My one hour appointment turned into two hours. I was asked to provide my VIN number two days prior to my appointment to ensure the correct oil and filter were ready for my appointment. Apparently, that did not happen as your team had to go to O’Rileys for the correct items. Additionally, I booked the appointment at $99 and yet I was charged $150. I’m not sure what’s happened with your service team, but we won’t be back.
I am from Whidbey Island Washington I needed an oil change before we drive home! I made an appointment online. The staff was so friendly and the technician did an amazing job. I highly recommend this dealership!
While traveling 800 miles from my home I got my oil changed at a drive through shop. First they made out the paperwork as though they did the oil change on a different vehicle. They re-did the change and got the right vehicle this time. But when I got to my next destination, an excess oil level warning came on. Nobody could reset this warning. Now in Warrenton, I went to Lum’s and without an appointment they solved the problem and got me back on the road that morning. Lum’s is a quality business and I can’t say enough about them.
