I called Super Roofing Pros to have my roof inspected. They completed the roof 4 years ago and were happy to do a free inspection. Elmi came put me on the schedule within 2 days of my call. He came out on time and did a thorough inspection. He did a free maintenance which involved resealing all pipe boots, hvac and nails. Then he provided me with a report stating the roof was excellent condition and still under warranty. The company provides top of the line service. They are on time, honest and reliable.

I found Elmi while checking on one of my properties in the area and asked him for a quote. From the first interaction he was professional, responsive, and had a "we can get it done!" attitude. That said, I got a few quotes (4 others to be exact) and ended up going with Super Roofing Pros over 3 less expensive quotes. Now, I have no qualms about the work and quality of work, punctuality, and everything else seemed to be on point. On the contrary, however, my experience with cost and affordability was overshadowed by a relatively whopping increase as they noted once they were on the roof they noticed there was more repair necessary than was initially assessed. That said, I would have set them above at least 8 other roofing contractors that I have worked with(I am also a realtor and subcontract flips, extensive renos, new builds, etc.) and the moment they came to me advising there was going to be a significant increase in cost AFTER the job had already started, the choice for me to opt for one of the more economical options had been removed and I would have been in a predicament considering the shingles had already been removed from the decking by the time I was informed. That said, it is a very uncomfortable position to be in...and left me feeling forced to pay over $2500 more than what was originally quoted and to that I would say to anyone beware. What is just a few coins to the person ACCEPTING may be more that what a client has to allocate or can even handle for that matter. Thank God, I COULD but what if I couldn't? Atop of $10k+ another going on $3000 is a huge difference. On another day, this 5 star would certainly be closer to 3 for that reason. However, as I noted, once I understood I had no other option I was made aware additional decking was on the way and they would be charging me for the boards. The job was completed the same day. The crew worked tirelessly and did a great job on the roof itself. I would recommend and work with Elmi on other projects as he noted he was initially ill-informed but I would do so with a clear contingency understanding how this played out. Overall I am happy with the companies work. They went back to clean after themselves. They were flexible with making necessary arrangements and our company wishes them nothing but the best and more success!

Jesus was such a professional and not only did he reinsure me that everything was going to be okay but he also showed me pictures of the great work him and his guys did. This company changed my roof in March 2021, they did an excellent job and reasonable price.
So, I contacted them again to obtain an estimate to change the chimney molds.
Mr,. Elmi Romero and his team took the time not only to give me the quote, but also to check and take photos of our roof at no cost.They said it was the part of the guarantee to make sure there weren’t problems.
The work they did 3 years ago it is in perfect conditions, so this time they changed the chimneys molds.

An amazing experience with Super Roofing Pros. It all started after many roofing companies would not get back to me but after calling Super Roofing Pros and speaking with Elmi I knew I would be in good hands. Elmi came out to provide me with a quote and worked with my insurance company on my behalf to ensure my total roof replacement would be taken care of and spouts as well as interior damage. I wish this was the first company I called because it’s been easy every step of the way.

Elmi even made the long drive to allow me to pick the colors for my shingles and made sure I had the best of the best for my brand new roof. Today was my install day and the team was prompt and had everything done in timely fashion and Elmi continued to send me pictures of the progress (one picture is attached)! Quality View Construction LLC is a top notch roofing company. They replaced my roof a couple years back. Recently, I started having a leak in one of my back porch skylights (not related to the new roof) and called Elmi at Quality View and he immediately came out and repaired the leak. Not only did he repair the leak and clean the skylight, he cleaned the other three skylights which I did not ask him to do. That is called excellent customer service. Well done!

Supervisor Elmi Romero quickly discovered why our porch ceiling has water damage. Not only did he tell us about the issue but also shared multiple pics/direct evidence of the source of the problem. (We had three roofers over the years who never resolved this problem.) Additionally, Elmi pointed out additional issues and resolved those quickly as well. We are so pleased with his efforts and professional knowledge and honesty that we plan to have him replace my metal roof, replace the porch ceiling AND paint the house as well. It is so nice to know that someone with integrity, reliability, and a service-minded, can-do attitude is going to help us take care of our home. We highly recommend Elmi and his company!!!

Hello Everybody, I just wanted to say Elmi was a great help with our roofing issue. It started in the celing of my mother's celing. It had a cup like leak, and was concern called the Insurance. The Insurance told us to pay $5,000.00 deductible before they pay the rest. We called some Roofing company and friends. A friend suggested Quality View Cons. Elmi came out to our location check around then explain how to repaird the issue. We call the Insurance to get the Adjuster price, and because of the age of the house they we not going to pay the reminder of $900 and some change. not even an 1/8. The reason was there were not enough roof shingles debris of 30-40 shingles remove from the roof to be an issue. Mother paid the total of the work and we are going to cancel the Insurance. Quality View did a great job. GOD BLESS.
