Love this place. There's a wealth of knowledge the employees bring that you can't get at the other parts stores.

David S was amazing. Stop going to multi-national corporations. After the 'scare' there was a war on Ma & Pa small business. It may not have been on accident. Car parts, restaurants, markets and hardware. Keep it local. You are only shooting yourself in the foot going to conglomerates, and big box. As for A-1, every single time, I am met with the best customer service. Outstanding. Really nice folks.

This is a good parts store. Tons in stock, (even some weird AMC parts) and actually decent parts guys. Pricings not bad either!

They went the extra mile to track down an obsolete part for me and then recommended rebuilding the original one when the replacement was not identical. Highly recommend these guys.

In decades past every community had an auto parts store like A1. Knowledgeable people that could help solve your problems. If they didn't stock it they could get it or tell you where to go. From my mower to my tractor, boat and automobiles old and new this is my first stop!

They got stuff! Reasonably priced for the items I bought anyway. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable employees. Look forward to visiting again when visting brother.

There is a reason why this auto parts store may be the best on the Peninsula: In response to growing up in a place where the culture was to belittle people coming in for help, the owner vowed when he ran a store, he would never be that way.

It shows. I came in for three things, and got helped with four. My van is my life, and I rely heavily on top-notch mechanics and auto parts suppliers. This is now my go-to place for the Olympic Peninsula.

I don't go anywhere else when I need the RIGHT part....I can tap on a few keys & I have gotten the wrong part myself. That why I go.....oh & for Kevin he knows his stuff.

This was my 4th store in an attempt to get 32" wiper blades for my RV and the only place that had them.

Kevin and his staff are great and the prices are great best damn parts house on this peninsula and it's a local business

I went in to buy a deep cycle battery for sump pump backup and got great service. Price was as good as any I found online. The employee was not only very good but also had a great sense of humor. Employees were masked but some customers not masked. I will definitely visit again and next time for windshield wipers.

If they don't have what you need,they will get it for you . And their always willing to give out educated advice if your stumped on what's the problem is with your vehical

We had some strange electric issues going on with our Toyota motor. John walked us through the solution, going above and beyond. We would recommend this place to anyone who wants knowledgeable, service-oriented staff. These guys were awesome!

First if I could give 10 stars I would!! Traveling and we stopped here as we suspected our battery was going. David came out and tested the battery and the alternator just in case. (Twice) We bought our battery and on our way even on a Saturday. We could not have been more pleased!

The gentleman there had excellent customer service gave me great deals on my hearts and were very knowledgeable on what I needed immediately to come in and out just like I needed thanks again fellas.

Local guys who can talk shop. Good people, and very reasonable prices. Feel good about shopping local with these guys for sure!

This is a store with a great selection and good customer service. They will sell you the right part and they are locally owened.
