Brandon's knowledge was invaluable, guiding me through everything from insurance coverage details to material choices and the entire build process. He was incredibly responsive and consistently present on-site for inspections, during construction, and for quality control. His meticulous documentation, including photos and notes, made the insurance claims effortless. Even with my admittedly nitpicky nature, Brandon was always patient and ensured I was completely satisfied with the final results. His exceptional customer service is a rarity in this industry. MacTaggart Construction acted as the general contractor for a total rebuild of the interior of my home from the studs in. They found individuals to do each part and worked with me on design. They were onside to make sure everything was done right. Brandon caught several things that had to be redone and worked with the subs to make it right. He had the respect and cooperation of all the subs. The finished product was the home of my dreams! Photos are on this web site I highly recommend them.

Working with Brandon was a Godsend for me. He helped me with three different insurance claims: two for hail damage and one for icedam damage. If it wasn't for him, my insurance company would not have paid for any of them. The adjusters' final conclusions amounted to less than my deductible. Brandon knew so much about codes that I had no clue about. He was an advocate for me, and my insurance company paid for all three. My experience of working with him was outstanding, and I highly recommend his services.

Working with MacTaggart Construction to replace our deck has been a great experience. Brandon from MacTaggart took the time to ask questions and understand our needs. He was careful with measurements and evaluation of the existing structure.

They put together a detailed bid that included a full materials list as well as pricing for possible repairs. They have been transparent and honest throughout the process. I asked for and received additional information on the materials chosen and was able to make additions and changes.

I contacted Brandon of Mactaggart Construction to help me make the kitchen in my new home more safe for children. The split level style had nothing stopping someone from falling, and Brandon designed and installed this awesome new railing to save us from a pony wall. It looks so natural, like it was part of the kitchen remodel from day one. He makes the process so easy. He is reliable, quick, fast, clean, friendly and very quick to understand what I was looking for. He has done many projects in our home now. I trust his work, and feel like his prices are very fair. He has also worked in many of our neighbor's homes - everyone loves him!
