Contemporary solar just did our solar panels. Everything went well, our last electric bill was only $12. We looked into multiple solar installers but contemporary had the best price. Glad we choose them!

I have a tricky leak and scheduled an inspection with their best leak detector Dustin. I paid $45 for the upcoming inspection and changed my day around to meet Dustin and show him through the leak. (The window for the appointment was between 3:00 -5:00pm) At 4:50 I called because the sun had set and no one reached out to me. (It’s literally the shortest day of the year. My appointment was during the winter solstice.) They apologized for not showing up and rescheduled for the next day from 3:00- 5:00. I stated that with the sun setting so early and being a no show the day before couldn’t they do it earlier. Norah stated that she would try to get Dustin there as soon as possible. Next day at 4:30, with the sun already set they called to state they would be there in about 20 mins. They expected to do a whole inspection in the dark. Clearly not worth my $45 dollars. So I cancelled. I wish I would not have wasted my time and scheduled with another company from the get go. Norah was polite and they did refund my money. I just wish they would have told me they were too busy to assist me. I respect companies like that not ones that schedule you for service then don’t deliver.

I was a little put off by having to pay for an estimate, but this is who i went with and I'm so glad I did. Knowledgable, professional, fast, and educating me on several things i did not know about my home and solar panels. If you already have solar and need repairs, LOOK NO FURTHER. Dustin is a trusted pro and Nora kept us informed every step of the way. So grateful to have finally found them.

We have used Contemporary Roofing services twice in April 2021 and Oct 2022. Our roof had damages and a hole. Contemporary Roofing staff is professional and finished the work in a timely manner. No issues. Shall contact them in the future if need be.

I would never recommend their company. They charge for an estimate and fail to provide any follow up around it. The gentleman was late - well beyond their scheduled time. I had to call their office multiple times to check in and was told they would have him call me. No calls ever occurred. He was on the property for 10 minutes, never received a follow up estimate. I had to call their office and still haven’t received an estimate. They are now refusing to refund the estimate fee on a service they never performed or followed up. I’ve had 2 other companies come out and already send over estimates where they both followed up like they said they would. Do yourself a favor and use someone else.

They were reliable, one time and worked with me. Offered financing and payment plans. Nora was really sweet as well whenever I called in to make a payment. I would use them again and recommend them to others

The roofing company was spectacular. The crew (Nora, Dustin, Manuel, Mark) was prompt and responsive right from when I contacted them. They all did a fabulous job.

The work performed on my roof ,soffit, and fascia was excellent. I'm looking forward to other repairs to be done by Contemporary Roofing for my home. Thank you.

Contemporary did an outstanding job. Less than two weeks from estimate to install. Roof looks amazing! The estimator, Tyler, was great. Thorough and engaged through the process. He checked on the crew that day and came back for follow up inspection following completion. Couldn’t ask for any better service. I would HIGHLY recommend Contemporary Roofing!!

Contemporary Roofing was a great company to work with. They were extremely responsive to our questions and concerns. We had both the roof and gutters replaced; however, these replacements were scheduled a couple weeks apart.This is the only reason a star was deducted. It would have been more convenient for our schedules to have both services completed at the same time. The crews were on-time and worked hard. The crew replacing the roof, were extremely hard workers and diligent at cleaning up the yard of trash and screws/nails. The quality of the work and materials are fantastic. Contemporary Roofing is highly recommended. We have already recommended the company to family.

Contemporary Roofing did an initial inspection of our roof and provided us with recommendation. Finally, they replaced missing shingles, sealed penetrations and loose shingle.

Contemporary responded to my request for a review & estimate of work to be done I had been trying to get contractors to do for Approx. three years. Contemporary came out and discussed the the repairs to be done when other contractors didn't seem to have time or just wasn't interested. The work was completed in a timely & professional manner and is holding up well w/o need for corrections. Thanks for being there when I needed you.

Dustin was wonderful to work with! He and his team originally came to our home to look at a basement leak. They thoroughly inspected around the home and were able to locate the cause of the leak and provide us with big budget (new roof) and small budget (crack repair and foundation sealing) choices on how to fix it. They even gave us some suggestions of additional things we could do on our own as well to prevent future leaks. When our basement leaked again 6 months later, they came right back out and worked with us and our insurance company to replace our roof.

I had difficult to solve roof leak, and Contemporary stayed on it until the problem was solved. Very professional and friendly team.

After a major hailstorm, Contemporary Roofing inspected our roof and found extensive damage. They were informative and professional, but not pushy as we considered our options regarding replacing our roof. They made the entire process a breeze. We were impressed and surprised by how quickly and smoothly they completed the project and the new roof looks great.

We had a leak in our roof from the weather. They came out within a couple of hours to get a tarp on our roof as it was going to rain again that evening. From there, the actual work, and how they dealt with us, the insurance company, etc. was top notch. Very professional and a beautiful job on the roof and our ceiling. I would not think twice about recommending Contemporary to anybody needing their services.

The Contemporary Roofing Team was incredibly professional with state of the art automation to execute services completely online and touches. I was out of the country from estimate request to roof replacement completion to payment. I wanted to get my property repaired and on the market ASAP, I received slightly lower bids from other Roofers, however, Contemporary Roofing had the capacity to expedite my roof replacement. Lower bidders were scheduling 6-8 weeks out, Contemporary started in less then 2 weeks.

This company came out and painted the exterior of my house this past July. The price was what I was expecting to pay. The quality of work was far above par. They pressure washed, scraped, caulked, sprayed and backrolled the paint into the wood and then brushed it into the nuks and crevices. My cedar siding looks completely refreshed, renewed, and protected. They took their time. I'm kind of a nag. I'll call a company back to fix a job if its not right. I did not find one pinhole that they missed.

I have worked with Dustin and his team to create a new website for his company Contemporary STL. I have nothing but good things to say about the experience. If Dustin handles his customers the same way he handles his business relationships you are sure in for a great experience!

Dustin and the team from Contempoary Stl did a fantastic job with an interior painting job that involved a two story atrium and complex angles. They were very professional, maintained a very tidy work space and were very communicative to make sure the results were completely positive and satisfactory.
