Brought in my YZ6R for service on a Monday, met with Raina in Sales, Lenny in Service; then Brianna in Finance, and finally Jeff who handed me the fob to a 2012 Harley Davidson Electroglide on Friday. These People are consummate Professionals who have leveled me up seamlessly and I look forward to future interactions.

I took a 21” wheel and tire in to have them mount and balance the new new tire. $66.86 to gouge my chrome rim. They will never touch my motorcycle. I can mount the tire myself, all I really needed them for was balancing. I will buy a bubble balancer. I will never go back there again.

Had them mount/balance adventure tires (18/21"), appears they had issues balancing. They added the most wheel weights I've ever seen, removing the oem spoke mounted weights. This issue is due to the mark on the tire not being lined up with the valve stem. There are also tire iron marks around the rim and one mid rim by the weights. If I wanted marks on my rim I would of did it myself and saved the $113. I expect more from a KTM dealer, especially for the exuberant pricing.

Best price in 3 states: WA, OR, ID. I was looking to buy a 2 seater atv and Don gave me the best price in 3 states. Great deal, great customer service. I messaged them that I'm coming the next day to buy the atv and the ATV was ready when I got there. I was out of the dealership in less than 40 minutes.

Bad customer service, I tried to order some tires with them, I never received a call about my order, I tried to call, no one knew anything, in the end I got them myself and when I called for the installation they simply told me that I had a bad signal (which was not It's true) they hung up, I showed up at the business to request the installation and they seemed upset, very bad manners even a bit rude, very bad experience

Top notch folks. Don & Brianna made this the easiest bike purchase I've ever had in the last 25 years of buying bikes. Well worth the drive.

Been going to L & D for 9 years and was pleased with the workmanship but I'm no longer taking my Bike here since the billing has become outrageous! C'mon $189 to change a tire that I got from Amazon. I have the invoice, clearly a gouge to a regular customer .This isn't the 1st time I have been swindled here! My advice is be aware of exactly what you are paying for and what is being done to your bike.

As always L & D delivered. I've been to motorcycle shops all across the country for the last 35 years and this is by far the best shop I've been to. Customer service is always excellent, they have a great repair team, and they're open on Mondays! I have been a loyal customer ever since I found them four years ago.

We needed a new ride on Mower, they gave us a great deal, and a free hat! AND they delivered the ride on to our house, no delivery fee GREAT customer service, and to make everything even more wonderful the new ride on was at our house before we arrived home, thanks guys!!!

We needed an emergency repair on a back tire. These guys were so great in getting us in and out within a couple of hours. The price was reasonable, and they charged our cardos for us! They added a piece to the back tire so it's easier to check the psi, and took photos of the repair. They're professionals who enjoy bikes. 10/10

If you put a fuel additive in be sure to tell them or they'll dump it. Thinking it is gunk in the bottom of your container.

I was not only able to get what I needed (a phone mount) but, Lenny installed it with me. These guys are helpful.

Fair and honest experience. I have bought 2 new KTMs from Don, and will go back to purchase my 3rd.

Had a tire mounted on a rim last week, looks like the work was correct, no complaints with this, but I have to say customer service at the counter was well, maddening.
No one likes to be ignored while the young gentleman is sitting at his computer screen for ten to fifteen minutes.
Furthermore, attitude wow where did they find this guy?
I won't be back.

Purchased a new Can Am X3 RR. The staff was great. Service did a fantastic job with my accessories and the machine has performed great.

On a bike trip on my BMW and noticed my chain needed tightening, called these guys up and they got me in very quick, tightened the chain, cleaned and lubed it and set my tire pressures for a nominal shop fee...fantastic service and highly recommend them!! THANKS L&D

Knowledgeable staff, friendly, great prices. I buy all my factory parts, fluids, and filters from them. I recenty financed a bike through them and it was a very pleasent experience. 10/10 recommend.

When I picked up the motorcycle over the weekend and the service tech went over the bike with me, very professional. Financing was easy!! These folks know their stuff! Fast, polite, and knowledgeable service. They made an agreement to have a bike prepped for me at an exact day and time, since I was coming from out of town. My local dealer wouldn't do that. Will buy here again.
