My one hour appointment turned into two hours. I was asked to provide my VIN number two days prior to my appointment to ensure the correct oil and filter were ready for my appointment. Apparently, that did not happen as your team had to go to O’Rileys for the correct items. Additionally, I booked the appointment at $99 and yet I was charged $150. I’m not sure what’s happened with your service team, but we won’t be back.

I am from Whidbey Island Washington I needed an oil change before we drive home! I made an appointment online. The staff was so friendly and the technician did an amazing job. I highly recommend this dealership!

While traveling 800 miles from my home I got my oil changed at a drive through shop. First they made out the paperwork as though they did the oil change on a different vehicle. They re-did the change and got the right vehicle this time. But when I got to my next destination, an excess oil level warning came on. Nobody could reset this warning. Now in Warrenton, I went to Lum’s and without an appointment they solved the problem and got me back on the road that morning. Lum’s is a quality business and I can’t say enough about them.

We brought our VW here for service. Great experience. Dropped off early in the AM for an afternoon oil change. They were done hours before my scheduled time! Our Toyota goes in in a few days for the first time and I’m sure it will be another great experience!

I’ve bought multiple vehicles from Lums and had a positive experience every time. Chris Corcoran especially has been so helpful. I’ve never felt pressured into a purchase. The Lums team is personal and they take care of their customers.

Was not a good experience it took to long to take a appointment and my advisor say my issue needs to be worse for be fixed plus was trying to charge me when all muy problems should be on manufactured warranty any way at the end he say this is so weird but now is cover.

Lum's is worth the drive for the customer service and the competitive pricing. We drove all the way from Eugene (7 hrs RT) because they had the specific vehicle we'd been looking for for two and a half years. The icing on the cake was that their customer service is incredible. Maybe it's part of being "small town nice," but they were all super easy and pleasant to work with, while still being professional. Our salesperson was Becca, and we can't say enough positive things about her. Even though we live in Eugene with its many dealerships, the next time we need to buy a car we will drive all the way to Warrenton to buy it from Lum's.

06.19.25 - Drove over from Seaside to Dick Hannah Toyota (1.5 hours) for service today on my 4Runner. This place is night and day regarding interaction and customer service. They have free hot drinks available as well as food for purchase. I inquired about body repair service and the service writer (female) immediately responded with a slip of paper with QR code to upload pictures for estimate and business card attached.

Last time I was at Lums the service writer (male) insulted me by directing me to speak with my husband about a costly AC repair which was the reason for the visit. I am the vehicle owner and I do not need to speak to a damn person about anything requiring repair.

FYI - I have a history of working as gas station attendant for AAFES in the 80’s, promoted to service writer, have extensive education regarding tires, ordering auto parts, and performing simple services such as filling batteries, changing wiper blades, checking fluid levels, tires pressures, etc.

Do not ever underestimate the knowledge/experience of a woman no matter her age.

Will not return to Lum’s in Warrenton OR - would rather drive to WA for service any day.

New check in procedure is terrible. My car sat in the finished area for at least 20 minutes. I watched the car get parked and waited. When I inquired with the service advisor, I was rudely told that I was incorrect and that it had “just been parked”. With this type of service I may not be back.

Lum's service center did a great job on my Ram today. Called in for a quote, received a reasonable response right away & was able to schedule it & had it done with in 2-days! Keep up the great work & customer service Lums!

Was scheduled at 9:30 AM for tire pressure sensors to be replaced and reprogrammed in my 2020 Ford Explorer left at 5:15 PM with them being installed but not properly. I don’t even know my, system couldn’t read them and they didn’t have the tools to make my car read that they had new sensors. Mind you I live in Ocean Shores, Washington, which is 2 1/2 hours away. Could have at least offered to fill up my gas tank. Other than that they have beautiful cars in the parking lot if you’re looking for a new car. Hey!!!

First of all I'm a guy so it's like when you go to get a fast oil change somewhere and they try to sell you everything. There was no pressure and when I was talking about the cars the salesman was very informative brought them up for me to look at talked about colors what financing could be I was paying without financing so I kind of just want to make sure and I had been to every other dealership and Astoria and Warrenton and I found them to be very pleasant and at the end they asked about you know all these other plans and extensions and stuff and it was a long day and I'm a cancer guy so I kind of just said no no and when I got home I had time to think about it and I talked to my daughter and she said well you might want to do that cuz you're going to be driving across country and stuff and so I did call them back immediately and say you know I might want to add some of that stuff and there was no problem nobody was upset or anything and when I went back in the next day I picked up my car I had an outdated phone so they couldn't really put my GPS thing in and everything was smooth and everyone was very pleasant it was a great experience in 2005 I had bought two Toyota's from them in this case I was buying a Jeep but I would recommend them to anyone and a very helpful not pressured not pushing they won't run up to you they'll say hi to you and wonder what you're up to but I would recommend them to anyone and they're very knowledgeable and what can be made available very good experience I was very happy

I've had an agent working his hardest to find something for me. I couldn't appreciate him any more. At this point even if I don't get approved I feel this man has went well above what he could to help. I'd recommend lums auto in Warrenton, ore to anyone. The time they give each person is very thankful from someone like me.

I have been using Lum's for servicing and for purchasing new vehicles since 2021. I am always pleasantly surprised with the service and sales people. There is no hard selling or upselling from any department and I always feel like I am important to them.

My husband and I were in a bad situation with our car while passing through Oregon during a cross country trip. Nate, Mica, and the whole service team really helped out in such a big way when everything seemed hopeless. Sales and floor team are very nice and accommodating as well. So grateful for the staff here and their help getting us home!

This was a re-call repair. The appointment was very easy to schedule. The customer service rep was very courteous and professional. He didn’t try to sell me on services I didn’t really need, but also shared the computer readout of my vehicle eval. Service only took a couple hours. The waiting room was quite comfortable and offered a wide array of refreshments for those longer waits. I will go back for future services to my vehicle.

Caution
If you think your personal belongings are safe when getting express service, Think again.
I had set up a live feed video of only the inside of my vehicle aimed at the center console on a vehicle I brought in on 2/18/2025
JACOB BLEA, the service writer turned off my video camera during service.
How do i know if they did or did not look in my personal belongings?
Also that CRAP gap insurance LUMS sold me was an absolute JOKE.
Portfolio Gap paid only $200 on a $4000 gap so do not buy gap from Lums.

This is my second new car purchased and serviced at Lum's and I am completely satisfied. Earlier this week I had a concern before going on a long trip. Although the service department was busy, they made a space for me this same day. I always use the dealer service departments, and Lum's is among the very best!
