Nick was professional, responsive, affordable, and performed excellent quality work for me at my home in Chapel Hill. He cleaned my windows inside and out, washed the screens, and cleaned out my gutters all in a single day, with minimal disruption. What more could you ask for? Nick was able to work on the exterior and interior house windows, doors, and roof skylights right after I contacted him. He was incredibly responsible, communication was detailed, the work was very good and pricing was itemized and reasonable. We were absolutely delighted that it was a careful hand clean/finish rather than the blasting power wash that most companys do. Would recommend @nickcleanswindows in a heartbeat.

Nick is a dynamo! Arrived on time and worked hard all day, very pleased with his work and will have him back again. Highly recommend!!! Nick was great to work with and cleaned my gutters great that were growing small trees and weeds! He also cleaned the leaves off my roof around the chimney, power washed my house and removed all signs of mold, cleaned my two skylights. He did a great job and was extremely professional, provided great communication. I will hire Nick from now on. He even did a job for my parents cleaning 15 windows/french doors etc. We were very happy with his great work and value!

Few times do I meet someone who has such a high degree of professionalism, dedication to quality work, and the personality to actually listen to the requests I make. Nick is all of the above and workhorse to boot. His task was to clean the windows on two stories, inside and out, including a garage. He arrived two minutes before the scheduled time at 9:00am, and was in progress less than ten minutes later after checking with me to verify the details of the job. My wife was excitedly pointing out the progress as the morning moved on - finally asking me "Look outside - what do you see?" I knew the answer to this one - "Nothing - lol." And it was completely true - Nick had made the windows sparkle - completely transparent. I now have him quoting a gutter clean and full house wash. Nick's work ethic and attention to detail has put him in my rather select group of people who I will contact again - and again. I will tell anyone who needs to know that he really is the one to call in this area (Durham, Chapel Hill, Hillsborough) to get your house looking better than it has in years.

I reached out on Thumbtack on Sunday and Nick responded within literal minutes with an estimate as well as pertinent questions regarding what I initially asked for. He gave me great information around what to purchase for gutter guards and told me what he would do to set them up.

He was on-site the next morning to take a look at everything and was able to give me a more accurate quote for the work.

He had the parts and was ready to do the work the very next morning. He knocked out everything efficiently and professionally the very next day. From what I can tell Nick did a fantastic job. He was incredibly communicative with me at every step of the process. He explained everything in great detail and then summarized all of his work. He left my house in much better shape than when he arrived.

It was affordable and the work looks great. The best part is that I reached out on Sunday afternoon and by Tuesday afternoon all of my work had been completed.

I hired him for gutting cleaning, windows cleaning, driveway power wash, and siding power washing. Even though there was no reviews on google when I hired him, I contacted for estimation. I got 3 estimates for these jobs and he won the bid. He was very careful and sincerely during the estimation. While he was working, he worked as if he works on his own house. Our windows were very dirty, and he even needed oven cleaner to eliminate those stubborn marks. He was punctual. He works very hard to finish the job as promised. I feel lucky to find him for the work!!!
