The BBB recommends that you get estimates from three contractors before starting a job. After I got estimates from three other highly regarded roofers, I decided to contact Sunwest Roofing as a fourth possibility; it turned out to be the best decision I could have made. It was clear from the outset that Shawn Fellner was willing to work with me to determine the best way to do the job for the best price. Then, at every stage of the process, both Shawn and his crew proved to be punctual, professional, and responsive. If I need any future roofing work (at another site), Sunwest Roofing will be the first and only contractor I call.

horrible company. roof leaked since install 2 months ago. Does not answer phone or will not not show up when he says he will. has commercial customers that will take all of his time. may have go to court on this one. dont make the mistake i did.read other complaints on this site, its not just me. when things go wrong is when you will see what this company is really like. their add says founded on integrity and honesty, could not be any further from the truth.last warning, dont do it, you will regret it.

Manuel Alvarado and his team at Sunwest Roofing did a GREAT job on roofing my home. I received a prompt estimate after Manuel came to my home to assess what I needed. At the time, I had 2 layers of shingles and my roof was leaking. Manuel got me on the calendar in a reasonable amount of time and his crew showed up when they said they would (which unfortunately seems to be unusual these days). They tore off both layers of shingles, repaired some damaged decking, added some new and additional turbine vents and got the new roof on within a few days time. We love our new roof and NO MORE LEAKS! As a Realtor, I have a list of preferred contractors (that I am VERY particular about) that I give to all my clients. Due to my excellent personal experience, Sunwest Roofing will now be my preferred roofing company that I will refer all my clients to from now on! Thank you Manuel and Sunwest Roofing!

Very easy and professional experience. I called them and they looked at my roof and emailed me a bid before the day was even over. Efficient work, and the roof hasn't leaked since. Highly recommended.

I have been very disappointed with Sunwest Roofing. Our home came with a warranty for the roof which Sunwest Roofing installed. Since we moved in in July, the roof has had 3 leaks and it is nearly impossible to get anyone to answer the phone and come out to fix the leaks.
