of. Choosing NextGen to replace my roof was the best decision I've made so far this year! Brian C. was my salesman and he really knows his business. I chose a color and Brian pointed out several reasons that a different color might work better, I went with his suggestion for roof and soffits/facia and I couldn't be happier with the results. Stunning, actually. I had two different crews doing the installs and both crews were very professional and amazingly quick! Roof was completed in one day, soffits/facia took two days but only because it kept raining and I didn't want anyone getting electrocuted while standing on scaffolding LOL. They did several sweeps around the house for nails which I appreciated. You will not regret choosing NextGen.

From start to finish the crew at NexGen killed it!! Aaron got us lined up, dealt with my insurance, explained to me who was coming and when, and made sure everything went to plan!! The only surprise was the amount of speed and accuracy the team worked!! They were finished and cleaned up before most people would be home from work! To be totally honest, roofs are not that exciting, but this roof looks amazing!!!! Also, after work cleanup was second to NONE! I think everyone in the crew took a turn looking for ground nails! I recently had my roof and gutters replaced by NexGen Exteriors and couldn’t be happier with the experience.

I have dealt with a few roofers over my lifetime and NexGen is far and above better than any experience I have had with any other roofing company. Since Travis started with us on our insurance claims last April, and I want to mention he never left us on our own to navigate our claim and dreaded paperwork, we have been blessed with continued professional and respectful service from NEXGEN. We are almost done with the last step to transform our home, only a slight glitch with our screen order, which we have every confidence will be dealt with ASAP. We can't say enough about our experience with NEXGEN, it was as good as you can get!

I can’t say enough about how on the ball Adrian was during my project. He would immediately reply to my emails and always answered his phone (unheard of nowadays)! Today Tim & Nick finished the install of our 10 windows. Can’t say enough about these guys. We had some big challenges & they both powered thru them with ease and professionalism. Getting the roof work went so well I decided to let NexGen do my siding and trim project. They worked with remote to pick out my color and was very helpful with providing models. They installed siding, gutterin, and exterior components like electrical outlet and lights with great quality.

The crews that performed the work were nice and courteous. They cleaned the property of materials and nails. The gutter has a nice extension feature.

I was impressed with the office support Resources. They answered my questions and gave the information needed or pointed me in the right direction. They also followed up on returning my phone calls.

We met Travis at the Minneapolis Home Show and had inquired about siding. Travis came out to see the house and also went to take a look on the roof. Upon his inspection he did see we had significant hail damage from a past storm. We put the siding project on hold and his team worked with his on replacing the roof. When the day came the NexGen team did such a great job. They were fast but yet detailed. When they were done it didn't even look like they were there. Cleaned up everything very well. I have only found ONE roofing nail since they have been here. I highly recommend Travis and the NexGen team for your home project. We are not done using them.

We hired Nexgen after a storm damaged our roof and siding on our 1950's home in Robbinsdale. Nexgen was working with the city as an approved contractor, and their rep, Nick Schroeder, stopped by to assess the damage. I was immediately impressed with Nick. He was so knowledgeable and forthright that I hired Nexgen on the spot. And I must say it was a great decision. Turns out our entire roof and siding needed to be replaced, and Nexgen worked with our insurance insurance company to make sure everything was covered. Our inside contact was Amanda Oldre, Director, who coordinated the entire project from beginning to end. There were many obstacles that came our way during construction which were out of anyone's control, but Amanda seamlessly handled every issue with her experience, knowledge, professionalism and happy to help, can-do attitude, which always put me at ease. It was a great relief to know she was available every time I called with my many questions throughout the job. Amanda almost always had the answers but if she didn't, no worries, she got right back to me. The team that did the work were also professional, did a great job in a timely manner and left everything neat and orderly at the end of the day. All in all, they did an amazing job and it was a pleasure to work with them. I highly recommend Nexgen Exteriors for any of your contracting needs. You won't be disappointed.

NexGen Exteriors did a great job for our roof replacement! Bob was especially helpful in our process. Our roof was replaced quickly and it looks beautiful.
