Fix My Roof did a great job and in the 16 months since they did the work, it has been perfect with no leaks or issues. Their service is exceptional and I highly recommend them.

From the very start when I chose to call Fixmyroof I knew I made the right decision. Hearing about them on a t.v. commercial and then calling them to tell them I had my roof already done by an amateur, let licensed, and smaller company, who came to repair one time their shady work and still leaking roof, then ghosted us and never came back. Jarret and Russel were very helpful and did a great job guiding me through the roof repair/replacement process. The team who completed the work were efficient and respectful of our property and cleaned up afterward.

Fix My Roof immediately responded to my need to fix a massive leak following a thunderstorm. It turned out that I needed a new roof. They carefully explained all my options and tried to minimize the cost (which is quite substantial). I have contacted with them and they are in the process of obtaining all of the necessary permits. I will update this review when the work is completed.

Fix My Roof was prompt and professional and did the work within 10 days of contracting with them. Problem solved.

Time of year issues made scheduling difficult initially, but once resolved the work went fast a flawlessly. Great team, and a particular shoutout to Derek Strandt who provded excellent service and great communications.

I am only commenting on the installation. The estimator was on time courteous, and seemed to be very knowledgeable. He evaluated the job and told me what needed to be done. The roofer showed up on time and went right to work. They seem to be very professional and it appears I’ve done a good job.

Of course we won’t know how good a job they did until we get a big rain and the roof doesn’t leak.

The home I owned had a roof redone by Fix My Roof and everyone who went onto the roof commented on the excellent work. So, when I was purchasing a new home with a 22 year old foam roof I chose Fix My Roof to redo it. I was especially pleased with the communication and project management, I already knew the work would be excellent. I was up on the roof nearly every day of the project and the crew lead was always there to answer questions and discuss concerns. I highly recommend Fix My Roof.

FixMyRoof, LLC an awesome company! Our 19 yr old torch-down (bitumen) roof was ready for an upgrade, FixMyRoof gave us an honest assessment of condition and a reasonable price estimate for the silicone coating. Our project was completed in a few days (x2 layers), roof came out perfect. We just got our 1st annual inspection and the roof is in great condition! Highly recommend FixMyRoof, LLC! Give them a chance to evaluate your roof so you can compare price/materials/warranty!

The process to purchase, install, and put into operation our solar photovoltaic system was excellent. From contract signing to activation of the system took about 4 months, and the system was perfectly sized to our energy demands. The less than $10 per month electric bill, month after month, is great, too! This company is excellent.

We had wonderful service with fix my roof. A representative came to totally evaluate the problems with our roof. We were given an estimate for repair promptly and repairs were made within a few days.
After the work crew left the roof was inspected to make sure that everything was taken care of.
We were delighted with the finished project.

I wanted to give them a great review but sadly they only get 3 stars. While we were waiting for them to schedule us for our roof replacement we developed a leak. We climbed up to our roof and found the issue was a bowl shape on the roof that was collecting water in front of a canale and not draining out. I contacted our rep to tell her about the issue and to make sure they addressed it when they did the work. She assured me they would fix any issues during the roof replacement. A few months later we thought we'd go up and see how the new roof was holding up. The area where we had a leak was no longer leaking but they never fixed the bowl and there was a big pool of water still sitting there in front of the canale. It had not rained in a couple of weeks. When FixMyRoof contacted me to give them a review I told them about the issue and they said they'd come and fix it. When I called them to come have a look they told me that my rep should have offered to give us another estimate of their costs to fix the problem and there was nothing they could do to help us. Would not recommend them.

Very professional ! I had a number of questions and Russell was able to answer all of them. My roof had a elastomeric coating that I put on four years ago, but an exposed area had been damaged by our recent hail and intense wind and rain storms. The crew was on time, friendly and left the roof and ground area as they found it.
The crew chief returned the next day for inspection and Russell and I inspected the following week. Great job !

I am pleased with the job Fix My Roof did on my roof replacement. The transferable warrantee alone is worth the $$.

"Never worry again" is the slogan, but worry is exactly what we've felt with FixMyRoof. My parents bought a house with a roof that was done by them. But for the last five years, we've experienced leaks once or twice a year. While the 10-year warranty covers fixing leaks, it doesn’t cover any interior damage caused by them, which puts us at risk of mold issues if left untreated. We even raised concerns about having young kids around, but it didn't seem to matter to FixMyRoof.

The main issue, in my opinion, is that they applied a silicone coating on a deteriorating tar roof—something that should never have been done. The roof has significant texture and sharp points, which are bound to become weak spots. Plus, there’s no positive drainage, causing water to pool in areas and increasing the risk of failure. It’s clear that integrity wasn’t a priority here.

This roof probably shouldn’t have passed inspection, and it’s doubtful that permits were even pulled. These factors raise serious questions about the quality and safety of the work. We hoped FixMyRoof would take responsibility, but instead, they simply offered a quote for a new roof: $28,000 for TPO and $45,000 for a foam roof.

If you’re considering FixMyRoof, keep in mind that their slogan might be a little misleading.

We had our roof replaced two years ago by Fix My Roof. They come yearly to inspect and repair any problem areas. After the recent very hard rain and hail, I phoned and asked for an additional inspection before winter sets in. They responded to my call immediately and came within two days to inspect. They performed a complete inspection and repaired the areas that had been affected. FMR is the best!

Excellent experience from start to finish. Good communication, people arrived as scheduled and on time, the crew was thoughtful, courteous, and meticulous in keeping the site clean and tidy, and there were daily progress reports with numerous photos. The job was completed on time, and so far, my roof doesn't leak any more. I would highly recommend this company!

Derek and the crew did a fine job in replacing our tar and gravel roof. Derek did a core sample, which revealed layers of pumice that needed to be removed. Sam and Flaco were good communicators while the job was underway.

Scheduled an appointment, person never showed up or contacted me. When I called to find out what was going on, person who answered was rude and kept trying to blame me for their mumbling. The person who was scheduled to show up, called me after with excuses for not showing up. Those were after the scheduled appt, not before like the owner is trying to claim. I wouldn't trust anything to this company.

Fix My Roof did a good job replacing my gravel and tar flat roof with silicone membrane. I had the roof done in Jan 2023 but want to wait until we have heavy rains to give reviews. Well we had couple of heavy rains in the summer and so far there's no more sign of leak and the new roof holds.

We've had our roof for many years now and really love it! It was put on over a traditional tar and gravel so some of the leftover gravel occasionally pops out and leaves small holes in the silicon. The yearly inspections are much appreciated and the repairs are always small and something we could easily do our selves but this company comes back year after year to inspect and repair any small scratches. Kevin did an exceptional job this year. We were impressed by his diligence and thoroughness. We highly recommend this company and their silicon roof.

Fix My Roof put a new roof on our townhouse near Santa Fe almost a year ago. I have waited to write a review until I could experience our roof through the changing seasons.

The installation was delayed for weeks because of rain. Once conditions were right, the job progressed in a timely, courteous, and competent manner. So far, the roof is holding up to my satisfaction.

We had Fix my Roof replace a tar a gravel flat roof with silicone. The roof looks very good, no leaks and they did a great job. Three layers of silicone were applied, and the skylights were replaced at the same time. Highly recommend them. The only down fall was getting scheduled into the queue took a couple of months.

Great experience with the team at Fix My Roof: very professional and they do what they say they're going to do. They did the whole thing, start to finish in 1 week (amazing given the size of our home, and it was a tar and gravel/built-up roof). They left the site very clean, and the roof has held up extremely well. Their warranty work at the 12 month mark was great. The house is much cooler in the summer, which is also great!
