Replaced a door and all our windows and did a great job. From the beginning everything about the job was clear. Notwithstanding the inevitable COVID delays in getting permits, the work was done timely. The guys doing the actual install were total professionals that worked as a team. When minor issues arose they addressed them promptly. When I changed my mind after the install and wanted a change in the door they took care of it promptly and were more than fair with the surplus charges. The stucco contractor (Brian Ramirez) that they recommended was also outstanding and worked closely in tandem with the Sunwest to keep us on schedule. The whole thing was far less invasive than I would have imagined.
We could not have been happier. I hope we never have to replace windows again, but if we do I wouldn't call anyone else.

We had a window that wouldn’t close. They came out on time, actually a little early, checked out the window and said they could fix it right there and then! It was wonderful! He corrected and replaced some hardware, and we’re back to normal! Very nice, knowledgeable and gave us some tips on keeping our Pella windows opening and closing smoothly.

These people know what they are doing!!! After running around and calling and trying to get some prices on my Andersen screen door - and boy, did I get some quotes (like $225 plus tax if I take the door to them... and not an Andersen replacement...), I was so happy to find Sunwest Construction Specialties!! Thank you Discount Glass for referring them! My door was not in need of total replacement, just the bottom rollers. Sunwest Construction got it done in one day, cost me just about $67 and it's back up and running smoothly again. Thank you, Sunwest Construction, for a job well done!!! I strongly recommend them!!!

These people did all the windows in our new house and did an excellent job. And they stood behind their product.

I have Andersen wood windows that were not closing properly. I had been advised by a handyman that they were warped and needed rehanging. Sunwest's window repairmen were able to show me that they only needed lubricating and a different technique to close them They were very friendly, helpful and thorough. I highly recommend them for their expertise and professionalism.
