Great experience. They had the car that was advertised on their website, and the cost was exactly the same price as the website calculator, down to the penny. Mary and Dustin were great to work with, and I would buy from them again.

Avoid this place at all costs. They promise 2 years of free maintenance with a new vehicle, but quit honoring it after 2 free oil changes. Even if you do pay for scheduled maintenance, they will take your money but not do the work. The manual says it's supposed to include replacing the engine clutch actuator fluid. They claimed to not know what it was, then claimed they would inspect it, then when I insisted that it was due to be changed, they googled it and told me I was the only person that actually reads the maintenance schedules. This interaction basically says that everyone else that goes in there pays for the service, but only gets an oil change. Another time I went it because at 14k miles my tires were completely bald and two of them had the side wall blow out. There is no spare, it comes with fix a flat and "roadside assistance" which doesn't contract with anyone locally. They wanted to send a tow from Portland to tow me 1 mile to the dealer. On top of that, the "roadside assistance" caps out at $50-75, so it was cheaper to just pay a local guy to do it out of pocket. Upon getting to the dealership, they told me that my new car didn't have any warranty on tires, and if I wanted the tires my car is supposed to have, it would be weeks before they came in. They even wanted to charge me for an alignment that was supposed to be "free for life." I wound up getting stuck with expensive no-name Chinese tires, that unsurprisingly are now going bald in about a third of the mileage the are rated for. This isn't even the whole list of crooked stuff this place has pulled, like telling me my oil life was at 20% even though I had it changed the day before, and reset the oil life and maintenance counters. They even damaged my oil drain plug making it leak until I bought a new one. Run away from this place. Literally anywhere else would be better

They treated us wonderfully. I have no complaints. Mary showed us all the cars we wanted to look at, and she was very happy to share all the knowledge she had on each of them. We picked one out and started paperwork on it, and in the end, we purchased a different one. They have helped me get almost everything needed, completed quickly and easily. They stayed almost 2 hours after closing time for them to get our deal done. My only compaint is that I didn't get floor mats with my brand new 2025 vehicle and didn't find this out until we were getting in it to go home. After the papers were signed. She said "oh i forgot to tell you it doesn't come with floor mats" something about saving on final amount. What was I suppose to do. Now I just want to get the floor matts that I feel should have been in it to start.
That was disappointing but the owner reacted by quickly ordering floor mats for my car. so so happy about this. I can't wait until I can pick them up and install them.

Warrenton Kia basically saved the day for me. I had driven a long way to a different dealership only to learn they didn’t have the car they advertised and it almost ruined my whole day. I called Warrenton Kia and Candice answered the phone and confirmed not only that they had the car I was looking for, but that they’d park it up front for me to be ready to test drive when I got there. Candice and Daniel made the paperwork a breeze and were very casual/professional throughout the sale; never ‘pushy’. I will be recommending them to everyone I know!

I came over from Long Beach, to test drive a car I saw online, I didn't care for it, but after telling Candice what I wanted, she picked out a winner, the Jeep Compass trailhawk.
She's not pushy at all, which is great, buying a car is stressful enough without that.
Signing all the paperwork with Daniel was super chill. Overall it was a great experence. I'll happily refer friends here, and next time I'm in the market for the new ride, I'm coming here for sure!

They will get no more of my money or my business. It's predatory at this point: The miss information, lack of documentation, and continued inaccuracy is praying on people. I had to do my own leg work to prove I had a Warranty, this exact dealership sold me, both for the last time with my seat and again now for the gas cap and seat belt... only for them to try and charge me nearly $1000 for the work because neither that account or warranty had been logged. When I argued and the research was done My Van was then released to me saying it was figured out, all was fine, here's the wrong paperwork but I'll fix it all later... even though I sat there another 30 minutes because the seatbelt was stuck and it needed to be taken back in the shop... and then I was called another day TWICE for "oh I forgot you owe...." only to find you were indeed paid. This even leaves out that the charge was for testing the sliding door (not the electrical draw they wrote down) that went from "oh we tested the wrong one... we will check the other when you come back" to "no I'm sure they did it right.." because again it never got written down and the door still has the problem so I doubt it was ever properly tested anyway.

Bought a used car from here last July. The day I purchased it two different engine codes popped up. I emailed my salesman, he said he would talk to his manager. After 3 months of emailing and asking for them to make it right, they stopped answering. No return phone calls or emails. Both codes had been previously cleared, and nothing was said during the sale.

Ok I am going to sound like a crazy Karen but trust me bro I am far from it.......I had to work with a lawyer to draft this letter of redress in the event that they don't undue the loan 10 days into the loan as a result of how shady they have handled this situation. The lawyer felt this was enough to resolve the situation and said he and 2 others would take this on if they didn't address this prior to it hitting a court room. They sold me a model s 85 the original post of the car was under different make information then what the car actually is, the rear left door opens constantly even while driving, the other rear door rarely works at all, they also charged me for a none refundable warranty that is void due to the car being 11 years old with 56k miles on it.

I called the company who handles the warranties and they said no claims under that car would be covered due to how old it is, when I contacted the branch manager Josh Ford and Dustin they accepted no wrong doing and originally agreed to trade the car in but sent in the new loan to my original pre approval that came from my bank but included the original charges onto the new loan even after I stated I wanted to opt out of these on the future loan once we traded the model s for a Honda accord ex-l but once I said I wanted to opt out of this they than stated I would have to wait due to the Honda needing a new battery and oil change but before I said I wanted to opt out of these charges they were ready for me to come in the next day. but all the sudden the Honda is unavailable? I asked why was the car posted for sale prior to being inspected for safety and mechanical reasons they then beat around the bush and addressed everything but the fraudulent Polysteel northwest protection package and the failed to address the Honda being posted for sale even though it has not been inspected prior.

I will be contacting everyone in the reviews section regarding and only including all the people who have had false upcharges and issues with the northwest package as well being applied on older cars that would void the warranty.

DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS EVER ENDLESS YOU ARE GETTING A BRAND NEW KIA AND CHECK FOR HIDDEN FEES APPLIED....

I was so pleased with everyone I interacted with! Each person listened to what I wanted and wasn't pushy what so ever! Offered to show me any vehicle I wanted to look at and offered me a test drive. When I declined the test drives we just moved on! I didn't get any annoying calls or emails asking me to come look again after I left the first time with nothing. I showed back up 2 weeks later and was done and out in a short 3 hours!

The sales department refused to walk over to the service department to retrieve car keys this week. They told a woman to walk home 22 miles across state lines to Long Beach, WA. They truly could not care less about customers if they tried. Do you like unreasonable, misogynist and lazy staff? This is the place for you. Of course, they relented when a man called and told them that’s unacceptable.

I took my adult daughter in to get a first time o9ⁿ in her name. The unfriendly, not outgoing sales lady we had Candice was not very knowledgeable, or personable. We let her know what vehicles we saw oine that we might be interested in. She had us go inside before we could look them over or test drive. Ray the "finance guy" i could hear asking other people on who to contact for loans, what he should do, ext tried to make up a scenario that was untrue in order to try to get the loan done a certain way. After 2hours, Candice said she got an approval and let's test drive the car. This 3 year old car had clearly been wrecked, had almost 100k miles on it so we told her we weren't interested when we got back. She told us if we want a car with no damage we will have to buy new no we won't

This was my first required maintenance at 8,000 miles. Only tire rotation and vedhicle inspection were required acording to the owners manual. I asked for replacement of wiper blades, and one recall inspection. All services were completed exactly as required or requested, and the personnel were courteous, Total charge was less than $60, and that was for the wiper blades. I am pleased.

I want to compliment the sales and service teams at Warrenton Kia for the service I received. Early this year I purchased a2025 Kia Soul there. Hit black ice and totaled it. So I purchased a 2016 Kia Sorento from Warrenton Kia.
A month ago, the engine blew. Bearings. You guys replaced the engine and use of a car for a week. Thanks.

They are easy to make an appointment with. You can call up and actually talk with them and/or I believe you can go on line if you want... they are fast and keep you updated with their work.

The waiting room is quiet and has a TV if you want. Along with conveniently located restrooms across the hall from the waiting room.

They tell you where your car stands on repairs when your leave and when your done your car (unlike some places I have been too) is not falling apart and does need a complete rebuild. I may need a light in the future... or something has a half life left... it's nice to know when I go in they won't try and up sell me with needless fixes.

Just had a great experience with a car dealer, which is a first.

Warrenton Kia sold us a lightly used 2023 Kia Niro EV that we’re loving. Salesperson Candace Johnson was very helpful and accommodating throughout our decision process. Dustin Surratt worked with us on pricing that was to our liking and Daniel Valdez made financing far less painful than for our past car purchases. They even took our dog for a walk. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. Even though they are 80 miles from our house, we would definitely look to them for our next car purchase.

This dealership does not have their stuff together, started the purchase process on a vehicle 3 days ago. I was told I'd be called back or texted back yesterday to hear back on my financing application but nobody did. Apparently everyone called out when I called so nobody called or followed up or anything on a guaranteed sale. Went with another dealership.

My husband had a fall resulting in a brain injury so he can no longer drive. Kia of Warrenton bought his car and they now have possession of the car and title but have not paid us for the car. Every time I contact them it’s another excuse, someone who needs to sign the check is not there. It will be next week. Next week comes and goes and no check. It will be in the mail within a week, but the check doesn’t show up. We need that money to pay medical bills, Kia of Warrenton has the car but we have no money.

The staff were friendly and professional. I like every staffs I have interacted with, Candice, Daniel, George, and Jennifer. They provided accurate and detailed information, answered all my questions, and helped me feel comfortable with my purchase.

The process was straightforward and efficient. What really impressed me was their transparency throughout the entire process - from the initial online quote to the final signing of the paperwork. The experience is totally different from what I had with my local dealers.

Overall, I'm happy with my new vehicle and would recommend Warrenton Kia to others looking for a hassle-free car buying experience, even if you are not from the local area.

This place has fallen apart badly. It started with them losing record of my car and all service records on it. The website lists multiple dealership phone numbers. They claim that the site is not editable. Their phone system doesn't work right. Sales is rude. Over priced. I have switched to a different dealership for my services.

My daughter just bought a Kia sportage 2017 for $23 000.(Salesman told her they payed $22000 for it..so no room for negotiations(that has to be a devils lie). She got $6000 for her old car. They are now selling her car for$11995 They told her oil was changed..it was not..i checked. Black and gritty. Thank you..ps..lots of cussing at dealership..sad…
