Sunny Day Roofing was awesome! Their associate, Liam, walked us through every step of the process and even went out of his way to come to our house on several occasions to help make the entire experience easier and more convenient for us! He was also very knowledgeable about all of the insurance aspects of the business. The actual roof replacement took less than a day and looks beautiful! 10/10 would highly recommend!!

As spring rolled around just about once Every two weeks someone Would come knocking on the door, trying to get me to get my roof replaced. The first guy that came by told us he couldn’t see any areas that would be covered under insurance. What I learned later , was he Used a drone to access my roof and take pictures.
So last month, I got another knock on the door and a very friendly young woman named Dara was there to ask me about my roof. I told her that we’ve been down this road before and we’d love to replace our roof But we’ve been told we don’t have damage. Very quickly, her coworker/partner, Craig stepped up and started to ask me a few questions about my experience with the other roofing company. He asked me if He and Dara could actually go up on my roof and take a look. After speaking with him a little longer, I quickly realized how professional and friendly these two were in comparison to the other companies that came by. About 30 minutes later, they came down with well over 40 photographs of my roof where they had chalked shingle damage And other areas of concern. See the difference between the other roofing companies, and Sunnyday Roofing is that their professionals actually get on top of the roof and do the work.
In no way were they pushy or Did I feel pressured into accepting their services. But their sincere approach, professionalism, and or work ethic really impressed my husband and I. The help they gave did not stop there. They were on the phone with us when we called To report our claim. They followed up with us by email to make sure all the appropriate paperwork Had been sent from our insurance company. They talked us through each step of the process. They had us scheduled within two weeks for a new roof.
Two weeks later, just days before the repair, all the shingles And supplies had been delivered to our house And placed on top of our roof . when we got a word that there might be a tropical storm over the weekend , Dara and Craig were all over it. By the time I had called them, they had already sent people by to check the placement of the shingles and then even went up on top of the roof to secure them for our reassurance. Two other gentlemen from the company came by to help do the work and they were just as Friendly and sincere as Dara and Craig.
The following Monday, bright and early the repair began. The crew that came to replace the roof, took steps to cover the ground around our house to catch debris and protect our belongings outside. They worked all day in the heat over 90° And finished just in time for sunset. During that time, Dara and Craig came by at least four times to check on the roof, get on the roof and make sure everything was done correctly and Reassuring me By answering my all my questions and taking the time I needed. They were never but a few feet away, working with other customers, but still close enough to my home to make sure everything was done correctly. Dara and Craig stopped by To help with the cleanup and get on top of the roof and take some photographs for me and the insurance company. Now I have the most beautiful new roof And confidence in a company that I would highly recommend to anyone who was looking to replace An old roof.
Honestly, there are many companies out there you could choose to go with to replace your roof. And they all probably do a very good job. But the benefit to going with Sunnyday Roofing is you Get to meet some amazing people who care about their job and care about delivering top-notch customer service.
