Grady and his son did a fantastic job in repairing our deck. They are extremely skillful handymen with honesty and integrity.

Grady repaired the misdeeds of our previous contractors. He replaced a crooked screen door with a nice and straight storm door; it looks WAY better. He stopped our front gate from sagging. He filled the gaps left in the door casings in our bathroom because the new floor is lower than the old; you'd never notice it after his repair. He stopped the closet door from dragging. And he eliminated the leaks around our front door. He (and his son) did this in less than 5 hours! We are SUPER pleased with the work they did for us.

Grady was reasonably priced and prompt in his installation of our door and relocation of electrical work. He even installed trim and touched up the paint on our wall! We wouldn’t hesitate to use his services again!

We initially hired Sunrise Home Repair to repair a water damage spot on the ceiling and remove the popcorn ceiling throughout our house. During the time that Grady was here completing the job, he was always on time and very responsive to any questions that we had. Amy communicated through email with us throughout the entire project. It was a delight to have him working in our house. They left the job site clean at the end of each day and kept us up-to-date on progress. We were so impressed with his work on the ceilings that we immediately hired him to replace all of our exterior doors and install a vent for our range hood. I needed several items done in a house I recently purchased including new bathroom floors, installing a range hood and several new light fixtures and repair of a rotting door frame on my kitchen door. I found Sunrise Home Repair through the internet and after reaching out, Grady was fast to respond and schedule a visit. He was happy to take on all the items on my list and we scheduled a time for when he could start. Communications after that were done with Amy, his wife, who was super friendly and prompt to respond to any questions I had. All the work was extremely well done and completed in a timely manner. I even added a few items late and Grady took them on without hesitating and still completed the work on schedule. When a bad rainstorm took down my rotted windowsill, I wasn't sure what I was going to do, but Sunrise Home Repair were able to replace my whole window frame while also replacing some fence pieces, fixing a broken deck handrail and replacing a light switch all in the same day. One of the windows in my relatively new house developed an interior leak following a heavy rain. A neighbor referred me to Sunrise Home Repair. Grady came to my home a gave me a very reasonable bid. He and his son completed the job today. They were very conscientious, treated my home with respect and did a great job. I'll be calling them in the future for any additional home repairs. The best part is that their work is guaranteed!

Grady arrived on time and was very respectful of our home. He installed a new kitchen faucet and garbage disposal. Not only did he clean up after himself he disposed of the old fixtures. A new shower rod and fixture was installed as well. I have found my new handyman in Grady. I would encourage anyone to use his services.

Our popcorn ceiling was falling down and hired a contractor to knock it down. They did not do the job correctly.

We called Sunrise Home to correct the repair. Grady was great to work with. He clearly understood the problem. He applied drywall mud, then sanded everything flawlessly. He was on time, did fantastic prep work and cleanup. He's very meticulous. It reflects in his craftsmanship.

When we moved into our home there was water damage from before the roof was replaced. Grady came in and fixed the ceiling where the damage was. It looks amazing. I would recommend this company 100 times over, pricing was very affordable and quality is exceptional!

Grady was very professional and knowledgable. He installed vanities, mirrors, and light fixtures in both of my bathrooms. He also patched the holes in the drywall. He was fairly fast, the job took about a day and a half. Will recommend him to my friends and family looking for home repair.

Sunrise Home Repair was the first place I contacted, and they turned out to be exactly what I was looking for. I had shutters installed on the outside of my house. It was easy to set up the appointment and they texted the day before as a reminder, as well as the morning when they did the work to let me know when they were coming. Grady did a fantastic job. He made quick work of the shutter installation. Every interaction with him and the business was smooth and professional. The project went so well that I will look to them again in the future.

Grady came out promptly after my call to give me an estimate. It was to repair railings and posts on my porch. His estimate and time line were very competitive.
