I can’t recommend Sunset beach home services highly enough. Robert has been a lifesaver numerous times. Because I don’t live in the beach house full-time, I have relied on Robert for all kinds of unexpected problems that have come up. He has been conscientious, reliable, and responds promptly. Pricing has always been more than fair. He’s one of the few contractors that has regularly exceeded my expectations.

Robert Taylor is amazing! As a widow who bought a beach house with a lot of deferred maintenance, I found Robert and he has been a Godsend. He goes above and beyond my expectations (plus he loves on my dogs). He is knowledgeable in many different aspects of building, repairing, painting, etc. Or he knows someone who does. He is very pleasant and easy to work with.

Robert at Sunset Beach Home Services saved our vacation when we arrived at our beach rental house to discover a completely broken/missing window pane on the first floor. He didn't miss a beat when the owner who was out of state contacted him to see about an emergency repair. Robert had the window boarded up within an hour of the owner's call, and was sensitive to the fact that my friend and I may not have felt safe otherwise. He even checked in the next day to make sure we'd had a comfortable night. I highly recommend Robert who exemplified professionalism, efficiency, and a neighborly willingness to go out of his way to make us guests feel welcome and safe in his community.

Robert built our fence last year and it’s been a lifesaver! Our dog is an escape artist and she hasn’t gotten out of the yard once! I honestly can’t believe it. Since then we’ve had him back to do numerous preventative maintenance jobs which have all been executed quickly and his work is extremely high quality. We’ll definitely continue using his services!
