My roof. Was damaged by the August 2023 storm, and I received lots of calls and requests to look at my roof. I later contacted my insurance company and had an inspection. I was contacted by HomeGuard and we came to an agreement to replace my roof and gutters with the insurance money that I would receive. They worked quickly, left no mess and were very good about the scheduling. Over all a positive experience and a pleasure to work with.

Nate could not have been better to work with. He helped us deal with the insurance company, navigated permitting with the city, and even applied for an HOA approval that we missed. If you are working on an insurance claim, his attention to detail and professionalism will dramatically improve the process. He knew what to say and how to move the process forward at every point.

Imagine the ideal contractor - nice guy, always does what he says he will do, always on time, and extremely responsive to text and emails. And then delivers on the work. His crews were in and out within a day on a large roof replacement. It was so clean afterwards, we could not even tell they had been there. Cannot say enough good things about Nate and his company.

I met Mr Westergreen, a very experienced professional who answered most of my questions before I had a chance to ask. He was patient with the questions, which I am sure where not unique or difficult, that I did ask. I was kept informed about scheduling and potential challenges in advance. Although we discussed issues that could emerge, none did. I was most impressed by the knowledge and preparation, it was clear to me he provided a quality product/service. In my case, partly due to timing of the install and lack of complexity, my project was completed far sooner than originally expected. My experience went very well.

Nate worked with our insurance company (which was quite challenging). We were lucky to have him do the work for us. He is incredibly knowledgeable and easy to work with. The work the crew did was excellent! We couldn't be happier.

From Anita: After the hail storm in March, we were fortunate to have Homeguard Roofing and Siding replace the roof on the house and garage, and the siding on the house. Their work is truly exceptional. It all looks fantastic!
I can’t even begin to say how wonderful Nate, Jeff and Jim were to work with. From day one they kept us informed every step of the way. Their crews worked quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up around our house, as well as the neighbors, of and any debris that had blown around on that windy day. They were here monitoring the progress to make sure all of our needs were being taken care of.
Because of the pictures they took during their inspection and sent to the insurance company, the insurance company agreed to replace all of the awnings instead of just some, and a gutter on the garage.

Nate was absolutely Great! After our roof claim was denied, Nate was just as upset as we were! He really pushed us to file an appeal which we did and our claim was eventually approved. We owe our new roof to Nate. He went above and beyond dropping off samples, quotes and keeping us informed on the project. This is the second home project with Nate the first was aluminum trim and gutters and it went perfect. The roof started leaking and I called Nate he measured it up suggested GAF Timberline HDZ shingles.
Nate called with a install date, the roofing crew did a excellent job from tear off to the site clean up.

We had hail damage to our roof. Nate did an outstanding job dealing with the insurance company. He took care of everything with the insurance company. I never had to make a single phone call to insurance company or anyone else to get the job completed. Finished a large roof in 4 days. Roof looks great! Clean-up was perfect. You would never be able tell his crew was here! Highly recommend!! You might be able to find a cheaper roofer but you will not be able to find a better roofer!!

We just finished our second siding project with Nate and his crew at Homeguard Roofing and Siding. The quality is excellent and the home looks new! I would highly recommend the workmanship.
